Great location, just steps away from both Playa Bonita (for waves) and Playa Coson (for calm waters). Great layout for indoor/outdoor living with its large covered patio space. We made ample use of the pool, all day and night. AC in the lower bedrooms was quite adequate. We recommend walking down the beach to the Mosquito for a meal and drinks.

We came here for a family reunion and had the most unforgettable week. The house had three sweets each with a king bed and an additional twin bed. The bathroom was really spacious and the showers were equipped with reasonable water, pressure and hot water. There was one room w 2 twin beds. There is a living room upstairs and a living room downstairs as well. This made it very comfortable for us to all have our own space. At one point the air conditioning wasn’t so great inside the bedroom, but we let the post know and within a couple of hours so we somebody at the house helping us. Every other day we had fresh towels and they came and change the sheets once during our weeklong stay. We hired a housekeeper, so it was really comfortable for us throughout our stay and we didn’t have to do any of the cooking and cleaning. I highly suggest it however, if you do want to eat out for dinner, there are a few restaurants walking distance from the house that are really yummy.

Casa Phil is absolutely stunning. The open-air design and panoramic views were breathtaking, and we never tired of them. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities we could need. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive into town. The true highlights of our stay, however, were Jackie and Esmeralda. Jackie’s cooking was phenomenal; she prepared the most delicious Dominican dishes, and every dinner was better than the last. She also recommended an incredible restaurant for us one evening. Carlos was also fantastic—responsive to any need or issue and went above and beyond by helping us arrange airport transportation. Their care and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable.

We loved our stay (especially my mom!) She was in love with the tranquility, she said she had never felt so relaxed. The space inside is tight, so beware if you are traveling with a bigger group but the yard space makes up for it. We spent most of the times outdoor anyways so that wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen is well equipped although it had no microwave. My kids enjoyed the pool and the fact that the house was so close to it. This should not reflect negatively on the home owner or the home itself as it’s not their fault but the beach was horrible, lots of trash everywhere including a few broken glass bottles so we ended up leaving. The parking was ok, we had to park on the upper lot at one point because it’s public parking so it’s on a 1st come 1st serve basis but even from the upper lot, the walk is not that long (3-5mins) & I promise it’ll be the most peaceful walk you will have. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, the host was great, & I would probably stay again.

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront villa! The location is absolutely unbeatable – you step outside, and the beach is right there. The villa itself is incredibly cozy, with a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. It’s also super easy to find and access, which made the trip stress-free. The host was fantastic – very friendly, attentive, and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning ocean views and excellent hospitality, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend it!

We stayed at Maria’s place for 10 weeks in Jan, Feb and March and absolutely loved it. Right from our initial booking Maria & (Mario) were awesome and quick to respond to any questions. Mario met us at our arrival and looked after us during our stay. The house was clean, kitchen had everything. We spent lots of time at the outdoor table and lounge chairs. The casita was located in a shady area with lots of palms so we never needed the air conditioning only ceiling fan. The pool was amazing and warm. There is a gate at the front and a security guard at night. The complex is super close to everything. Beach 5-10 min walk and grocery stores were 10-15 min. Lots of restaurants close by and a hospital right around corner. The complex is right in town but didn’t feel like it with all the palm trees, flowers and foliage that were kept immaculate. There are some cats who live in the complex but if you don’t feed them they don’t bother you. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Estuvimos en el alojamiento de la familia Marte, mi familia y yo para celebrar mi cumpleaños, la pasamos sumamente bien, siempre nos respondieron de manera amable y rápida. El alojamiento genial, súper cerca de la playa y cuenta con la asistencia de Dio, una chica muy amable, educada y dispuesta. Totalmente recomendado.

Best air bnb I’ve stayed in!!! So beautiful & hosts were very efficient in responding quickly, also friendly! 10-13 min walk to the Main Street with shopping & restaurants right on the water. Would definitely recommend & also would stay here again!!

Las Galéras a des plages parmi les plus belles où nous sommes allés dans le monde. La maison est tout à fait conforme aux photos, la vue magnifique et la piscine nous a paru plus grande que sur les photos. L’emplacement de la maison est plus loin des autres résidences touristiques du village… on entend par ailleurs tous les bruits (musique, église ) d’un quartier populaire. Nous n’avions pas de voiture et c’est très facile de marcher quoi que moins agréable de marcher dans les environs surtout en soirée. Nous avons apprécié le personnel:gardiens, aide ménagère qui nous a cuisiné un succulent repas traditionnel. La communication avec l’hôte est très facile et nous avons pu bénéficier de la souplesse des heures d’arrivée et de départ.

Constanza's place is truly magical! The views are breathtaking, the house so much fun and full of character. The local village of Agua Sobrosa is very alive and welcoming. We took a drive down to the beach at the end of the road. It's pretty rough, and can be done in two wheel drive if you're accustomed to driving off-road. Well worth the drive, or walk, though - just breathtaking. I would say this probably shouldn't be your first home rental if you're used to resorts. Don't get me wrong - it's awesome, but does take some know-how, and a little patience. The mother/son team who maintain the property are wonderful and helpful, but speak no English, which wasn't a problem for us, but may present a challenge for others. We loved it so much, and look forward to returning. Thanks Constanza!

This is an apartment in a breathtaking beautiful resort. The tropical views are priceless. The place has everything except a microwave which we managed okay without. The beds are very comfortable and the master bedroom is total luxury. I have traveled the world and I have never experienced a more private beautiful tropical beach, even in Bali. I will definitely be back.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Pauli. The house is grand, tasteful and spotless. The 1km walk to the spectacular beach was a daily treat (really) with beautiful landscaping throughout Residence Esperanza (and other breathtaking properties to gawk at). We loved Chef Luis’ delicious dinners (cheaper than eating out!). This is a tastefully decorated and expansive Villa, with lots of comfortable spots to sit, relax and enjoy the view. We all loved our stay. And, we took a particular shine to Nanci, our very hard-working, diligent and charming caretaker. Nanci made our holiday extra special. We hope to return. Thanks to all.

Not sure why there no many reviews from nowadays but the place is amazing. is not our first time in Las terrenas but here you wanna back. Very private place, only 4 bungalows on the area and each one is private. Kitchen has all necessary amenities, jacuzzi works perfect. Dogs are welcome and have space to run. Elvira is super helpful and responsive! We are definitely going to back! Thank you for this weekend we enjoyed the place loooot!

Excellent, beautiful home in a private and serene location overlooking the mountains. Rebecca was super responsive and the grounds keeper was always available to help if any problems arose. Just make sure you have a good vehicle to reach the airbnb!

El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades tales como agua caliente, aire acondicionado, internet, televisión, cocina a gas y con utensilios para cocinar sin problema. La ubicación es perfecta, solo cruzando la calle para llegar a la playa, un lugar muy recomendable al que regresaría sin dudarlo. From the moment we walked in and saw the stunning ocean view, we knew we were in paradise. Opening the sliding doors to the pool area and feeling the ocean breeze was incredible. The front garden is beautifully landscaped, and the backyard leads to the beach with a wet bar by the sand. The pool is always crystal-clear, and every bedroom has AC and ocean views. The house is perfect for entertaining, with a BBQ area, spacious living areas, and a seamless indoor-outdoor design. We explored Salto del Limón, Cayo Levantado, and even saw humpback whales. Off-road 4-wheelers were available for adventure. Jenny took care of the house, arranged grocery deliveries, and cooked delicious meals. Jason handled security and helped with errands. Betty made booking seamless and ensured everything we needed was available. This home, combined with the warm hospitality, made for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing and beautiful place. More beautiful than pictures. Very spacious and nice surroundings. The location is very pleasant for people that are looking to breathe and enjoy peaceful. The view is spectacular. Virginia is a great host, very friendly and responsive. I’ll definitely be back.
