We had a great stay here! The apartment was exactly like the images- very clean and modern. Nutthavuth was very responsive and helpful when it came to check in and any questions we had about the apartment. The staff at the condo were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The amenities of the condo were nice too- great pool! The apartment was also in a great location - walking distance to the beach and a couple restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at the sea condo from Bin. Peaceful and calm area with a big pool and a modern condo - can't ask for more. We'll come back as soon as we can - Thank You!

Sea Condo is situated in a peaceful location which meant that the apartment was noise free and perfect for relaxing and walking. We chose to hire a car but bicycles and motor scooters are available to rent within Sam Roi Yot. There is a brand new 7-11 within walking distance (about 30minutes) and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. A major supermarket (Lotus) is a 15 - 20 minute drive away. Hua Hin is approximately 45 minute drive away. Our host was excellent and responded quickly to any request we made. Sea Condo reception and on site staff were super helpful. Wi-fi was good. If you want total peace, quiet and a relaxing stay this could be the place for you. It certainly was for us!

We did plan on staying 3 nights but only stayed for 1 as we were exhausted from travelling and just wanted to get home with our dogs. The place is in a great location for the beach, just a minutes walk away. The maid was fanstastic who went out of their way to get some shopping in for us as we were arriving late at night. Absolute credit to the place.

5 étoiles ne suffisent pas pour décrire notre séjour chez Lucien. Anna a été merveilleuse dès notre arrivée et la maison est grande, propre, dans une résidence calme et fleurie. La piscine et la salle de sport sont parfaites pour les enfants. Et c'est situé à quelques minutes du bord de mer en scooter, 15 min à pied. Restaurants, centres de massage, boutiques, street food, supermarché, tout est accessible facilement. C'est vraiment un endroit magnifique, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Merci encore Lucien, Anna et Didier -qui s'occupent des invités- pour votre gentillesse et réactivité à la moindre question!

The host is an amazing person and truly made sure our stay was comfortable. The house is in an excellent spot right at the beach. Water here is as good as Karon beach in Phucket imo. Very local area. Perfect place to unwind.

Die Wohnung ist super, groß, hell, sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert!!! Der Besitzer hat auf jede Anfrage sofort reagiert. Zum Kochen ist die Küche leider nicht fertig ausgestattet. Kompliziert ist, dass das Internet für jedes elektronische Gerät einzeln eingerichtet werden muss. Empfang ist nicht im ganzen Raum.
