Great stay and very beautiful location! Will try to come back!

It was a wonderful place to stay. Sitting on the back deck was so beautiful and peaceful. The double shower was amazing. I think everyone decided to use that shower. The kitchen had plenty of room and the grill was perfect to cook burgers on. The guys put their kayaks in and fished. Lots to do and plenty of peacefulness. I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. When they say retro, its retro!! It was peaceful and relaxing to be able to put our rods in the water. Will he back again.

Absolutely loved it! The house was perfect. This is great for a family getaway. My family really enjoyed theirselves. Zero complaints! Felt like it’s much bigger in person! House/location is private but has everything you need.

Lauren was an awesome host. Always answered right away and was so helpful in the situation we had with needed to change out check in time. The house was really nice. We would love to come back.

Place was clean and host was super helpful. Felt right at home and host was always responsive if needed. I would definitely stay here again the morning sunrises are great but the sunset over the lake is perfect.

Though in town for work-related purposes, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Saluda Lake Escape! It was wonderful to come back to such a relaxing environment after a long day's work. Our hosts made sure that we had everything we could possibly need to make our stay memorable. The property is beautiful, and everything we could've asked for in a home away from home!

this house was ideal for our lake getaway for the Fourth of July weekend. The house fit 7 of us comfortably. We swam off the dock, used the paddle boards and kayaks, rented a boat for two days, and went golfing nearby. There were only four towels for the beach so I would pack some extra if you can. The kitchen had enough supplies for us to cook- it could have used more oil and spices as we ran out but we were staying a long time and were a big group. The house was clean and tidy but had lots of bugs such as spiders and roaches. That comes with the nature of being a cabin on the lake so it didn’t bother us. Overall such an amazing retreat for the weekend on Lake Murray! We would love to come back.

It was the perfect place to stay for a short getaway. The cabin had everything we needed. Plenty of space outside to move around. Unfortunately it was a little cold for us to enjoy the outdoors but I’m sure it would be great during spring, summer and fall with the lake right there. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were great and very responsive. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family looking for a place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

This place is immaculate. Kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need including common seasonings and oils. Great grilling selection. Master bedroom bed is very comfortable and bathroom is well equipped. TVs are everywhere, including the back porch. Only tiny negative thing I have to say is that the pool was not clean. The levels of chemicals may be right but it was very cloudy. We have had a lot of rain in the area lately and that may have affected the clarity. Overall, a wonderful experience.

This place was great the only thing that I can complain about was the grill. I asked about it and was told a gas girl was there, we opted not to use it as there looked to be a birds nest growing inside of some sorts so we opted to cook inside… that was the complaint my family and I had

The Home was wonderful ! Everything was just as described, and the home was located on a beautiful lot/setting. The home was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. If we make the same trip next year, we will look to book this home again.

We had a relaxing stay at this peaceful cottage. There were several other houses nearby, but we only saw one neighbor. Very quiet and relaxing. Fishing and kayaking on this cove were great. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at this location again!
