I can't say anything negative about Cliff and Mary's place. It is a gem. You watch horses graze on one side of the house and overlook a pond on the other side. Cliff and Mary are very responsive and go out of their way anticipating their guests needs, stocking the kitchen and fridge with snacks, coffee, cream, and other goodies. Any questions we had about the area were answered immediately. They are pleasant people that I would be glad to call new friends!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Jan and Charlie’s place. Their communication was great. The pool house was immaculate and had plenty of thoughtful touches. The cookies were delicious! We especially enjoyed the family history on the walls. Highly recommend a stay here.

Nice apartment, very clean, everything new and very comfortable. It was a perfect location for us, close to our daughter and good places to eat.

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Joey’s! This luxury rustic barn is exactly what my wife and I needed for a weekend getaway to visit family. The ambiance is both cozy and elegant, making it a perfect retreat. Joey was an exceptional host, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, yet conveniently close to local attractions. We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

I loved this place. It was comfortable & the hostess, Angela provided thoughtful welcome basket & drinks. She touched base frequently to ensure all would go well, and it did. We were greeted upon arrival & walked through the amenities with us. I’ve already passed it on to my family & recommended it to them. Thank you Angela & Andrew.

Hospitality was superb! Felt so welcomed. The hot tub was perfect. Ruth and Robert have added so many little touches like a nice bottle of wine to enjoy while in the hot tub. Morning coffee was especially nice on the porch. The screened porch was amazing too. While on the golf cart out on the property we saw deer and so many birds. The stream is so relaxing. We heard an owl one evening and counted 12 cardinals in the bush next to the hot tub. Biggest bluegill and bass down at the pond and boy do they love to be fed.

Terri and Ginni's place was beautiful and unique. There's a creek that flows behind it and a patio to sit and enjoy it. The inside is perfect for a couple to enjoy. The bed is comfortable, there is a table for meals or work and a cute kitchen which had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Christian was easily the most friendly host I’ve ever had. Gracias para una estancia stupenda.

Rhonda was always willing to help with anything I needed. During Hurricane Helen we lost power and water. Rhonda traveled to North Carolina and picked up a generator to take care of us. Rhonda is willing to go the extra mile to ensure her guests have a great stay in her guests house. I will definitely stay there again.

Mary was such a great host! She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during stay. The space itself was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed (microwave, fridge, dishes, hot water, TV, extra towels, etc.). The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. We would definitely stay here again; thank you Mary!

The unit is just as it appears in the photos and description. It was super comfortable for our two week stay. Our goal was to explore the area while being able to work remotely, and it worked perfectly for us. A desk in each bedroom and Wi-Fi that worked great. I really enjoyed sitting outside on the cute patio listening to the birds in the morning. If you are cyclists, the Swamp Rabbit trail is a short ride (about a mile), then you can go north to TR or south into Greenville- tons to do along the trail! The kitchen was well organized, and we really appreciated the spice rack and coffee/teas. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations and local brochures. Wish we had used the fire pit! We had a family emergency while there, and Gabriella was very supportive during that difficult time.

Phyllis's over-garage apartment suite is quiet, well-appointed, comfortable and clean. Phyllis is a wonderful host - kind and proactive. All instructions were clear. The space is modern and spotless - new TV's with guest accounts; rain shower; new appliances; comfortable bed and pillows. Phyllis clearly spared no expense in putting the space together. It is in a somewhat rural area - so private, safe and you can see the stars at night. But, perfectly located to access all things Spartanburg or Greenville in 20-25 minutes. Highly recommend Phyllis's place and will not hesitate to stay there again.

Emma and Ben were great hosts and their place was awesome. Hearing the sounds of the river was so peaceful. It’s tucked away and secluded but just a short drive away from so much to do. The place was very clean and modern. Dogs loved the area too. Would def go back again!

This place was an amazing retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Close enough to drive to downtown Greenville, but located in a peaceful, serene area next to the river. The entire space was clean and comfortable. Bret is super friendly and communication was easy. I am so glad we picked this place to spend two lovely days in the upstate.

It was a nice space for a weekend at Furman. Close to downtown Travelers Rest. They have done a nice job renovated an older home. They were quick to answer any question. We had all our needs met. The backyard has a lot more potential, but it also looks like they have to clear some damage from the hurricane.

Sarah’s place was perfect for the two of us and our pup for our quick Greenville get a way! The place was a perfect location, was spotless and well designed and she had the most thoughtful things for us (snacks, water, dog toys etc). We’ll be back!

Super convenient. Walkable to restaurants. Bubba was easy to communicate with and super hospitable. Quiet neighborhood.

Super charming place. Extremely clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The little beach is as cool as I hoped it would be. We had a great time.

Cindy was an excellent host. She provided more than enough towels and toiletries which I appreciated. She was also very accommodating when I asked for late checkout! This is a guest house that is located dirrctly behind the main property. So, no property privacy. On the other hand, i appreciated the outside cameras and motion sensor lights since i was in and out late lights. I felt very safe. I would definitely use again!
