Die Unterkunft ist top gelegen unmittelbar zum Skigebiet Steinplatte! (Ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, Kostenlose Parkplätze). Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen direkten Zugang zum großen Balkon. De Frühstücksraum steht auch am Abend zur Verfügung wo gekocht werden kann. Roswitha hat uns herzlich aufgenommen, Tipps gegeben und sich wirklich um alles super gekümmert! Sehr Sympathisch! Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet! Wir würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft und Roswitha als Gastgeberin Wärmsteins empfehlen!

Beste Wahl für einen Zwischenstopp von Frankfurt nach Riejka.

We had a great stay. The room was spacious, very clean and everything was as described. At a first glance the breakfast looks a bit poor, but it had everything indeed and high quality products, fresh vegetables and fruits. Its not ski in ski out, but its quite close to the skiing station we drove only 10-15 min to there. All things considered we had a great stay! Thank you Martin and the entire family!

Der Aufenthalt war toll, das Zimmer war klein aber gemütlich, besser als die Fotos erahnen lasse. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Claudia ist äußerst hilfsbereit, flexibel und sehr freundlich. Dank ihr alles hat genau für mich gepasst und ich hatte einen stressfreien aufenthalt. ich komme gerne wieder.

Walburga and her husband were very kind, we were welcomed as a member of the family. The breakfast were excellent included home made jams, cheese and grapes, many kind of hams and salamis. Finally Walburga encouraged us to make sandwiches for our tour on Isel trail.

Wij hebben een paar geweldige dagen doorgebracht met Oud en Nieuw samen met onze hele familie. De locatie is prachtig, midden in de bergen, maar toch goed bereikbaar. Gertrude was een fantastische gastvrouw en een uitstekende kok!

Lidwina was very helpful, we arrived with kids around midnight it and they had no problem to check us in so late, even offered breakfast for the first morning (with eggs from their chickens), hence late arrival. Recommended better resort for skiing which is 7min drive from home. Overall experience was very nice.

Ubytování je super pro lyžaře a určitě i v létě pro turistiku. Domluva byla úplně super a vše jak jsem měli dohodlé. Velice příjemné bylo pečivo, mléko, káva a čaj k dispozici. Základní koření sůl, pepř a cukr také. Jediné co musím vytknout je placené parkování. Mnohem přívětivěji by to vypadalo kdyby byla cena vyšší a nehradilo se auto.

Wow, what an amazing stay. Johanna was an absolute pleasure and so kind to us for everything we needed! The whole staff was amazing. The room was great for us - spacious, clean and cozy. And the spa was amazing. It was so nice to have sauna and cold plunge after a ski day and truly felt like a spa environment. It’s about a 800m walk to the gondola and then you can take ski run 2a from schattberg gondola right to the base of the resort. Awesome! The restaurant in the resort was also delicious we ate there 2 nights. I really hope to be back!

I was very pleased to stay with Jan. He was very helpful and proactive, and reply very fast to all my questions before and after booking. The appointment itself is very convenient, close to everything, modern and cosy. There were enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. We were not disturbed by the noise from road, and sleep with open windows, as apartment is from opposite side of the house. We also used a meal in Praha restaurant - breakfast and dinner was ok for that price, and we appreciate that there is a possibility to eat near, although I would prefer to have more late time for breakfast and dinner (breakfast ends at 10.00, dinner 19.30). I can definitely recommend this place as a great option for price and value.

Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sind super sauber. Der Eingangsbereich strahlt eine besondere Atmosphäre aus, mit einer Mischung aus traditionellen Elementen und modernen Akzenten. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral und gut erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das köstliche Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es war eine rundum tolle Erfahrung, und wir kommen definitiv wieder! Sehr empfehlenswert! Erneuter Aufenthalt wird folgen.

Vielen Dank an Norma-Maria & Michael für diesen tollen Aufenthalt und die uns entgegengebrachte Gastfreundschaft: absolut herzlich und liebevoll! Nicht zuletzt durch die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die wir erfahren durften. ☺️ Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen hoffentlich nochmal wieder oder werden uns an der Ostsee bei einem Kaffee ☕️ sehen. Besonders dankbar sind wir für die Tipps und Empfehlungen für unsere Tagesaktivitäten. Das war sehr hilfreich und angenehm. Hier sei beispielsweise die Empfehlung für das leckere Frühstücksbuffet im Kranzbichlhof (sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen) zu nennen. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und können bzw. müssen diesen Aufenthalt unbedingt empfehlen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und bietet beste Erholung inmitten der Natur. This is a great hotel. Peaceful, cosy and clean. We slept really well! Location couldn't be better - ski bus stops almost right across the road, Eurospar just few steps away and Stubnerkogel gondola and Felsentherme spa only maybe 200 meters away. Every morning we had a good breakfast, got our skis from the hotel's ski room and then some serious skiing. Polite and friendly service all the time. My husband said that also the sauna was good, and that's a lot coming from a finn;) Definitely coming back someday!

A wonderful stay. Beautiful view from the windows on the surrounding mountains, valleys, and villages. Very clean and nicely renovated, and the theatrical theme makes this place truly a unique stay. The rooms are well equipped and very well designed, making you feel comfortable and making the room feel spacious and modern. A great place - highly recommend it!

Das Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in sehr schöne Umgebung an. Das Frühstück ist reich und lecker. Leicht erreichbar mit dem Auto, kostenlos Parkplatz. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Empfehlenswert!

Thanks for hosting me. It was a quick stay, but I enjoyed it. Roman’s partner was very friendly and welcoming. The place was perfect, all activities in Kaprun and Zell am see are within driving distance.

Für mich hat alles super gepasst. Wasserkocher, Miniküche und Badewanne waren sehr hilfreich. Gerne wieder mal...
