My family and I were relocating and needed a place to stay for a few days until our new place is all set. Lance’s place was the perfect stay for us, we really appreciate the cleanliness, everything was neat and clean which is huge for me. My family absolutely loved the place, the location is amazing, Lance was a great host, very accommodating. I told my kids it’s time for us to move in our new place and they did not want to leave Lance’s place lol. We really appreciate the stay and would definitely book again.

Great place in a safe, quiet neighbor. Loved being close to the military park and also having an assigned parking space. Condo is comfortable and quiet. Hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. This was a nice place for a long-term stay.

Very clean, conviently located, and extremely smooth check-in/check-out process. Had a minor internet issue and thanks to great communication with the host, the issue was solved immediately! Would defiitely stay here again.

Where do I even begin, first the communication between Sylena & I was amazing! Any questions I had were answered both professionally & promptly. I’ve been to multiple airbnbs before but never have i ever been to an airbnb that felt exactly like home, and never have I ever had such a wonderful interaction with a host the way I did with Sylena. She was sympathetic towards me and my family wanting a late check out, and allowed us to do so. She also made sure anything that we needed, we had. The location was convenient about 8 minutes from uptown and it was surrounded by many food places. I will definitely be booking with Sylena again, 1000/10 recommended. It would be selfish of me not to share how amazing my experience was.. however; it’s first come first serve lol so not everybody run at once, but RUN AND BOOK WITH WITH HER NOW!! :)

Linda was very gracious with our last minute booking and variable needs. We had a daughter in the hospital and had to rush to Charlotte to be with her. Linda's place was perfect for our needs and very quiet and nice.

I've now stayed here twice (two years ago in 2023, and again now) when I'm in town for a business trip. For the most part, this place is really great. Great location, fairly solid place, most supplies you would need provided. Two minor disappointments: No tools provided to handwash any dishes that can't go in the dishwasher, and both times I've stayed here, there have been fairly large dust balls.

Very clean, safe, and cozy! Check in/out is a breeze, there is a full kitchen and Smart TV with capabilities for all streaming services. I’m a stickler for cleanliness and the Aycock Suite was great!!

Tyler’s place was super clean and cozy. We had a great time staying at this air bnb. We had some problems with the electricity and Tyler sent an electrician over immediately! He is very responsive and on top of it. We had a great stay!

Kristen’s place was just what we needed for our work trip! It was a practical option that offered a cozy spot to sleep and tackle our tasks. A big thank you to the host for creating such a clean and functional space!

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

The name says it all… Delilah’s Retreat and this just what it is. It made me feel so comfortable from the moment I stepped inside. It’s impeccably clean and comfortable. Everything is supplied with exception of food. I would definitely stay again and recommend without hesitation. Thank you James for offering such a lovely place.

Alles super. schönes, kleines Apartment in Uptown. Alles ist einfach zu Fuß erreichbar, selbst nach Southend nur 25 Minuten zu Fuß.

Beautiful place was prefect for my significant other and myself. No complaints everything was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at Audrey’s townhouse/ condo! The location is great with just a short walk to the middle of downtown Charlotte, making it super easy to explore the city. The place was very clean and had all the amenities listed plus more. If you’re looking to cook, there’s a fully stocked kitchen with any spice you could ever need, creamer & sugar for coffee, etc.. In addition there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which you don’t find in all Airbnbs these days. The place is cozy, easy to access, and Audrey provides a great list of recommendations for all areas of the city. We’d love to stay again!

The lakefront location was absolutely beautiful! The walkway around the lake was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

We felt right at home when we walked through the door! We love the fact that the light switches were labeled with what they were for and on top of that it was very clean inside!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

Condo was just as described and exactly what we needed. It was clean and well appointed. We appreciate all their efforts. Keyless entry was easy to use and helpful.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

I spent four weeks at this spacious and comfortable apartment while working in Center City. There is a grocery store in easy walking distance, a great coffee shop a block away. Though it is next to the highway it's pretty quiet and supplies a nice white noise at night. Rachel was quick to respond if I needed assistance, which was rare. Next time I come to Charlotte I will look to see if this place is available.
