The lakefront cottage utilizes space well and is very clean and comfortable. The location on the lake is absolutely wonderful. Private area without a lot of traffic. We used the kayaks most of the days for fishing and exploring. Caught several bass and a 25lb catfish! The kitchen is well stocked! We cooked most meals at the house, utilizing the blackstone for breakfast. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed it immensely.

Our family had a fantastic time at Lakefront Oasis. The house was perfect for our kids. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, making s’mores on the bonfire, cooking on the grill (they have such an amazing setup). We can’t wait to come back during the summer! Clean and comfortable space, a great location, thoughtful amenities and excellent communication with the host. Marykate was so responsive to all of our messages (both prior to and during our stay) providing us with helpful information for our arrival, checkin and stay. Lakefront Oasis’s exceeded our expectations.

We stayed here for our wedding and not only was it beautiful the host stephanie was great at responding to any and all questions we had! would definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The house was a close distance to the lake. It’s not on the water but the boat ramp is close by. We enjoyed the big round dining room table to play UNO with the kids. We enjoyed the Charlotte Whitewater Center that is about 30 minutes away. The house is a great location.

This is a beautiful waterfront home. Inside, it was clean and comfortable, with all amenities included as advertised. Great home for families, as the kid's corner is fun, and there's lots of fun to be had on the property for kids. The hot tub worked great and was clean. The large windows provide wonderful views of the water, and the deck is a great size to enjoy the view from outside. The location is generally about ~15 minutes away from stores. Highly recommended for a getaway!

The place was just what we were looking for during our family trip for Spring Break week. The boys loved the use of the dock for fishing and kept busy with the basketball hoop. My favorite was the view of the lake from the deck and the living room windows. The whole property was gorgeous and had everything that we needed. Our oldest daughter took advantage of the walkout bedrooms downstairs. She loved that she could wake up and walk out and see the lake. There was plenty of wildlife to see in the mornings also. If you are looking for lake fun in a quiet neighborhood then Down the Hatch is the place for you! Peter and Jackie reached out to let us know to reach out to them if we needed anything. They were great hosts.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Jordan’s place over spring break. Traveling with kids ranging from 4 months - 16 years old, there was something for everyone to do. We used the board games, enjoyed meals in the house, used the kayaks, made s’more’s. We were also able to rent a boat from a local establishment so having the dock was an incredible amenity. Overall, the place was perfect for our needs and very clean. Jordan was responsive and quickly addressed all of our questions or requests before and even after our stay. Highly recommend!

Came in from Knoxville for the Spartan race. Davis's place was very convenient to plenty of stores and restaurants, and was easy to find. Squeaky clean and super comfortable. Davis was friendly and I'm pretty sure he would have been very helpful if he hadn't already taken care of whatever we needed ahead of time.

This home was a very peaceful location with abundant windows and views of the lake. Very private with comfortable beds and plentiful bathrooms for our family of four.

We have stayed in Ashlyn’s homes for 3 years in a row and have always loved ours stays ! Everything is exactly as described and she is always very responsive. Will be staying again next year !

really loved this cottage for a quick weekend getaway with my sister. plenty of space for a larger crew as well. loved, loved loved the peaceful quiet atmosphere. screened in porch was our favorite hangout spot. would happily stay again

Highly recommend Lorillee’s space! It’s cozy, well-decorated and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Lorillee also is super responsive to questions and helpful with things to do in the area.

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Ivory’s place! It was close to lots of dining options, Lake Wylie, as well as downtown CLT. Would love to stay again!

Jamie covered everything in her e-mails, texts and booklet at the cabin that we had absolutely no questions or need for communication. We DID have a need to return after checkout to return the kayak to its proper location and she graciously gave us the go-ahead. We needed help from our grandsons to get it on the dock and carry it up to the rack provided and had to wait till they got out of school. Would so recommend her place to anyone who wants a lovely place on Lake Norman especially if they need to b near the Troutman area. Wonderful place!!!

Absolutely loved this place. So peaceful and clean! The paddle boat was definitely the best part. I will definitely book again!

Serenity Cove was absolutely incredible! The pictures didn’t do it justice! It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with some friends. The views were incredible and picturesque. The location was the best of both worlds being far enough from the city to feel like you’re tucked in your own little wonderland but still close enough in case you need to run to the store, go uptown or place a delivery order. The house is stocked with all sorts of things like cooking utensils and games and truly nothing beats just sitting and spending time on their amazing deck. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a spot for a getaway in the Charlotte area.

We had such a great time at Brad’s lake house! It felt spacious for our family of 4 and was just what we needed for a little spring break getaway. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and down by the water. Loved the blackout curtains to keep out the light when needed. Beds were comfortable. And of course, we enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit! A very peaceful getaway to spend time with our family. We will be back again! One thing I will mention…. Closest groceries stores are 30 min out! I would suggest getting food on your way in!

I stay at this location because it is very near my family and it’s a good place to be for Thanksgiving. It’s very peaceful and a nice place especially if you have a dog to walk as there are woods behind the house.

Rustic, cabin-like feel. Not fancy but perfect for our needs. The host was in the process of refreshing the property, which was a bit of a surprise/disappointment, but did not really interfere with our experience. The view was outstanding. Enjoyed sitting down on the dock.

The home was beautiful, comfortable and the hosts thought of everything to make our time in their property relaxing and peaceful! If we need to be back in the area again we will definitely rent this house in the future! Loved it!!
