Great location, just steps away from both Playa Bonita (for waves) and Playa Coson (for calm waters). Great layout for indoor/outdoor living with its large covered patio space. We made ample use of the pool, all day and night. AC in the lower bedrooms was quite adequate. We recommend walking down the beach to the Mosquito for a meal and drinks.

Villa Calma lived up to its name and our expectations! Truly calming space and accommodated our big group of 10. Nestled between two beaches, it was a short walk to both. Each bedroom includes a bathroom, the Property and Private pool was maintained daily. Our host was readily available and answered our questions. Linens, towels, washer/dryer were provided. We had a great time here, thank you!

We came here for a family reunion and had the most unforgettable week. The house had three sweets each with a king bed and an additional twin bed. The bathroom was really spacious and the showers were equipped with reasonable water, pressure and hot water. There was one room w 2 twin beds. There is a living room upstairs and a living room downstairs as well. This made it very comfortable for us to all have our own space. At one point the air conditioning wasn’t so great inside the bedroom, but we let the post know and within a couple of hours so we somebody at the house helping us. Every other day we had fresh towels and they came and change the sheets once during our weeklong stay. We hired a housekeeper, so it was really comfortable for us throughout our stay and we didn’t have to do any of the cooking and cleaning. I highly suggest it however, if you do want to eat out for dinner, there are a few restaurants walking distance from the house that are really yummy.

*Family of 5 & Grandma -we had so much fun while in Las Terranes. we were a quick minute walk to the beach which was great for kids. lots of restaurants and a small store right at end of the street. community pool was lovely as well. all staff were so friendly. Anna was super helpful and recommended taxi services and airport shuttles. we were able to communicate our needs and she was always able to help.

We stayed three nights at the penthouse and absolutely loved it! I loved the decor and the place smelled great! Location was key! Close enough to all restaurants and far from the hustle and bustle. We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our experience in this lovely home. Everyone was very responsive to all of our needs. The location was incredible with area restaurants within walking distance on the walkway by the beach. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

My family of 6 with 3 young boys stayed for 5 wks at Casa Victoria and loved every minute. Victoria is extremely responsive and always responded quickly. She helped us arrange a taxi from the airport, how to order from a local restaurant, and connected us with a great kite surf instructor. Any issues we had she always responded quickly to help us. The staff were excellent. Make sure to ask them for the list of foods that they can make. The fresh fish in coconut sauce with fried plantains, rice and salad was my favorite. They always kept the house clean and did the dishes! The beach is about a 5 min walk away. It’s a quiet beach. On windy days there are kite surfers, which are enjoyable to watch. We spent hours playing in the waves and boogie boarding. There is coral for snorkeling, but there is sand in the water so the water isn’t crystal clear. Once a wk we went to Playa Bonita to surf. This is a perfect location to learn how to kite surf, swim in the ocean or relax with family.

Villa Anita Isabel was beautiful! We had a great stay, we felt welcomed, safe, and peaceful. The villa was clean, organized, quiet, in safe location, and beautiful inside and out. The host Daniel was super welcoming and nice, provided great instructions and responsive. I will definitely stay at this location again!

Great location. We lived the 360 views, big rooms, lovely pool. Bruno (the concierge ) took care of us, and was always available for any questions or issues. We all had the best holiday ever and would like to come back.

The setting is just gorgeous. The house is comfortable, clean, well appointed and air conditioned and flows beautifully into the natural surroundings. Clemente who manages the listing is right next door and as helpful and kind and generous with his time as all others have described. Water, paper towel, toilet paper is provided beyond the first couple days for a small cost or you can bring your own. If you plan to cook, while Clemente is again incredibly helpful, we did not find much in the way of basics (cooking oil, condiments etc..). We did a large grocery shopping in Samana and brought most groceries with us. For 2 or 3 couples or a family of 5/6 this is by far one of our best Air BnB stays and if we have the chance to return to DR would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home just a short walk from a gorgeous walkable beach with gentle waves. The layout of the home worked really well for our kids (ages 5&7) and us, with two bedrooms in one area slightly separated from the master bedroom. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen was well stocked as we cooked quite a few meals at home. We also appreciated how private it felt with the landscaping. A few FYIs: 1) the surrounding area is more swampy than some other sections of Las Terrenas (which we knew), so you have to be diligent with bug spray. (That said, Playa Coson is truly the best beach!!!) and 2) There were several events going on during our 8 day stay, from a huge wedding with really loud music, to a reality TV show filming next door which meant there was an annoying generator running 24/7 less than 20m from the house. I assume that is not a usual occurrence and otherwise it was a quiet spot. We would definitely return to Nicole's beautiful home!

My stay was excellent. The property was perfect in every way—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was seamless, with prompt and helpful responses. The location was convenient and easy to access, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this listing and would gladly stay again.

Beautiful, well-equipped home in a secure, peaceful villa away from the noise of the town centre but close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was perfect and Fred was an incredibly responsive and helpful host with tons of local knowledge and connections.

El espacio de Don es perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar con familia y amigos, se mostraron muy hospitalarios desde que hice la reserva y durante nuestra estadia. fuimos un grupo de amigos con una bebe y nos pusieron la cuna y una sillita de comer. La unica dificultad que vimos es que es necesario tener un vehiculo 4x4 para subir, sino lo tienes no te preocupes amablemente te ayudan a subir todo y tu carro se queda seguro estacionado abajo. Sin dudas nos quedamos con la ilusion de regresar.

This is my second stay at Mirazul. absolutely wonderful stay with a stunning panoramic view of Las Terranas. The accommodations with Gesner was top notch. This stay is definitely one of my top 5 places. Thanks again Joseph and Gesner you guys were awesome.

Amazing!!! The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful. The area is very beautiful and the local people are extremely nice. I absolutely love the area and I cannot wait to come back. The hosts helped us with EVERYTHING. Found us a driver, great meals, cleaners, helped with excursions, helped us translate, found us a chef, and got us transportation to and from the airport. I could not have asked for a better trip or better hosts. Everything I needed, they accommodated it. The Airbnb itself is absolutely gorgeous and the backyard area was breathtaking. The beach was walking distance and very clean and friendly. We will be coming back!!!
