第一次体验当地的居民区，虽然是第一次到访马德里，但是住在一个local的区域也是一种别样的体验，能够明显的感觉到这个区域是比较干净，安全，相对中产以上的区域，与市区某些地区的脏乱差真的形成鲜明的对比，工业风的设计真的让人眼前一亮，同时很多的材料皆为废物利用，可见房东对于可持续环保理念的坚持

Nos sentimos como en casa, en todo momento que necesitamos a Juan, respondió inmediatamente. En cuanto al piso es un alojamiento de 10! tiene intimidad, es espacioso, bien equipado y super cómodo! Las habitaciones son amplias y el sofá cama muy cómodo!... además está bien comunicado con el metro para ir con la L1 a los sitios de mayor interés. Éramos un grupo de 5 amigos y sin duda todos volveríamos a este piso en nuestra próxima visita a Madrid ✨

Très bel endroit à quelques minutes du métro qui va au centre. l'appartement et le quartier sont très agréables.

Espaço arrumado e limpo

We received a warm and personal welcome from May, who was very accommodating with the check-in time. The apartment was clean and had a lovely, fresh fragrance. It was generously supplied with extra towels and other amenities. The heating in the apartment was very effective even on colder winter days. Inside the fridge were two bottles of water and other chilled beverages as a welcome, along with some muffins and coffee pods on the countertop. We particularly loved that the small fridge had a built-in freezer compartment to keep ice, something we have often found unavailable in other Airbnbs, with fridges of similar size. May has gone to great lengths to ensure her guests have a comfortable stay, taking care of even the smallest details. The area is beautiful and walkable, with lots of restaurants and shops around, as well as Retiro Park only a short walk away. A number of grocery stores nearby meant we had no trouble finding whatever we needed. We can confidently recommend a stay here!

Miguel's place was beautiful and cozy, a perfect retreat from the bustling city. It was surprisingly quiet especially given the vibrant neighborhood. Everything was close-by and completely walkable. Only downside was that there was not an en-suite bathroom to the primary bedroom. You do have to climb up a set of somewhat steep and noisy stairs to get to the second bathroom. Not a deal breaker for us but something to consider if you are concerned about stairs especially if you get up a lot at night. Overall, the place was a five-star Airbnb experience for us. We would stay here again and recommend to others traveling to Madrid!

This Airbnb flat was absolutely wonderful! It was incredibly cozy and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Everything was spotless, and the space was thoughtfully arranged for comfort.

Appartement très agréable, très bien placé dans le centre de Madrid. Il permet de tout faire a pieds. Patricio est très réactif et accomomdant si besoin.

Nuestra estadía fue sumamente agradable. María y Raúl estuvieron atentos y respondían rápidamente nuestras consultas. El departamento era tal cual la descripción. Nos permitieron ingresar antes y salir mucho más tarde, estamos muy agradecidos! Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos allí.

Apartamento chico pero con todo lo necesario. Súper bien ubicado. Muy cerca de la Plaza Mayor. Y Alberto es un gran anfitrión. Siempre amable y dando muy bien las instrucciones y recomendaciones.

Mariano’s place was perfect for me, just as described. It was well equipped for an extended stay. And so perfectly located in the beautiful Malasaña neighborhood. Mariano was such a great host, he gave me so many great recommendations and the instructions for check-in were so very clear. I would recommend

Walking distance to the theatre’s, shopping, restaurants and monuments. The apartment has some tired parts but is very cozy.

Marta's place is very convenient and cozy. It has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has hot water all the time. There is plenty of storage for two people with carryon luggage and perhaps more! I really liked the kitchen appliances and everything worked great including the washing machine. The building is very quiet and perfectly located. There are great hole in the walls in the area of Lavapiés and close to nice coffee. Right next to Reina Sofia, El Prado, El Retiro, Atocha and Plaza Mayór! We stayed for 10 nights and had a great stay - I would recommend letting some air in during the day if you're using the heater because it can make the air a little coarse and that way it recycles - but maybe I'm just sensitive.

Martin met us upon arrival and went through the apartment giving us details as well as recommendations which we used.He maintained contact through our stay. The location was great, the apartment was good although the bathroom is tiny and the stairs are narrow in case you have large bags. Overall we had an excellent experience.

בסך הכל מקום נעים וטוב אם תרצו להתארח לזמן מוגבל. לנו זה קרה בגלל פיספוס של טיסה ולכן זה היה נוח זמין מהיר וקרוב מאוד לשדה התעופה הקרוב. היה עניין שבשעות הלילה המאוחרות היום כמה אנשים בדירה סמוכה שעשו רעש והיו כנראה שיכורים וממש היה ניתן לשמוע זאת בכל הדירה. אבל זו לא היתה הבעיה של בעל הדירה אלא של הסביבה. מלבד זאת הדירה היתה מאוד מטופחת נקייה ומזמינה עם כל האביזרים הנדרשים.

TLDR: Very kind host and one of the best and most convenient locations to stay in Madrid, but has a few quirks you should be aware of mainly that it's basement level. Pros: * Kind and responsive host * The best location - 1 minute walk from a metro that takes you anywhere in the city, 3 minute walk from great gym, 7 minute walk to grocery store, plenty of restaurants nearby. Also smack dab in the middle of Malasana and Chueca which are centers of nightlife * Very quiet so can get good sleep * Cool atmosphere which helps during summer * Gorgeous decor * Many amenities included * Easy to use kitchen space Cons: * Basement level which can impact your mood if you need sun and and a feeling of space/openness * Shower drain consistently would get slightly clogged * No dryer, only washer which has a closing door issue (just close it firmly and press initiate regardless of if it says unlocked, open and repeat until it works) * Cold environment isn't the best for late fall + winter stays
