Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, dass Haus von außen sowie die Wohnung waren ein Traum. Sie war genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf den einheimischen Hafen des Ortes und verpasst so keinen Sonnenuntergang. Der Empfang war super herzlich, es wurde sogar für uns gebacken. Die Dame hatte einige Leckerein für uns bereit gestellt und uns direkt über mögliche Ausflüge in der Umgebung informiert. Die Lage des Hausen war sehr ruhig und privat, für uns als Paar der perfekte Abschluss unseres 10 Tägigen Trips durch Kroatien. Der Strand war gut zu erreichen, er dient ebenfalls als Hunde Strand was uns außerhalb der Saison nicht gestört hat, da niemand dort war. Sehr zu empfehlen, hier kann man wirklich abschalten!!

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist ruhig und entspannt, und dennoch nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Meer entfernt. Der Service war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nada was the most lovely person, welcoming us to the apartment. She invited us to pick fresh limes. Josip was extremely responsive. Lovely clean and comfortable place

Super Unterkunft. Der Außenbereich ist wirklich super. Der Innenbereich ist simpel, aber man hat alles was man braucht

Die Unterkunft von Martin war wirklich super schön. Die Lage ist super wenn man mal etwas abschalten möchte und trotzdem auch mal ab und zu etwas unternehmen möchte wie zum Beispiel der Nationalpark oder eine Bootsfahrt in Zadar. Martin ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der einen herzlich willkommen heißt mit Getränken und Essen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Olivenhain mit einem supernetten Gastgeber und Familienangehörigen. Die Nähe zum Meer war einfach perfekt. Wenn man sich erden und dem stressigen Alltag entfliehen möchte, ist man hier bestens aufgehoben. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben, die Aussenküche war perfekt. Auch für unsere Hunde war es einfach wundervoll. Vielen Dank nochmal für die leckeren Oliven und das Olivenöl

Lovely appartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the sea and in walking distance from the old town. Dario was quick and friendly. Great host and great accommodation!

Smjestaj je bio saaavrsen. Parking slobodan odmah ispred zgrade, Joanna i Ana su odmah odgovorile kad je trebalo. Dolazak jako jednostavan. Jako cist i prostran stan na sjajnoj lokaciji.

Nous avons passé une nuitée dans cet endroit et tout s'est parfaitement bien déroulé. L'appartement était conforme à la description, propre et très bien situé. Les hôtes se sont montrés disponibles . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et le confort du logement.

Wij verbleven 2 nachten in het appartement van Zlata. We kwamen eigenlijk te vroeg aan, maar werden zeer vriendelijk door haar ontvangen. Ze nam uitgebreid de tijd om het appartement te laten zien en gaf ons een hele hoop tips en info over de omgeving. Het appartement was zeer schoon en leuk ingericht. We raden dit appartement aan!

We had a very pleasant 5 nights stay, the appartement is located in a quiet residential area with lot of stores around. Full kitchen, nice modern bathroom, very clean and comfy rooms. Building is very easy to access. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the local bus or Uber made it really easy to go on other cities nearby, or you can take a nice walk right to the beach! Mirjana and her family are very warm persons, wou will be welcomed with homemade cookies, products in the fridge and fruits from the garden. Sometimes when you come back home you will find some sweets in front of your door! We recommend this experience with a well deserved 5 stars 🌟

Josip was very kind and welcomed us even before the check-in indicated on the App. The apartment was big, had a nice living room. The kitchen had everything you might need! The balcony had enough space for 3 - 4 people to sit and even some clothes to be laid out! We got some restaurant and beaches suggestions and the options were really worth it! Not so close to the centre, but a few minutes away by car from it. Definitely recommended if you hop in Zadar!

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

L’appartement est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer incroyable ! Les commerces de proximité peuvent se faire à pied (dont une boucherie de qualité) Parking voiture est un plus :-) La climatisation dans toutes les pièces ! Les 3 vélos à disposition nous ont bien servis : les balades le long de la côte me manqueront ! La plage au bout du quai avec le beach bar ! Les recommendations de Marko ont toutes été de qualité : la sortie en bateau était géniale ! Nous avons adoré le fait d’être sur une île : c’est tout de suite plus paisible Que du bonheur !!!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Unterkunft! Die Ausstattung ist top, man hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der beheizbare Pool war super. Das Haus ist modern und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt!

Wspaniałe miejsce zarządzane przez przesympatycznych właścicieli. Lokalizacja Villi znakomita, widok na panoramę gór. Ogromny basen, przestronny dom z wieloma atrakcjami. Kontakt z Anką świetny. Polecam każdemu, idealne miejsce na wypoczynek w Chorwacji!

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Villa Marija. Het is een erg mooie villa, rustig gelegen. Heel mooi uitzicht. We konden eerder inchecken, dat was erg fijn. We kregen nog goede tips voor restaurants in de buurt. Al met al een hele fijne vakantie gehad!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Dino war ein super Gastgeber und hat immer sofort auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Die Lage ist perfekt wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte, ein toller Ausblick und unser Highlight war die Sommerküche mit riesigem Grill was meinem Mann besonders gut gefallen hat. Und der Infinitypool war einfach wow. Mit Sicherheit waren wir nicht das letzte Mal dort - wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Booked last minute. House was perfect for our family of four plus two dogs. Great bbq area, nice sized pool and plenty of garden space. House was cosy and clean, with comfy beds. There is a small chicken/goat farm next door which was the kids thought was great! The owners were very responsive and super friendly, providing fresh bread and cheese on arrival and later cherries 🍒 from their garden. The neighboring town Sibenik was a beautiful day out, and the beaches in Murter were a must-see. Would have no hesitation to book again. Thank you, Tonka and Hrvoje!
