James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" This place really is wonderfully appointed, all the modern conveniences you could hope for: there are three different ways to make a cup of tea! It takes no time to walk from Winnersh train station, and there’s a large Sainsbury’s supermarket/grocery store just the other side of the tracks. You can fit many cars but you won’t need one. The recommended taxi companies from the house book were super professional, too. Richard and Sarah are extremely accommodating and excellent communicators. I would not hesitate to book their place again, though as my sister only plans on getting married once I doubt the need will arise.

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

We had the most fantastic stay at Anna’s home. It is such a beautiful, spacious house, and incredibly stylish, with the most incredible selection of toys and things to do for kids. Both my young boys had the time of their lives - so exciting for them to explore everything! They loved the bunk beds, and the huge bath. We had terrible weather, but it really didn’t matter as there was so much to do. There are great restaurants in southbourne that we’re easy to walk to, and the beaches are all fantastic even in the rain. We made a really last minute booking so we’re very appreciate that Anna and her Sikh we’re able to make it work for us! Would highly recommend and love to go again in the future.

I stayed at this property with my family and easily one of the best Airbnb I have stayed in terms of comfort, location, surroundings, hospitality, communication from host. The hosts are gem of people who are very thoughtful in providing amenities and services to their guests. They had complementary welcome kit and had two pages with instructions to use listed amenities of the house as well as local grocery and food recommendation. I always had very proactive and positive conversations with Laura and Mike. I would recommend this airbnb to family (esp with kids) and friends. It is so relaxing that you can just relax and bbq in the backyard.

Lots to do here. Walking distance to the beach and shopping. Very quiet. Car parking a bonus. Would come back. We stay in a lot of air b b and would recommend.

This is a great Air Bnb- spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a great location for exploring the Dorset coast line. It was such a peaceful setting and the thoughtful little extras made it even more enjoyable (the most delicious chocolate brownies!). Perfect for couples or families.

Great house and as described. We did feel it was a shame that the garden was quite stark with no plants or greenery

Thank you Carol and Derek for looking after us. We only stayed one night with two small dogs but hope to be back . The location was great and although the room was not large it had everything we needed and more. Your helpful suggestions for where to walk were brilliant. Recommend this little place.

For a work trip to Southampton, Marc’s apartment is perfect. Easy to locate a short walk to the docks & old town with some great food. The apartment was very chic, lovely view of the river, very safe & secure. Parking was an excellent addition. I felt very comfortable mixing work & a little tourism. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit & would definitely wish to return.

We stayed at Elizabeth’s for a few days when visiting family nearby. It was perfect for our purpose and we found Elizabeth very friendly and accommodating. Our granddaughter particularly enjoyed the trampoline!

Once again, a delightful stay at Jill’s well-appointed and comfortable apartment. We always feel at home from the moment we arrive and Jill is instantly available to answer any queries which may arise. The sparkling wine chilling in the fridge and local shortbread is a thoughtful touch which make you feel a valued guest. We look forward to a return visit later in the year.

Staying at this place was nice: the flat is very cosy, well-furnished, location is marvellous, just few minutes away from the seashore and city centre, though quite enough. All the amenities, incl. washing machine and dishwasher, are at place. In this regard, the flat is suitable for both - short-term and long-term stays (I did the latter and enjoyed it a lot). There could be some complexities with general cleaning (since it's optional and not very cheap), though the hosts are able to accommodate you (by providing e.g. clean bed linen on request). The hosts are responsive and open to help with and advise on anything, which is an additional plus!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the beautiful apartment. Amazing sea views. Lovely walks on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Really great value, finished to a good standard and very clean, had everything we needed for a base for the long weekend with two small children and a small dog. Coms were really quick and Amanda was very friendly and accommodating. Has a great parking space and really close to the beach and southbourne. Thanks for our stay

Excellent place to stay and service from host was great, he was very kind and accommodating. The flat was clean and the massive TV along with the Xbox was good fun. Honestly zero complaints, couldn't have been better. Huge thanks to the host.

Debbie was fantastic from start to finish,the apartment is stunning and so comfortable and spotless,the beds are so comfy,the whole accommodation is well thought out and every available thing toy need for your stay is included,with well written instructions for everything

le logement nous a plu ,propre,nous étions 5 adultes et tout le monde reconnait que on avait bien choisi. On reviendra sans problème, la plage n'est pas loin et il y a de bons restos ou commerces.

Exactly as described and as shown on the photos! Super convenient and cosy and the hosts were really welcoming. I felt at home instantly. The location is perfect, everything is so close, there’s the train and bus stations, restaurants, shops and more. I a 100% recommend staying there 😊!

Apartment was exactly what we needed for our family, especially with an 8 week old baby. Travel cot provided was perfect (not that little one wanted to sleep in it haha). The Apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Matt was friendly and accommodated what we needed when my mum spoke to him. The location was perfect and close to where we needed to be and was great there was parking just outside, especially with the trips out and getting little one in and out of the car and the amount of things we needed to travel with.

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

Lovely apartment in a very good location in Southsea. The place was very well-kept, comms were very good, and having our own parking was really handy. Jane and the team were also really responsive, helping us to sort a couple of minor issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend

We were blown away when we walked into the home. Perfect home for our family of 4! The kids loved the outdoor space and enjoyed some of the books that were available for bedtime. We really appreciated the spaciousness and also the Short walk to the seaside. Hope to return in the summer for a longer stay!

Lucy and Andrew were perfect hosts - the place was beautiful, comfortable, and very homely. It was perfect for a walk to anywhere local, or short a drive if necessary. Communication was fantastic and we loved the touches such as the games, breakfast items, and the Nespresso! Thank you for a perfect stay.
