Our stay was excellent. The cottage was immaculate, the photos don’t do it justice. Instructions were great, well equipped and brilliant for our pooches. Excellent location not too long a walk to Rutland Water. Great pub within 100m of the house. All in all a fab stay and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely lovely stay!! Kids loved the space outside to run around, had marshmallows round the fire pit and a splash in the hot tub 👍 Simon went above and beyond to find me some things I wanted to greet my partner with for his birthday! His wife was lovely too xx

5 Stars – A Relaxing and Thoughtful Stay! We had such a lovely 3-night stay at this lodge! The place was spotless on arrival—so clean and well-kept, which instantly made us feel comfortable and at home. One of the sweetest touches was the free welcome gift waiting for us—it really made us feel appreciated and set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a dream and a massive hit with the children. It was perfect for soaking under the stars in the peaceful surroundings. The lodge itself was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the quiet location, but it was also close enough to explore some great local spots. Everything was so easy, and Ruth clearly cares about their guests’ experience. Ruth messaged me and kept me updated with when the lodge was ready. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a clean, welcoming, and peaceful setting. We’ll definitely be back!

A great stay in Adam’s gorgeous house. Kitchen was really well equipped, beds comfy and great shower. The village is really pretty and Stamford only a short drive away. Would definitely recommend; we were 4 friends but would be great for a couple of families too.

We had such a fabulous stay that well and truly exceeded our expectations. This place was the perfect spot for us to kick back, relax, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and re-connect with family. Laura and Ash are such lovely people, perfect hosts, their hospitality went above and beyond and the hot tub was awesome too. I think we've found our new 'bolt hole' when visiting this area again. We will definitely be back!!!

Absolutely fantastic stay. Michelle is a great host, the lodge was lovely the finishing touches were lovely. The view is incredible we were sad to leave and have booked to return already. Highly highly recommend
