La casa es maravillosa, tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones perfectas, Alexandra fue muy atenta, muy cordial y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos, ella hace que aún más sea todo perfecto. Piscina impecable, instalaciones únicas, realmente pasamos una excelente estadía.

This house was even more beautiful than the photos (a rare experience and an incredible relief when I was bringing my family to CR for the first time). We felt so welcome and comfortable with so much space. It is definitely remote. Just about the only thing to do outside the gated community is drive to the Tiki Hut restaurant down at the beach. Otherwise, make sure you've got ample groceries and you'll be in a paradise home.

Had a great stay at Emmnuel's place! It's cozy, hass everything you need for a comfortable, quiet, serene stay. However, it's quite far from the main road (as well as Pelada & Guinoes) so you need to have a quad or a car to get around. Emmauel was a responsive, proactive and super helpful host, great with everything I've asked for and prompt with the service, such as laundry service he offers. Nothing bad to say other than plan for the location being a little further from town. Thanks so much!

Casa Bosque will forever be in our happy memories! My family had such an incredible stay here. The hosts, Forest and Andrea, were so attentive to our questions or needs. She even made us sourdough bread one morning! They were respectful of our space and felt genuinely glad we were enjoying ourselves. They took our families sunset pics the last night. It was great getting to know them! The home is picturesque and has everything you need to enjoy Playa Negra. The beautiful pool overlooked the ocean and tropical landscape. It was refreshing to lounge in during the heat of the day. The kitchen had every amenity we needed to fix coffee, breakfast, and lunch. We chose to try restaurants in the area for dinners each night. Howler monkeys delighted us a couple of days when we could see the family hopping through the trees. The beach out front was a dream to walk out to from your own private entrance. We will definitely be putting this home on our “go back to” list. We enjoyed every minute!!

Das Haus ist perfekt für einen Strand Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns nach einer Rundreise durch Costa Rica hier noch erholt. Adrian und die Haushälterin Roxana sind sehr hilfsbereit. In der unteren Etage ist die große Küche und oben die 4 Zimmer. Alles in allem gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren gemütlich und durch die Ventilatoren auch bei wärmeren Temperaturen ok. Der Strandzugang ist auch toll. Ab und zu hatten Pferde vor dem Zaun als Gast, kleine und größere Echsen und freche Bunthörnchen.

You will be surrounded by super friendly people. Great beach is within walking distance or a few minutes car ride.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à ce condo. Nous tenterons d'y retourner à coup sûr. Il est très bien situé par rapport aux activités environnantes. Tout est accessible à pied: restaurants, épiceries, plage, locations diverses (vtt, vélos, sorties guidées, etc), boutiques, etc. C'est un endroit tranquille. Le matelas était très confortable. Il y a de l'eau chaude. On y entend et voit les singes hurleurs et une multitude de sortes d'oiseaux. Lorsque nous avons eu de minimes problèmes avec le condo Manuel nous répondait très rapidement et Lisa (la propriétaire) venait nous voir pour s'assurer que tout entrait dans l'ordre. Le seul bémol que nous pourrions soulever (ceci se veut une critique constructive), est que nous aurions aimé avoir un aménagement extérieur sur la belle grande galerie: un divan confortable et une table. Il n'y avait pas de table sur le patio à notre arrivée mais en le demandant, Manuel nous a permis d'en prendre une d'un condo qui n'était pas utilisé.

Great place to stay, absolutely love the apartment, very clean and upscale, the owner is very nice. He gave us detailled instructions to take care of his beautiful plants at home, which was very easy to do. I highly recommend renting from him. You’ll love the place. The coworking spaces are gorgeous and the pool is absolutely stunning. The community that lives there is very warm and welcoming and we made tons of friends staying there. Highly recommend.

Josh's place was beautiful. The room itself was exactly as shown in the pictures and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked - it had everything we needed. The property manager was really responsive and always there with what we needed. The road to the unit was rough, but that's expected in this area of CR. Overall, a really positive experience.

First off, our hostess Maria was wonderful, a very loving and kind lady. Next, we loved the modest Tico neighbourhood. The neighbours were kind and friendly. We felt very safe in this Tico village. The location was just a 2 minute walk to the beach and it was beautiful. Part of the cultural experience of staying in this neighbourhood is being awakened at 5am by roosters, dogs and often howler monkeys. You get used to it quickly. The dogs were friendly and no problems with the roosters. Grin! There is an abundance of wildlife. We highly recommend this location. Mark and Deb from Windsor ON Canada

Teako House was a really great stay, incredible value for the money, and a truly local experience in a real tico neighborhood that is located in a lush peaceful valley. The apartment was simple but surprisingly spacious and upgrades have been made since these pictures so I found things a bit more spruced up than I expected! From the little terrace you can see the surrounding teak farm and watch the clouds roll by (literally, you're in a cloud forest sometimes!). And the host Juan Carlos is a super nice local surfer and business owner who is stoked to offer up recommendations, etc. if you want them. I had to get some work done during my stay so I particularly appreciated the fast wifi and gorgeous relaxing nature view from the dining table that I used as my desk.

La estancia fue muy agradable. Las personas son muy atentas. Para los que nos gusta caminar, el lugar es estratégico, porque hay varios lugares para visitar. Se camina a la sombra de los árboles.

Lovely place to enjoy the nature and peace, our kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and surroundings. Friendly owners and staff made us feel like home and we definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to explore more

Súper atento, preocupándose desde el primer momento de que todo fuese bien. Cualquier necesidad estuvo dispuesto a resolverla. La casa es muy cómoda. La cocina al aire libre es muy agradable para compartir en familia o con amigos. La localización es genial para aquellos que quieran disfrutar de la playa sin tener que preocuparse por desplazamientos o complicaciones. De 10!

Ja (som andre også nævner) er der brug for en høj 4x4 da vejen er lidt lang, stejl og bulet, men er du ikke en god bilist bliver du det. Vi havde det sjovt med at komme frem og tilbage. Stedet var for os en dejlig rolig og minimalistisk base i kontrast til lidt mere travle Santa theresa. Det perfekte åndehul. Med en virkelig komfortabel seng og smuk udsigt derfra.

The Chic Shack is such a wonderful place to be! Nature is all around -- such a lovely escape from a city or busy life. The internet was incredibly strong! If you're into surfing (we're not), there are added benefits -- so close to a great surfing beach and lots of surfers around. Loved the hammock, especially in the evenings. Pascal and Camille are wonderful. They are just like AirBnb imagines its hosts to be: open, friendly, helpful, and respectful. Would recommend!

Carla was a wonderful host and the place was exactly as described. Surrounded by lots of nature and quiet and private. We enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen too. There is no hot water as it says in the description. It made for slightly brisk showers that I had to hype myself up for! But all part of the charm.

Robin ist ein sehr freundlicher und erfahrener Gastgeber. Alles hat auf Anhieb funktioniert. Die Schlüssel waren in einem Schlüsselfach am Grundstückstor, für das wir am Tag der Anreise einen Code von Robin bekommen haben. Auf dem Weg zum Haus fährt man vorbei an zahlreichen Orangenbäumen. Es gibt da diesen Song von Peter Fox „Haus am See“ – ein bisschen dieses Gefühl. Zur Ausstattung gehört entsprechend auch eine Orangenpresse, mit der man sich frischen Orangensaft machen kann. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll gestaltet und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Die Unterkunft ist oberhalb der Stadt Carmona in den Bergen von Nandayure auf ca. 500 Meter. Es gibt weder öffentlichen Strom noch öffentl. Wasser. Das Wasser im Haus kommt aus der eigenen Quelle, und der Strom kommt von der Sonne. Internet ist Starlink. Glasklarer Sternenhimmel und in unmittelbarer Umgebung findet man viele atemberaubende Plätze, Strände und Wasserfälle. Absolute Empfehlung!
