Salento : locations de vacances

This was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever been to. The location is incredible, set on top of a hill, with an amazing view of the Andes. The cabañita has everything we needed, the Wi-Fi works great and the communication with Fabio was excellent. He even provided me with a hair-dryer and when we had a small issue with the hot water, he immediately found a solution. The place is 10 minutes walking from Salento, however the road to get there is quite steep, so perhaps it could be tricky for people with mobility issues. Also, it’s surrounded by nature, so expect some mosquitoes and birds to stroll around, so our recommendation is to bring a repellent. We really loved everything about this place and we were super sad to leave. Thanks a lot Fabio for everything.

La experiencia en el hospedaje de Doña Elena y Don Alex fue excepcional, nos hicieron sentir como en casa y superó todas nuestras expectativas. Compartir en un entorno natural tan especial, con unos excelentes hosts, que en todo momento se preocuparon por nuestro bienestar y sus tres hermosos perros, hizo de esta, una experiencia única. Muy agradecidos con ellos y esperamos poder visitarlos nuevamente más adelante.

My husband and I rented this charming farmhouse near Salento for a month to share with family and friends. The house is quite large, with 3-5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and has an incredible view from the living room, principal bedroom and patio. The beds options are double and two twins. Sometimes it's too cold and there are mosquitos, spiders and scorpions, but that didn't effect us much because we had a little space heater and plug-in sonic bug repellers. The on-demand hot water works well, but you may have to turn on the hot in the sink to kick it on in the master bath. The hosts are friendly, helpful and speak English. They live next door, but are respectful of your privacy. We really enjoyed a guided nature walk on their grounds and drinking the coffee grown on site. We only had a car for part of the stay, and you can walk to the bus. It was a great stay, but the best part is the friendly smiling dog, Tinto. :D

Un lugar precioso se ve mejor que las fotos, con mi familia pasamos unos días de descanso total, es un lugar rodeado de naturaleza, la casa y todos sus espacios impecables y muy bien dotada, el condominio muy seguro y tranquilo disfrutamos mucho del jacuzzi y sauna, si tiene agua caliente para las duchas. Ubicación perfecta para conocer el eje cafetero. Los anfitriones muy amables, pendientes y diligentes, lo único es que se necesita un poco más de iluminación afuera pero es seguro que volveremos y lo recomendaremos sin pensarlo.

Lindo lugar, 100% recomendable.

Es un lugar que está cerca de restaurantes y la avenida, pero se siente muy tranquilo y rural, toda la tranquilidad para descansar, el lugar es muy limpio, tal cual como está en la publicación y luz y su esposo son muy amables.

This place is very peaceful and quiet if you want to be a bit outside of Salento town. Shana, the on site contact, was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay. She gave us recommendations on places to order food, contacts for local taxis, and helped coordinate breakfast. The massages available were amazing and we got to use the jacuzzi on site as well which was very relaxing. Breakfast was also able to be ordered as needed and it was absolutely delicious. It is a little difficult to find at night but Shana was waiting for us and helped give instructions. Also be aware that you will need to take a taxi to and from town (about a 10 minute ride), but it's very inexpensive and easy to coordinate once you have a contact. Overall, would definitely stay here again when visiting Salento!

El lugar es tal cual y como está en las fotos, incluso, muchas más grande, lo que necesites, no te hará falta por qué te van ayudar a solucionar de cualquier forma.
