Best of the best!! I don’t typically write such detailed reviews, but this experience truly deserved it. The pictures are just a small glimpse to the beauty and attention to detail this place offers. Every room had a cozy yet modern vibe, with thoughtful touches throughout. The back patio in particular was my paradise. Cara & Marcelo went above and beyond communicating and ensuring a seamless & stress free check in- making this place truly feel like a home away from home♥️ The location is the cherry on top. Tucked away in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and just minutes to amazing restaurants, shops, parks, and historical landmarks! I could go on and on about how this place and the hosts made our trip so special, but in summary, it’s truly a gem. So.. if you’re looking for a sign, this is it.. book it.. you won’t regret it!!

I’ve stayed here a couple of times now, and it’s my go-to whenever I’m in town. NODA is a great area with a great culture. The home is in a good neighborhood, is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host is also very responsive, making each stay a great experience!

We loved staying here. The home was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to really relax by using the hot tub and sauna. We enjoyed the chocolates and bottle of wine. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog. We liked the Host’s guidebook and went to the Greensboro Arboretum which was 10 minutes away. We had one question before we checked in and the Host got back with us very promptly. We hope to stay here again soon.

There are moments in life where you cannot describe perfection! Came down for a business trip and my mind was blown as I felt like I was just walking into my home. Would highly recommend this property and this host!! Just not while I need it! lol! Thank you so much for everything

This charming, fully renovated historical home was a delightful stay! (looks exactly like the pictures) Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood, the home blends classic character with modern comforts. #gorgeous Check-in/check-out was a breeze, making the arrival seamless and stress-free. #easiestcheckoutever The prime location was perfect and just a short distance away. And Michael was polite and excellent with communication. Highly recommend for a cozy and convenient getaway!

Beautiful and peaceful home I wish I could have stayed longer. It was enough room for 5 people and it came with an air mattress which gave more room. The home was clean and bigger than expected. I would stay again if I had to.

Alexandra's home was the perfect place for our recent visit to Winston-Salem. The home is very comfortable for two couples with the bedrooms being on opposite corners of the house. The kitchen was clearly equipped by a good cook! We had everything we needed to create some fine meals. Close to DT, easy and inexpensive to catch and Uber for dining out. We took a couple of lengthy walks around the neighbourhood. Old Town Salem is only a short walk away. Beds were cozy and comfortable. We were surprised with how quiet the neighbourhood is at night. We had the front room and rarely heard traffic. We would definitely book with Alexandra again if we find ourselves back in Winston-Salem.

It was situated on a beautiful lake in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at Patricia’s Airbnb. She was an excellent hostess.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The amenities around the condo facility were very nice as well. The community near the condo was very cute and safe. We had many walks on the nearby walking path as well. We really enjoyed the walk/short drive to the restaurants, bars, and shops in Davidson. Thanks for a great stay.

Jodi’s place was perfect for what I needed. I worked during the day and also like to cook some of my own meals when away from home. She provided all the little convenience things we have at ease in our own homes that u wouldn’t necessarily get in a hotel. Her description was on point and there were no unpleasant surprises. She was extremely responsive and able to answer my questions, never made me feel like I was being a pest by asking. And also availed the unit to me earlier than the posted check in time. The only downfall for me (this is personal to me and cannot be changed) is the road is a dead end connecting to a busy, trafficked road. I like getting up early and going for walks but didn’t bc I didn’t feel I had the runway to do that in a safe way.

Rene was such an awesome host! The apartment looked incredible and welcoming for the holiday season. I truly enjoyed the conversations and fellowship we had. I give the airbnb a ten star! Hope to go back there one day!

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The location was an easy walk to the convention center and also accessible to many of the activities downtown. We even had a parking spot! Communicating with the host was super simple and they responded quickly to our questions.

Very nice stay! Had everything we could’ve needed, very clean. Would stay here again!!

Danielle was a wonderful host, so personable, always very responsive, and just wonderful to chat with in general. my dog loved the little pond here so much, it was a great spot for her to swim and play fetch in!

This studio is located in walking distance to downtown, offers an assigned parking spot in the garage underneath the building, is uncluttered and provides basics for a short comfortable stay.

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!
