We absolutely loved staying here. The space was adorable and felt so homey and comfortable. I loved the little touches of decor everywhere, the home had the distinct feel of a personal touch, and that made it very special. The bed was very comfortable too. The fenced yard was perfect for dogs. I couldn't tell from the pictures what type of fence is around the yard, but it is a wood, 6 foot privacy fence all the way around the back. there's a very short, decorative fence in a small part of the backyard as well, but it's not the perimeter fence. The perimeter is enclosed with 6ft fence.

Quaint place for us to scoot away for a quick weekend. It was well-priced and very clean. Jill and Mickey were responsive, easy to work with, and extremely nice.

Wow just wow!! This is what airbnb was made for someone’s really cool place shared with others. So unique and no massive list of to do for check out. Best stay i’ve had in a long time!! Can not recommend enough!!

We had to cut stay short due to weather but I would definitely stay here again. It is walkable to downtown unfortunately it was storming so we had to drive everywhere. The house is very well stocked. You have everything you need and then some!! Stephen was very nice and understanding when we decided to check out early.

No complaints on nothing. 5 stars all the way around. Thanks for everything

The house is nice but could use some touching up in areas. The beds weren't the most comfortable but we were only there for 1 night so we made do. The kitchen was clean and fairly well stocked. There were 5 of us staying there and we didn't feel cramped at all. If we're ever in Little Rock again we would definitely stay there.

The barkley cottage that Stacie hosted us in was amazingly convenient for our last minute booking needs. super nice location with friendly neighbors, gorgeous backyard that makes relaxing or having dogs with a breeze, and she even offered to bring us breakfast when we booked which was an absolute first for me and my tenure on Airbnb. stacia was super accommodating in every way possible going so far as to even let us check in 4 hours early for no added fee. the house itself was very cozy with plenty of seating and all the amenities needed to feel at home. I definitely recommend anyone to give Stacie and here lovely property a chance to experience.

What a wonderful stay! The place and its surroundings are absolutely gorgious. Sitting on the porch, looking at the lake while the hummingbirds are keeping an eye on you is truly an experience. Cindee made a wonderful breakfast for me every morning and next to that they took care of me in every possible way. If I visit this area again, I will make sure I can stay with Cindee and William again.

We didn't realize Arkansas had a "monsoon" season but we picked then to visit. 😉 The power was out most of our stay so it got a little chilly but that's no one's fault. There were power outages all over. It's really cute and cozy. We loved the little deck Friday night. We cozied up under the awning but it was too rainy to be on it after that. We really liked the swing in the yard. This is a cool place to stay and I say that despite the weather. it was like being in a tree house. I would stay here again.

Great location to unplug, relax, enjoy the quiet surrounds, the beautiful lake views, and be hosted by a truly lovely couple. The location has a lovely country/remote feel, but is only about 45 mins from Little Rock. The room is a great size for a couple of people (we had two small dogs as well), very well presented and comfortable for chilling out, and the balcony has 180 degree views of the lake. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful every day, with great company and good, friendly chats. We really enjoyed a week away from the hustle and bustle of life and relaxing at this lovely spot!

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood! Lovely home with everything we needed! We were driving through and only stayed 1 night, but we all felt recharged and would like to return!
