excelente sitio para descansar, muy cómodo y acogedor, playa a 500 metros caminando o en vehículo. A una cuadra tiene una tienda, restaurante con domicilio a 1km más o menos. supermercados quedan lejos a 20 minutos en vehículo más o menos, así que es bueno ir preparando con antelación. Excente anfitriona, resolvió todas nuestras dudas y atendió nuestras recomendaciones. esperamos regresar pronto.

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at in port of Columbia. Great view great room sizes very friendly staff and parking if needed. The pool is awesome with a great view also close to local shops pharmacy and easy to get transportation.

Es un sitio que obviamente se veía más grande en las fotos que en la realidad, pero es un loft bastante cómodo para 2 personas. Tiene lo necesario, ubicado cerca de la plaza central. Un poco costoso para la temporada y la demanda. Muy cerca al mar. Camilo es un excelente anfitrión y fue muy considerado con nosotros el día de salida y nos dio una espera para conseguir otro lugar. Recomendado.

Muy buen alojamiento, muy cómodo y limpio y hay mucho que hacer en la zona, además es súper tranquila y bonita.

Excelente, fui con mi familia por un fin de semana y el apto es muy cómodo, además está bien ubicado y muy centrado para los supermercados y las rutas para ir a la playa y hacia el centro son rápidas y de fácil acceso.

El señor John fue muy atento con nosotros, el personalmente fue a presentarse a la hora de hacer el check in y nos dio recomendaciones de lugares para comer y visitar. El apartamento super cómodo y seguro. Definitivamente recomendado. Hay varios supermercados cerca y en el complejo de apartamentos hay una señora que tiene una tiendita por si necesitas algo rápido.

nous avons adoré le condo. tout était propre, l'accès à lamplage en 5 minutes de marche. l'hôte repond rapidement et aide beaucoup. sans oublier la piscine et les jeux d'eau pour les enfants. le condo est très récent et nous retrouvons dans la cuisine tout ce que nous avons besoin pour cuisiner. par contre il est important de prévoir faire une épicerie avant d'arriver car le dépanneur du coin n'a pas beaucoup d'aliments. nous avons dû improviser pour notre part avec des oeufs et du pain. la sécurité est présente sur place et le stationnement privé sécurisé aussi. lors de notre séjour il y avait beaucoup de vent donc c'était bruyant la nuit. Air climatisé super fonctionnelle et très apprécié, comme l'eau chaude de la douche, rare en Colombie. je recommande grandement

Wir wohnten eine Woche im Appartement und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist ruhig, trotzdem ist man fussläufig in ca 10-15 Minuten am Meer oder im Zentrum. Es hat verschiedene Tienda gleich um die Ecke, falls mal was ausgeht (Kaffe, Eier...). Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet: Parkplatz, viele Küchenutensilien, Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, Ventilator im Wohnzimmer. Auch Putzmaterial wurde zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir super fanden. Bei Problemen oder Fragen war der Gastgeber erreichbar und als wir Wasser in der Wohnung hatten wegen sehr starkem Regen waren die Vermieter sofort zur Stelle und haben das Problem gelöst. Einzig eine Waschmaschine wäre super, aber es ging auch so.

Great place for large groups. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive to needs / requests. For example, one day the AC wasn't working and within an hour they had a brand new unit installed working great! Would definitely stay again... Highly recommend 'Paradise Beach' restaurant down the street.. calamari and cevichez FANTASTIC!!!!! Thanks John!

El lugar es sumamente tranquilo, amplio, cómodo y seguro. Todos fueron muy amables con nosotros, estuvieron atentos todo el tiempo. Totalmente recomendado, nosotros quedamos fascinados!!

This was my first beach town trip with my husband and our friends and we had a lovely time. The house is beautiful, spacious and the weather was perfect. Beds were comfortable, the air conditioning in the bedrooms were put on before our arrival! Bathrooms were great, kitchen was in full working order. You will have to bring all the things you need to cook such as oil, spices, ingredients and things like napkins/extra garbage bags and plenty of water to drink. We used the grill outside for our burgers and the stoves worked great. The hammocks were very comfy and relaxing. There was a fantastic speaker provided with the rental and we were able to listen to music throughout our stay. Martha was very communicative and helpful with all of our inquiries. Thank you for hosting us! We had a great time!

The hosts are such kind people. They made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Shopping, recommendations, even planning and executing a surprise birthday for my friend. the place is awesome, with amazing views, large kitchen and places to spread out.

Alvaro’s place blew our minds, very well above our expectations. The place is very spacious, amazing decoration, beach front, pool, etc. Great place for a peaceful stay in front of the beach, amazing for kitesurfers. Salinas del Rey kitesurfing center is just 10 mins away.

La casa es hermosa, tal cual como se ve en las fotos, amplia, muy bien decorada y dotada. La comunicación con Ricardo fue muy fluida y la persona que nos entregó era muy amable y dispuesta a ayudarnos, la recomiendo!

Nice location! We enjoyed our stay there. Mario and his father are great hosts who gave us good recommendations for the area, and responded always very quickly and friendly. The place is calm and only a few meters to walk to the beach. The beach is clean and comparably quiet. You can eat at small restaurants at the beach or take a InDrive to the town center where you can find some restaurants and a supermarket. Only downside is that the beach restaurants close at about 6pm, but you can ask Mario for contacts of local restaurants who deleliver food. The apartment had a kitchen with minimal equipment and some spices, which was totally fine for our needs. It's also nice that you can smoke everywhere. The rest of the equipment was as described. The bad review about the aggressive dogs can't be confimed, but if you are afraid of dogs i think Mario will keep them away while your there. The surfaces in bath and kitchen could be cleaner but totally within range. We will visit again sometime!

Tranquilo, confortable , seguro y privado, en nuestro caso, el Apto de José tiene todo lo que buscábamos para disfrutar de unos días estupendos en familia, la tranquilidad y privacidad, insuperables. Recomendado totalmente. Ya lo extrañamos. Esperamos poder volver pronto.

somos Patricia y Eduardo, estuvimos por 30 días, super tranquilos. bello lugar 3 cuadras del mar, tiendas de autoservicio 1 cuadra. felices de conocer prado mar, no hay elevador y son 4 pisos pero bien VALE la pena. nosotros sin duda regresaremos, quedamos enamorados del departamento gracias Natalia y Omar
