Great weekend and wonderful place to stay! We got a message the day before with instructions, code, and check out instructions. And when the morning of checkout. Only complaints would be seating. There’s the one small sectional sofa and then only 2 small conversation chairs (comfy for conversation but not comfy for relaxing and watching tv after a hike. We didn’t have access to a broom but we let the host know and I guess it was overlooked. All in all, it was a 10/10. Wouldn’t recommend for groups though.

Great weekend getaway with my husband! Exceptionally clean, well appointed kitchen, very private and easy to get to. Two-way fireplace was a great perk for chilly evenings. No TV in the bedroom, if that is something that is important to you. Hot tub is private and perfect for star gazing. Will definitely return.

Had an absolutely amazing weekend get away with my close friend his wife and my girlfriend everything was so beautiful and absolutely quiet thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful place !!💙

This was our second stay at Verde Grove Cabins (we stayed in Sycamore around Thanksgiving). We enjoyed the view out the kitchen windows of Oink (dense forest). Loved the hot tub and was able to cook all of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. Old Man’s Cave wasn’t too far away for a nice family outing. Planning to visit again in the fall!

My hubs and I enjoyed a weekend away in this hidden gem, it was relaxing and quiet. The pond views and the peacock that surprised us was very cute. The hot tub is perfect for a winter getaway, the kitchen had everything we needed , fireplaces were super cozy and we cant wait to come back here!

Andrea’s place was wonderful. The inside of the home was very clean and felt very welcoming. The added small touches of snacks, coffee and water was pleasantly welcomed and appreciated. This place was a wonderful escape for the kids and I to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. I highly recommend staying here.

This cabin was perfect for our family of 5! All the amenities we needed were there. Clear instructions were given to find it and it was easy to get in. We liked sitting on the front porch at night and in the morning with our coffee. The hot tub worked great. It was nice to soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking. The winery next door is an added perk!

The place was perfect for our get-away weekend, and Jeff was a great communicator. We hope to come back in the future!

My husband, 3 children and I had an absolutely wonderful stay! Karen is a wonderful, gracious host and truly goes above and beyond. She stopped by and made sure we knew where everything was and answered any questions we had! She made sure the kids had plenty of toys/books and even left them some snacks, making sure what we allowed our children to have first. It was a no screen weekend for us, and no cell signal made it all the better!! We hiked around her stunning property, watched the sunset over the icy pond, built a few fires and cooked dinner over them each night. We cannot wait to come back this summer! We made a weekend filled with core memories for our kiddos and wonderful memories for us. Thank you so much Karen, can’t wait to come back!

The cabin was cozy, clean and private. All the things we wanted. Our dogs loved it! We enjoyed the hot tub and fire place as it was rainy and cold several of the days we were there. The covered porch was awesome as well. So many little details that stood out; toiletry items in the bathroom, hot chocolate station, Keurig with coffee and almost anything you would need to have for basic cooking. All of the items needed for dogs. Luxury towels and really nice linens and comfortable beds. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Our kids are well traveled -we have stayed many places and they say that the Farmhouse on Barton is one of their favorite places they have ever stayed. The house is situated in a beautiful peaceful setting- close proximity to everything in Hocking Hills -we had amazing pizza from Pizza Crossing, spent 5 days hiking and having a blast at the farmhouse playing board games and sitting on the covered porch! You will love every minute- it’s a gem!

I highly recommend this rental for a small family! The attention to detail was impressive. My daughter enjoyed the cats, especially the sweet orange one. You have multiple places to sit including outdoor dining, nice hot tub, swings for an evening or relaxing morning. The property is nice, quiet, and secluded. You can tell they try to keep up with the place! Whether you want to cook, bake, or anything….Do not worry, the kitchen is fully stocked. The bed in the main bedroom is a tempuredic type bed with tilt and massage controls; is very nice. The bed downstairs isn’t as comfy but is more than comfortable enough for a few nights. Down stairs is a nice movie area. Plenty of outdoor space for dogs, and you are fully stocked for anything your dog needs; food, treats, ect. Obviously we didn’t feed them random food but they enjoyed a couple treats. The tub is great and my wife enjoyed it. Highly recommend this place, especially for a couple wanting to stay a couple nights alone!

We'd definitely recommend this cabin to families looking to stay in Hocking Hills! This was a great space for 2 families including a dog :) Pam was very thoughtful to include gift cards for a local coffee shop, some treats and even dog bowls for our dog. The location was very peaceful, clean and quiet. Pam responded to any questions we had and was a great host.

If you’re looking to unplug or work without distractions, this is a great cabin to reserve. Simply a beautiful region in Ohio and Valley View cabin offers solace and easy access to unique rural communities and of course nature. Wonderful host who cares about their property and their guests.

My husband and I booked at postcard cabins for a few days of hiking. It was a relaxing stay. The cabin was very quaint. They provided a fire pit, chairs, and a picnic table outside for us. As well as provided a few main necessities on the inside. Including smores for over the fire! And my husband and i both agree, we would come back and stay at postcard cabins again.

It was a great place

When I searched for a place close to Hocking Hills State Park, this was right in the middle of it all! It was a beautiful place and super clean. The hot tub was a nice addition after the days of hiking! I would 100% stay here again!

Easy to get checked in. The surrounding areas and cabin both kept clean. There is plenty of fun for kids such as a pool, playground, and some walking trails. It's maybe 3 miles to Walmart. Other campers were friendly, but kept to themselves which is great for privacy. No crazy parties or late night noisy activities.

Prefect place to stay in for a little getaway!

Kevin and Stephanie were great hosts! They provided everything we needed for a relaxing cabin getaway with friends including a bonfire they had started before we arrived!

We have stayed at this location the past three or four years to celebrate New Year’s, and it is the perfect spot for our group. The kids love exploring in the woods and playing in the hot tub. Very secluded and peaceful. Beth is an excellent host and so easy to work with. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and experience!
