旅居位於一座很舊的大廈，房間不大，但所需要的設備都齊全，有兩張床、一張工作枱／飯枱、一張化妝枱、5張椅子、電視、電子爐、廚具、餐具、衣櫃、電暖毯，亦可以免費在一樓洗衣房洗衣服，能滿足基本生活需要。 附近有24小時藥妝店及便利店，亦有超市及100日元商店，以及不少小店食店。我們根據房東丈夫建議，去了步行路程15分鐘左右的千年老店-一和和菓子店，炭烤和菓子非常美味，店鋪環境亦很古典雅致，我們非常喜歡。 旅居附近環境寧靜，有很多充滿京都特色的房屋及寺廟，附近的46號巴士可以去到京都的繁華地區，非常方便。 房東丈夫非常好客熱情，能說流利英語，他介紹了附近很多景點，同時又和我們交流了很多日本及香港文化，我們很驚奇於房東丈夫對香港情況的認識！我們離開時亦堅持開車接載我們，我們在這裡渡過了美好的一星期😊 在京都，這個價錢，實在是沒有要挑剔的了。謝謝接待😊

Junko is a nice landlord, providing a lot of recommendation about trips in Kyoto. As for the equipments in the accommodation, all the things I need have been prepared, and a map of nearby neighborhood is provided. On the day I move out, Junko provided a drive to my next destination. This accommodation is a nice place to stay in Kyoto. With enthusiastic service from Junko, even I just arrived in Kyoto, I have known about this city and culture well.

The host was very welcoming. He picked us up at the bus stop and offered us snacks. The location is not far from the bus stops. So it can be accepted even it is far from the downtown. Very cost-effective.

Yoshimi was such a wonderful host! She met me even when i had a late check in. She was SO welcoming and friendly, recommended great restaurants, and helped me out with local transportation around Kyoto and Osaka airport! Loved the location, perfect distance to everything! She was always quick to respond with any questions or concerns that i had too

We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb is in a nice residential area, and when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful Japanese-style decor. The self-check-in instructions were very clear, making everything easy from the start. The hosts were super attentive, checking in to make sure we arrived okay. The room was spacious, peaceful, and very comfortable—perfect for the two of us. Everything we needed was provided, and the place was spotless. We were running a little late at checkout, but the hosts were very understanding and friendly. Overall, a great experience—we’d definitely recommend it!

Junko’s husband Masami is the one replies and checks you in. He is a very kind man who has been really supportive and responsive every time I needed something. Every time you ask him something he does not fail to provide. He gave me great local recommendations. Even though the place is a bit far from the main subway, the place was great and very clean. Thank you!

Ken was awesome. Amazing communication and awesome location within 5 minutes from major train lines and 10-15 minutes walk from a bulk of the touristy things and restaurants you'll have on your list. The shower was different but functional. No complaints. We really only used the apartment to sleep - didn't spend much time there. It was too cold to use the patio but it was a decent size and had a nice view of the river. Ken gave some great suggestions and was extremely responsive.

京都西京极下来走10分钟不到就可到达，房东人很友善热情，很早就联系好在门口等待我们了！标准的一户建，有点老，但里面陈设很不错，空间很大，不管是卧室，餐厅还是厨房和卫生间。4个人都能住下！周围很安静，晚上睡的很好！房东还提供两辆自行车，租客可以使用！在京都这个民宿真的性价比超级高！

We really enjoyed Tg's home. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The house was very comfortable, cozy, and clean. The Japanese bath was very nice after long cold days exploring. There are good restaurants, shops, and a grocery store within walking distance. The neighborhood and home were very peaceful and quiet. Tg met us for check-in and was very helpful.

Min was a lovely host with a beautiful home. There is a shared entrance way, Min lives in the left side of the house and we stayed in the right side. Our area was completely private however. She was very responsive and helpful. The house is situated in a nice neighbourhood and is authentic Japanese style. The floor beds were very comfortable as well. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a family issue. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Kyoto. It was well stocked with toiletries, snacks, and green tea. The hosts we very welcoming and we enjoyed the location.

真的是非常棒的民宿，我和夥伴們都非常的開心，對於想要煮飯的旅客來說真的很方便，用具也都很齊全！洗澡的時候兩間也可以同時洗，熱水都很穩定，有任何問題房東也都回覆得很即時，非常推薦！

Very friendly and helpful host. The accomodation was exactly as advertised and was a great location to relax and experience traditional Japanese ryokan. Our host kindly provided daily breakfasts as well as transport to the nearest train stations. Highly recommend for future guests.

房源位置极佳，到永观堂賞枫，太方便啦。房东特别热情周到，到门口迎接我们，并告诉我们房间内的所有设施的使用方法和注意事项，并且提供了咖啡，零食，牛奶，面包，鸡蛋，果汁让我们使用，所有房间干净卫生，热水充足，总之很满意。

The place was excellent with complete facilities. It was very cosy and made us felt right at home. if you have a car hire, there's a 24hrs parking lot right behind the unit.
