Very beautiful and spacious house in a quiet and peaceful area. Easy to find, with cheap and affordable cabs readily available to run to and from the city centre. Aaron provided clear instructions prior to our arrival to make check-in very simple. We did have an initial issue with the hot tub due to a tripped fuse, but Aaron was very helpful and responsive to get this rectified. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable stay for a group of 5, we will definitely be back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. Wonderful weather meaning we used the outdoor space a lot, my children loved the bunk beds. The house was beautiful and comfortable - we had movie nights a the Bluetooth speaks were a great addition. Small walk to a dog friendly pub, an so close to many dog walking spaces! Would definitely book again! (Also the mattress was amazing in the master!) 🤣

What an amazing time we had at this Air BnB. So lovely and clean and it had great facilities 💖 We loved the events room and everyone had such a great time. Would definitely recommend this AirBnb to anyone wanting to stay near Manchester.

As a group of 7 friends in our mid 20s, we had a wonderful stay. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped house. Location is great for people looking to go on day walks, as we were. House is close enough to the town and pubs to walk from. Hot tub was a very relaxing way to end the day. Cooking facilities were great for the 7 of us, even allowing us to cook a roast dinner one of the nights. Would happily return.

Second stay great place

Beautiful place with a lovely bar in the back and lots to keep everyone occupied! It was lovely and sunny and the garden was full of sun so we made the most of it! Thanks so much for a great place to stay! X

An absolutely wonderful few days spent here - we were initially a bit hesitant booking here only because it's listed under Sykes, which we know people who've had issues with the company in the past. But our worries were soon eased because of the clear and friendly communication from the hosts themselves. We had everything we needed and more, and the house felt very private despite being a part of the farm. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the peaks!

Lovely cottage & relaxing week away. Alan was very responsive and a lovely host, cottage is stunning very cosy and clean. Good location to visit surrounding areas and hikes. Beautiful part of the world, would love to stay again ❤️

This place was beautiful. The area was private and peaceful right on the edge of Becon Fell national park so could access a walk within seconds of check in, which we loved. The lodge had everything we needed too it was a home from home. The hosts provided bread milk and fresh eggs too on arrival and they were delicious and such a lovely touch. Beds were really comfortable and all the facilities were great. The hot tub was great too, however it’s quite hard to get started if you’ve not got any experience starting a fire. The owners provide information and a video but we didn’t spot this until several failed attempts. However once it was going it was amazing! And a real perk of the lodge. I would highly recommend this stay.

What an amazing place!! 😍 We stayed here for a long weekend and didn’t feel the need to leave as it was so beautiful and peaceful. 🌳🍃The decoration inside was so unique and cosy, and the outside space was huge and so pretty!! Would 100% recommend, thank you ❤️

Amazing lodge and beautiful location. Everything we wanted and more!

This is our second time here and we have enjoyed every minute of it as much as the previous time!! We stayed here recently for a few days and it was a much needed break away. Eraine was once again a super responsive host!! The location of the cabin is so private and cozy and the surroundings are beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay we will definitely return!!

Corinne’s place was idyllically situated with beautiful views. The cabin was well equipped although a couple of extra mugs would have been good. Corinne is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful and the welcome goody bag was very thoughtful. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was fabulous. Sitting on the decking in the sun looking out across the countryside was beautiful. I would definitely recommend Corinne’s place. Cleaning could have been more thorough. The kitchen area and bathroom were spotless but there was a lot of dust on ledges and lots of cobwebs which was disappointing. The sofa was also repaired with tape and had dodgy springs. This did not spoil our stay but is worth noting.

Lovely stay in the peace and quiet. The farm was small and beautiful and waking up next to the spring lambs was a bonus! The lodge is well equipped and clean and Corinne left some treats for us which was a really nice touch.
