Wir fanden die Wohnung perfekt für einen Urlaub am Meer. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist einfach super. Es befindet sich alles in der Nähe was man braucht, Lebensmittel, Restaurants, Sonnenschirm Verleih…. Vielen Dank an Karen&Giacomo für die wertvollen Tipps zum Besuch von Rom, zum Strand und zum Aufenthalt hier in der Wohnung, Ihr seid sehr bemüht das es euren Gästen gut geht. Das ist wunderbar. Unsere Familie hat den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen, es war ein bisschen wie ein eigenes Zuhause. Die Wohnung ist absolut sauber, super stilvoll eingerichtet und hat einen wunderschönen Meerblick den man bei jeder Mahlzeit genießen kann. This is a very nice Studio apartment to stay in Rome for 1 person or a couple. It was lovely decorated with a lot of light and beautiful view on the swimming pool. I could easily live permanently in a place like this. Everything was walkable and you could easily take the metro. Alessandra is a lovely host. She is so sweat and even took care of me when she found out I was ill. Which was a blessing, since I was alone. She has great tips about Rome and a beautifully worked out guide with things to do in Rome. This is definitely a place where I would come back to or would refer to my friends. While being in the city you are in a quiet street and looking on green. You can easily park in the street or in the private parking space of the apartment. There is also a park near the accommodation. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

The accommodation is very spacious and very beautifully decorated. There is a wonderful feel and energy in the apartment. The attention to detail is flawless and it is well located to supermarkets, restaurants and a very popular shopping strip. Emilia and her daughter are very friendly, super helpful and extremely responsive. They were very accommodating with the checkin and checkout times. We could not have asked for a better apartment or host. Thank you for making our stay in Naples memorable!

Nous sommes restés dans l’appartement en tant que famille de trois personnes. Cependant, l’appartement convient également pour quatre personnes. La cuisine, la salle de bain, le salon et la chambre sont tous entièrement équipés, et tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour des vacances est disponible. Merci pour tout.

Un séjour absolument idéal sur tous les plans. Le loft de Paola est réellement superbe. Très confortable avec sa grande pièce de vie. La décoration est très soignée. La literie est parfaite. Les photos reflètent la réalité. Il ne manque rien. Paola est une hôtesse aux petits soins, disponible, d’un grand professionnalisme et d’une vraie gentillesse. La communication est facile. L’emplacement est juste parfait à 2 pas du Tibre et du splendide pont Saint-Ange. Notre séjour restera un coup de coeur. Je recommande sans réserve. Encore un immense merci à Paola. La estadía fue estupenda, el lugar tiene todas las comodidades y está completamente equipado. Está a 200m de la parada del metro C que brinda accesibilidad al centro. Es un barrio de artistas y dos cuadras tiene amplia oferta de bares para tomar aperitivos. Domenica se mostró siempre amable y flexible a nuestros horarios sobre todo el último día que tuvimos que dejar las valijas para poder aprovecharlo. Inclusive tuvimos que ir unos días antes de lo planeado y nos consiguió otro airbnb para esos días.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, es una zona tranquila muy cerca del puerto, caminando a 20 minutos del centro y a una calle puedes encontrar supermercados. La anfitriona es muy amable siempre estuvo atenta y nos ayudó mucho, mil gracias!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Patricia et Damiano. Le logement correspond tout à fait à la description. De plus, nous avons été très bien reçu dans le restaurant de la famille de Damiano et Patricia nous a bien aidé à organiser le magnifique tour en bateau autour des isles de Ponza et Palmarola. À recommander!
