Great location and easy walk/drive to restaurants, shops and bakeries. Apartment is always spotless and was cozy warm during the cold weather Boston had when we visited. We have stayed here many times and it’s our preferred Airbnb while visiting JP.

Our family of seven made this place a home-base for our first visit to Boston. It provided the space we needed to celebrate the holidays and explore the city together. We enjoyed the walkable neighborhood and its proximity to both the suburbs and downtown (via rental car and public transit). The hosts were super responsive and helpful during our entire stay, including during a little hiccup concerning the appliances. This lovely listing will remain full of special memories for us.

Priscilla’s apartment is fabulous. We have stayed at many Airbnb’s in the US and Europe and this is one of the best. Everything has been thought of, particularly what one looks for when traveling: a good bed and mattress, good quality linens. Priscilla’s place really stands out; we have stayed at beautiful houses and apartments with lovely furniture. And yet, the mattresses and linens are just not up to par. The two bedrooms at Priscilla’s are wonderful. The mattresses are extremely comfortable, with blankets, as well as gorgeous duvets, and top quality sheets and towels. The other amenities are superb: a little fridge, microwave, toaster oven and toaster. Ah, I should also mention the heating system is very efficient. Priscilla is kind, caring, and fascinating to speak with. The grounds are peaceful and the location is perfect, close to Cambridge and Boston, and of course, the center of Concord. We cannot have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Priscilla! Will be back!

Norah’s place was absolutely amazing!! It was perfect for what we wanted to do, close to everything, and just beautiful. I would stay here again and would recommend it to everyone!!

One of the very best AirBnb's I've stayed in. Spacious, clean, cozy, even the towels are super soft and absorbent. Very comfortable bed (assuming you like a nice firm mattress with some give). If you want to cook or store food, they offer everything you need, and they even have free snacks! Just a 15-minute walk to Bearskin Neck. I hope to have a chance to stay here again.

Melissa is a great host. I stayed for a procedure in my neck and couldn't drive and I live 30 miles away. My dog Conner stayed with me. comfortable bed, great yard and very clean. I didn't use the kitchen, but the house was very clean! Great location. Excellent stay.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay at Maryanne’s. It’s the perfect space for a couple or single person. The house is about a half an hour walk to the downtown Bear Skin Neck area or to the commuter rail which was very convenient for us. Maryanne had everything we needed and was very welcoming! Had fresh baked bread waiting for us when we arrived which was a very nice surprise! We were visiting Massachusetts to explore Salem around Halloween time and Boston. We ended up really enjoying Rockport and it’s the perfect distance from surrounding cities.

Cosy and charming! Wonderful and responsive hosts. Close enough to walk to nearly everything in town but, also quiet and removed so one can have a simple night in. Amazing place. The little door is the what sold it!

We had a great stay. Lynn is centrally located in MA, close to Boston and Salem. The train was close by even though we had a car.

Christopher and Mackenzie were amazing hosts. Very attentive and helpful Their place is located at walking distance to all the areas we wanted to visit. This was more than perfect !

We were so comfortable here! Everything was as pictured and described and just so well thought out. I think I slept better here in the very comfy bed than at home. We were in town for a family emergency instead of a vacation, so it was great to have a cozy place with everything we needed to hang out during down times. That said, the location is good in terms of walkability, and we truly appreciated having a dedicated parking spot in a town where parking can be challenging. The deck would be wonderful in warmer weather, too. We felt lucky that Logan's place was available for us during a less than happy time, and it would be fun to stay here again under better circumstances to fully enjoy the visit.

Dominique is a great host, and stands out from others in the Gloucester area with her kindness and openness. She welcomed us even though we arrived later than the check in time, guided us to the unit, and made sure that we felt right at home. Her friendliness to our family and our pet is something we really value and appreciate. If you need a cozy riverside apartment within 10 minutes of the lovely cafes and shops of Downtown Gloucester or 15 minutes from picturesque Bearskin Neck in Rockport, this should be at the top of your list!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Clean with a simple layout and lots of space, all the amenities you could need. Beautiful neighborhood right on the water with walking paths all around. The location could not have been better with almost all points of interest in the greater Boston area only 10-15 mins away by car, less than that for the north end and downtown. Angie and her family were kind, quick to respond, and very accommodating in every regard. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My train was early and Kevin let me check in at 2pm, which, in my experience, isn't typical. And he communicated about this with me right away. Very comfortable bed, excellent wifi, everything was clean. There is a nice space heater - very appreciated on this super cold weekend. Kevin's place is convenient to the T stop but I ended up taking ubers to get to Boston College. Well worth it, given the cost of hotels in Boston.

Pinhas's guest suite in Arlington is an amazing comfortable stay! In addition to the super comfortable rooms and tidiness of the entire suite, this guest suite has lots of amenities and so many thoughtful touches - from the guidance labels on the light switches to having the instruction manuals for the appliances handy in a binder to the comfy bedding and bath towels. The surrounding neighborhood was peaceful, and we slept very soundly. Throughout our long-weekend stay, Pinhas was responsive and sent clear instructions for check-in and where to park, which we greatly appreciated knowing ahead of time because we were going to a big birthday dinner after checking in. We loved our stay!

This is a special spot and Leyla is a wonderful host. The place is well detailed and cared for and Leyla was extremely gracious, responsive, and helpful. I was especially impressed by the well-stocked kitchen! This particular area of Cambridge is quiet and residential but more robust areas are a short walk away. I'll certainly look for a future booking with Leyla when I'm next in Cambridge.

Super cozy stay! Felt right at home and Marybeth was super friendly and helpful the entire time!

I have stayed at Oscar and Gina's several times and keep going back because it is clean, convenient, quiet, and comfortable. Oscar and Gina are very good hosts. They respond to questions right away and always solicit suggestions for how they can do better. There is a code system to get into the unit, which makes using keys unnecessary.

This was a great location for our trip. We loved the quiet area and Ian was very helpful when we needed assistance
