We loved our stay! The views were beautiful and it was so peaceful! Dennis is a great host and extremely responsive. We so enjoyed the hot tub and other amenities at the house. We will definitely stay here again!!

One of my favorites so far the house was very spacious and comfortable...I spent a lot of time on the back deck, also there's alot of activities such as baseball courts pool and many other things no more than 4 miles away, I enjoyed riding the the woods seeing the amazing views...hosts responded back quickly when needed , I would definitely book this air bnb agin

Our family of 4 truly enjoyed our time in Arkansas for spring break. We highly recommend this beautiful airbnb of Jack's in Hot Springs Village. It is great home away from home. The house is beautifully decorated and super clean. Each room had wonderful picturesque views of Desoto Lake and decks off each bedroom and dining room. Jack was always very quick to reply if we needed him for anything or had any questions. HSV is a great location to stay in for diamond mining or crystal mining, ziplining, hiking, fishing, geocaching, shopping, boating, and so much more. HSV also has many wonderful activities from picked ball courts, miniature golf, and golfing that is available to all homeowners and airbnb guests. Each gate to the village is staffed with friendly security guards who are willing to answer any questions you may have about the village, it's amenities, directions, and much more.

We had so much fun. The place was exactly what we expected!! Host were helpful and so nice!! There were others at the property but we never knew it. Such a nice place and close to all the fun!! 10 out of 10, would recommend.

The bnb was fully stocked and had everything I expected, tons of extra pillows and blankets. The requests upon leaving for minimal, load the dishwasher, make sure trash is bagged up, leave slept in beds unmade, and certain temps for the thermostat depending on cool or heat. The decor was pretty and the place was clean. 10/10, would stay again.

Place was good. Some of the locals tried to talk politics with me (and I didn't ask), which was not always pleasant.

House is as described and pictures are accurate. The property is a bit dated, so not necessarily the most luxurious stay. But everything is functional and the place was very clean, so good value overall.

Love, Love, love staying there. Will definitely stay again. Was so quiet at night and mostly throughout the day. I don't care where you go in the area, the people are always smiling and very friendly. Everything is designed up to date. There was a personalized welcome/ thank-you card waiting on the dining table as well as a basket full of s'mores making supplies, (which we took advantage of), seasonings, basic condiments, washer and dryer, laundry supplies, so many games to play, magazines, books, a map of the village on the fridge, & so much more! We only left a couple of times during our 4 day stay. There are also cameras installed by the front door and the back patio which made us feel at ease. The permanent resident neighbor was delightful and informative as well. You will definitely enjoy your stay. Kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, some staples, and most importantly a Keurig coffee maker with all types of coffee and hot chocolate for the Littles!!!

Samson’s place was exactly as listed. It perfectly accommodated our group of five. The unit was spacious and the roof top terrace was a nice perk. We would happily stay here again!

Great service and easy check in process

Amazing stay! The townhouse was immaculate. It’s located right on the water and the kids were able to kayak and the adults were able to fish and relax off the private dock! The beds were comfortable and the townhouse was extremely clean! 5 out of 5 stars! Would recommend and we plan to stay again!
