I had a lovely stay at La Casita Picaflor, the Little Hummingbird House earlier this week. The place is on the smaller side, but still lovely for a single guest or couple. I found the space itself cozy and well equipped. The location is very close to the San Anselmo and San Rafael areas. Most of all, Peg is one of the best hosts of all the places I've stayed and people I've met. She was extremely helpful and accommodating as I searched for accommodation close to the holiday season. Her specific recommendation regarding which exact address to use on rideshare pickups proved especially helpful in getting to the airport for a very early return flight. I'd highly recommend this option for an awesome stay in San Anselmo, CA!

ALISON'S PLACE is always the most beautiful, pristine, perfect experience. Quality everything, beautifully designed, perfectly located, it's a 5 star experience.

The hosts were very friendly and made a genuine effort to ensure I had a great stay. That said, they were not intrusive in any manner. It's a beautiful location. I didn't have a car, so I walked up and down the hill to the house at least once per day. I enjoyed the walk, but some might not. Hopefully the unit will be available the next time I am in town. I highly recommend it.

Katie’s place was just right for additional sleeping space close to our daughter’s family at Thanksgiving. Easy walk to great shops and restaurants, too. Katie was very helpful with questions. We would stay here again.

Rented Bob's place (unit 1) for nearly three months as a summer getaway. Very peaceful and appreciated that he allowed our dog. He and his local team were always responsive and friendly. Any additional needs we had were promptly addressed. Very grateful for the kind hospitality and home away from home!

A great little place to stay in San Rafael, looks exactly like the photos. It’s totally self contained and has everything you need, stocked with all basic items so I was set up straight away and was well equipped and comfortable during my entire stay. Amazing location, very close to all the shops, transport hub and fabulous walking in the hills behind. Laura was great on liaising before and during my stay on anything I needed, but my time there was made so much more special by the wonderful Aileen who owns the place - she’s so welcoming, turned up with the most delicious hot pumpkin bread on my first day and was an absolute angel throughout my time there - I had a few personal things going on during my stay and she was an absolute rock, going way beyond any expectation I had of a host, which was hugely appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful month at your place :)

We had a wonderful time staying at Anya’s studio - beautiful scenery! It was an easy walk into town, great places to eat, overall a great weekend getaway!

We loved Amber's place! It has an amazing view of the Corte Madera Creek and Mt Tam East Peak. Watching sunrise and sunset on the outdoor balcony with the fit pit over coffee/drink is a must! Amber was super responsive both before and during the stay. When a few unexpected incidents occurred, Amber responded and addressed the matter promptly, while being out of town. We enjoyed hikes and walks right from the unit and highly recommend it!

Steve’s place in Petaluma was exactly as described. It had everything we needed, and was in walking distance/biking distance from various restaurants and shops. We drove into Napa a few times during our trip, and felt like it was easy and quick to get there. We definitely recommend!

Lovely place in very beautiful area. Gorgeous decor and host left us thoughtful note and some wine/snacks! Very comfortable and larger space with great covered patio to sip morning coffee. Will definitely return!

Just as advertised perfect vacation spot. The day trips from this home were wonderful, up to parts of Mendocino, out to Jenner to watch the Russian River flow into the ocean, over to Bodega Bay and Bodega, went to Osmosis in Freestone to the spa. had a great day and Occidental, visited old friends in Sebastopol. had a lovely French dinner in Santa Rosa at LaGare. It's all at your fingertips and then you can come back here to rest and relax. with our pup Buddy, thanks for being dog friendly.

This was the perfect spot for our quiet weekend. I usually prefer not to use guesthouse Airbnbs but this one was totally private and felt like entirely its own space. Super clean, cozy, and comfortable. We’ll be back!

My adult siblings and I are originally from the area, and needed to visit a local loved one at a challenging time. Maggie’s home was just perfect: beautiful, spacious, gracious and easy to access — and so peaceful and quiet, perfect for our needs. A real sanctuary. We stocked up on groceries from local luxurious organic market the Good Earth and cooked and ate all of our meals in the peaceful, beautiful, calm environment. (Kitchen had good pots and pans, too!) Really ideal.

Perfect place for a few of us who were doing a 5 day long commuting retreat at Spirit Rock. It was just a short drive away so we were able to come home for lunch, and enjoy the sunshine and views. We were also super comfortable cooking and resting in the evenings. The kitchen was super well stocked and equipped, and had everything we needed and more. It does seem to be an active home with clothes and books belonging to the owner, which I was a little surprised by at first, but didn't really impact us much, there was still enough space for us and for us to create our own memories in the beautiful house. Appreciated Hila's responsiveness!

Such a beautiful home nestled among trees with a calming stream. I absolutely loved staying in this home and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

Location was great! And onsite staff was accommodating and flexible with our needs!

Great location. Everything was very clean and the staff was great getting us anything we needed. We would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately it rained the whole week we were there, so we didn’t get to golf, but would next time.

The Worldmark facilities are ALWAYS nice, and this one was no exception. The gas fireplace didn't work, but our stay was so short we didn't bother to report it and ask to have someone repair. Accommodations were a little pricier than most, but clean and nice.

Loved the rental! The area and location is perfect for surrounding wineries and restaurants. Great views and feels just like home away from home!

This resort is perfect for a wine tasting weekend! It’s super close to so many wineries and centrally located to both Healdsburg and Santa Rosa. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were clean and beds super comfortable. There’s also a full kitchen in case you want to make meals. It’s a great deal!

We always enjoy the Windsor Worldmark. Great restaurants and wine bars in town. Also several breweries and distilleries in the area. The coast is not far. We always enjoy our stay. FYI check out here for 2025 is now at 11 o’clock. Not 10 o’clock.
