Stayed for 3 days without facing any problems. Tatiana was always available and extremely polite. The location was great and close to a lot of beaches and restaurants. Would definitely recommend whether you’re going with family or friends.

Very much pleasant and happy about the stay. The caretakers were so kind and helpful. Neat and tidy place. Proper ventilation and required amenities.

The house is absolutely beautiful and Umang was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful even in the smallest of matters. Really helpful cause we were in a need of a place urgently to work and he let us come early and set the place up so we could be comfortable. Will definitely book with him again.

The stay was good. Location of bnb is on main road so easily accessible from nearby attractions. Loved the vibe.

I stayed here for 5 nights and oh my God what a beautiful 1BHK it is. A very cozy, true to its pictures and we'll maintained society. Everyday pool deep cleaning was done with even water vaccum. The cleaning of the house is done on daily basis. The care taker was easily accessible for our needs like the cooker was not working, he immediately made the changes. They provided with microwave safe dishes which actually they don't know. I took my own microwave safe utensils but they have glass bowls and La Opala(premium collection) which were also microwave safe. Although, the plates were only 3 and small bowls - 2 but that was enough for me and my husband. They had tea leaves, sugar and salt and coffee, for us to make. They even provided with juicer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, etc. If changes of towels could have been done on daily basis that would have been great!! But that was not a deal breaker for us. In short, best find ever and recommend to our friends and family!!

Ansh is a helpful and accommodating host. He's very responsive to his guest's needs. His place is quite comfortable. He sends housekeepers by every day. So you can really enjoy your stay. On an unrelated note, watch out for the street food... you insides may revolt.

William provides a spacious, well equipped property right in the heart of Anjuna, only 5 mins walk from all the major sun downers and within yards of great restaurants and supermarkets. the property itself is in a gated, well maintained community with 24/7 security. cleaning services are also offered daily at your discretion. A/C in both major spaces in the apartment is a critical feature during the hot Goa days and nights. the place looks exactly like the pictures and we found it a great place to relax and unwind after days and nights of exploring Anjuna. William is attentive, responsive and happy to provide recommendations for the local area and vendors as well as answer any questiins about the property. We will be back to Anjuna again and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. 5-Stars.

We stayed for a week in this 1BHK property with a toddler. The kitchen was well stocked with Utensils, cutlery, small appliances which were very helpful. With a 10 min odd drive to Candolim Beach, it was great to have all the local shops and Newtons within reach. Worth considering definitely if you are coming with family especially a small kid. Host was always responsive and helped out immediately when there was some confusion around parking spot (its a gated building with few spots for visitors parking). Great option to consider if North Goa stretch is what you wanna explore.

Had an amazing short stay at this place and it felt home . All facilities are provided nothing to worry about . Meenu and team was super responsive and shared all the useful contacts which made me super comfortable . Will suggest to book this place without any second doubt 🙌

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

Place was very clean and aesthetic. Peaceful neighbourhood. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. Definitely better than hotel stay. Felt like home.
