Our stay was great. Due our flight being canceled we had to extend our stay and the host was more than happy to help us with that. They responded quickly and were very understanding about our situation. Extending our stay was no problem at all. Everything was clean and tidy just as described. The AC units were a huge plus also. Thank you so much Luis.

Comfortable apartment. Just like the pictures. Great location for dining and bar hopping in Guayama.

Excelente lugar! Te sientes como en tu casa. Muy seguro y privado. Todo muy limpio. Varios lugares de comida a los cuales puedes ir caminando si deseas. La autopista està muy cerca también, ya sea que quieras ir al sur o al norte de la isla. Volvería a éste lugar con los ojos cerrados. ❤️ Yessenia es una super host. 🥰

apartment was great, spotless, fridge was full, kitchen essentials for cooking, great communication, even had new toys for my dogs. calm neighborhood, with great restaurants nearby, shopping center close by. provided list of things to do and visit in town and nearby towns. definitely my first place to look at when visiting the area in the future.

El lugar es un lugar súper agradable, tranquilo, seguro, en el cual, se respira mucha paz; haciendo sentir a los huéspedes, como "en casa" y como parte de la familia extendida. Sin lugar a dudas, volvería a quedarme en esta localización; ya que, no sólo nos atendieron con respeto, prontitud y amabilidad, sino que, de igual forma, el lugar incluía todo lo necesario, útiles, televisores, Internet, etc. Realmente, se atendió todo, con sensibilidad-dada mi situación, ante una pérdida familiar- y con prontitud, respeto y excelencia siempre. Lo recomiendo "con los ojos cerrados ".

The place was perfect for what we needed. It was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Joel sent a message the day of our check-in with clear instructions, making the check-in process smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Loved staying at Edwin’s place! Close to local bakeries and fruit stands which we went to everyday. Felt right at home, can’t wait to return!

Great communication with Milagros and the home was just as described. The home is close to the highway and in a calm and quiet neighborhood. During our stay we participated in a running event in the morning. Milagros was kind enough to allow us to do a late check out in order for us to shower and rest after the event.

Nahomy was an excellent host and the place was great! Everything was very clean and cozy. Great beds and sheets and nice bathrooms and well stocked kitchen. All the essentials! Really enjoyed the gas cooktop too! The area feels safe and is fun at night to walk to nearby places for beer or food. We would definitely recommend this place and would look forward to coming back! Loved our visit!

We enjoyed our stay in the little house. The owner was on site while we were there and offered good restaurant suggestions (all within walking distance) and other advice about things to do in the area. We did have some issues initially getting in, but the property manager responded right away and we quickly figured it out. We made use of the washer and dryer, and the large fridge was great. Some nights were a little noisy with humans (as expected on a weekend) and roosters. A good place in a great location!

Excelente para un wiken en familia o grupo grande. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. Si tienes bote, se pasa espectacular. Queda justo alado de una rampa para botes y hay ruido desde temprano pero, a las 8pm +/- ya se va la gente.

Loved the stay. Incredible place to stay in. Great area and neighborhood. The majority of the time we spend it in the backyard in the pool area and my kids loved it. They didnt want to get out of the pool. The backyard had lights for when it was getting dark that was a plus. If I go back to Guayama I definitely will stay there again and will recommend it to my family and friends.

We had such a wonderful stay. The rental was clean, comfortable, and ideally located for us. Gloria was such a great communicator - she responded quickly every time. We arrived during the major power outage and she was EXTREMELY flexible and understanding. We hope to return next year!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The villa was exactly as described. We felt so at home. Lorca was always very responsive. She had everything we needed in the villa. I would definitely come back.

Excellent location and a beautiful place. We appreciated it is a first floor and has a king size bed.
