Had a lovely two day stay here. The kitchen was very nice and had all new appliances and such. Great place to stay if you like to cook instead of going out for food. The bed was also so very comfortable! Thank you again for the hospitality.

Linda is a super host. She is responsive and accommdating. Apartment is well laid out, bed is comfortable and bedroom dark enough to sleep in and never even realize the time. Love sharing her porch swing to sit in the sun.

This place was literally like having our own home. I would highly recommend staying here while in Phoenix. There were lots of extra towels, throw blankets and pillows. This home was CLEAN and quiet. The sitting area in front was roomy and allowed us to enjoy the desert night.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay at Goldenhour! Great amenities onsite, close to shopping, restaurants and activities and a lovely view off the back patio!!

First night stay was excellent. Was easy to find and apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Bed was very comfortable. Jia -Li was extremely responsive. Apartment was 15min walk to numerous restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Only issue was Keurig didn’t work and couldn’t coordinate a time to let someone in as we were busy and not available to stay in the apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect space for our stay in Scottsdale. Everything looked just liked the photos and as described and included everything we needed for our stay. Sarah was super responsive and proactive, but since everything was so clearly described with instructions we really had no issues or need to contact. The space was so peaceful and easy to get too. A very tranquil and inviting space, we’d definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Marty’s home was very nice and worked well for my siblings and me. It was located close to the highway and made traveling to and from the wedding venue so easy! The home itself was well stocked and VERY clean! Although there was a small hiccup with the code to enter the home, Marty’s housekeeper was just leaving and let us in. A short time later, Marty texted us with a new code which we had no issues with the remainder of the visit. Marty was also very understanding when one of the outside chairs sustained damage from setting something on the dry rotted material and only charged me a reasonable $35 for the repair. Overall, I highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

This home is gorgeous!! Very very spacious for everyone staying!! Love the huge kitchen, had everything there for your convenience to cook meals for the whole family!! This home is close to cave creek, which I love! We will be back!!

This was a great place for our family to stay. This house had everything we needed for a perfect visit to Scottsdale - Richard is a detailed host! We loved hanging out on the front porch in the afternoon and also sitting by the backyard firepit at night. We would love to come back and stay here again!

I booked this place for 2 nights and I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Has a nice view of Phoenix and surrounding cities skyline. Very spacious, and many fun activities, we had a whole day planned of activities, but decided to stay in since there was so much to do. Wonderful place, I really recommend it to anyone looking to stay the night in the city.

Our stay at the Mulberry house was all that we had hoped for and more. We had one super minor issue upon check-in, and Amy was at our doorstep within minutes to remedy. The home was clean, welcoming, well stocked, in a safe/quiet neighborhood, and close to all things Scottsdale. The pool was pristine, SO clean. Our kids (16, 12, 9) appreciated the floaties and pool toys, and us adults loved the multiple poolside lounging options. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and gazebo space. Our hosts were responsive, friendly, and thorough. They’ve nailed it with this home. We can’t wait to return, and next time we’re bringing friends to fill all the space! 🧡

Wonderful home with an amazing backyard! The location couldn't have been better. Definitely felt right at home the moment we opened the front door. Wished we had more time to enjoy everything! Would absolutely book again. Thank you, Joseph, for such a terrified stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spacious and beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made it extra special! The house was so kid friendly, our 18month old daughter had a ton of fun with the play room! Would definitely recommend and we would love to stay there again if we are in the area! Jessica was so responsive and a great host!

The Saguaro Oasis is gorgeous, comfortable, and family friendly. We slept well, were able to be in close proximity to family and great shopping, and could relax on our quick get away. 10/10, would recommend!

Curtis is super responsive and helpful! The home is beautiful! The pictures of the lake and path do not do it justice. What a peaceful and beautiful location. The deck area around the home is huge and has an incredible view of the lake. It was so quiet and very secure. The pool and hot tub area rounded out a perfect stay. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Phoenix if available.

Comfortable beds, responsive host, great space for four people, cookable kitchen and great gym!

We had a great stay with Darcy! The rental unit is so clean and bright, we enjoyed staying at the condo complex. Darcy was very responsive and so helpful to make our stay easy and flexible. The unit had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms.

Apartment was exactly as described. Clean, newly remodeled and had everything we needed as a family of 4 with 2 younger children. Communication was great. The amenities at the facility were amazing especially the pool and hot tub. Building grounds were clean and safe. The area was pretty close to shopping and restaurants. Appeared to be an upscale area of Scottsdale and very safe. We brought our small little yorkie and plenty of area to walk dogs, supplies to clean up droppings all over the property and a dog park. Our dog is use to grass (we live in IL) but she quickly discovered she had to use the rocks and dirt areas lol. We loved AZ and if we made a trip back we for sure would stay at this Air BNB again. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Joesph’s place. It was close to everything we needed. There was a little hiccup with the key fob not working for the pool area when we arrived. We had to wait two days for the onsite property manager to get that resolved. It was a bit of a bummer because the main reason we picked this place was for the use of the pool/spa and BBQ area. However Joseph had no control over how quickly we got the replacement fob. All in all it was great! The biggest thing that stood out was how SPOTLESS the condo was. There aren’t enough stars to give for that! Would stay again for sure!!

We loved our stay, and this was the perfect location! Dining, entertainment, and shopping are within walking distance, and several hiking hotspots are just a short drive away!
