Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

Great stay, very comfortable apartment literally 30 seconds from Wang Lang market. The apartment is down a quiet alley way so not disturbed by market noise. High end appliances and fittings, a pleasure to stay here.

Benny was a super host. I landed in Bangkok a few hours after the earthquake in Myanmar, when it was next to impossible to travel in the city. He helped me get a hotel close to the airport and refunded me for that night. The flat was comfortable, the pool in the building was great, and Benny gave lots of recommendations of where to visit around the area. 10/10

"Our stay at Susie’s place in Bangkok was absolutely fantastic! The accommodation was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with large rooms and en suite bathrooms — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from the MRT station, several 7/11s, and an array of delicious street food vendors. Susie herself was an incredible host — friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help us arrange transport or share useful local tips. One of the highlights of our stay was her in-house reflexology room, where she organized an amazing, thorough reflexology session for our entire group. Nadia’s apartment much better in real than the photo. We come at night nadia welcome us n give us the detail about her apartment. The apartment very complete, there is robot vacuum also very helpful for cleaning apartment effortless if u stay more than 2 nigts. Great stay if u want to stay in bangkok. Skytrain station only 1 minute walk.

Super logement à Bangkok, très spacieux et très confortable. L’emplacement est parfait, dans un endroit proche de Khaosan Road mais dans le calme des petites ruelles autour. Amporn a été un hôte super sympa et super arrangeant, il a toujours essayé de trouver des solutions pour nous que ce soit à notre arrivée ou après notre départ. Merci beaucoup !

Me and my boyfriend love how big and spacious the unit is. It's clean and neat. Very quiet neighborhood. We love also how big the bed is. It's close to Iconsiam where we like it, it's walkable. It has everything we needed. Easy to communicate the host. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.
