What a great little slice of paradise. The house was close to everything in town as well as the beach but while in the high walled courtyard you could relax in a hammock or splash in the small pool and feel 100% private. Our family of four (2 kids) enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

We loved our stay! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool a lot and were lucky enough to see howler monkeys and hummingbirds from the deck!

The house was beautiful and well furnished with everything we needed for our week stay. We used the wonderful and private pool everyday and walked to the beach numerous times. It was such a relaxing stay and we weren’t ready to leave! Great house!

La casa es hermosa , super limpio con buen espacio de jardín , súper privada toda cerrada por lo cual se siente mucha seguridad. Las mascotas pueden andar tranquilas y no hay peligro se que se salgan . La casa es amplia, la cocina muy cómoda . Solamente que no tiene aire acondicionado en la cocina ni agua caliente para las duchas

The location is excellent, it’s right in Samara Center. You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes. Only thing to note is it’s not exactly a house, it’s a hotel. It’s three separate rooms, the one in the center has the kitchen and living room. If your a big group with couples, it’s great. All in all the place is clean, in a great location, and very friendly staff.

Jackie was an amazing host! She is very willing to help with any questions. She was fun to be with and lives close. The beach was beautiful and safe to swim in. We are a group of 4 couples and the space worked well for us. We highly recommend this property and will return.

We were 3 couples in they're early 60's. The house had 3 bedrooms which could be rented separately or in our case all of them. Each bedroom was really big, modern, clean, comfortable beds. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need. The fresh pineapple and bananas were a nice touch. The outside living are was spectacular. It's completely enclosed with a nice sized pool. Bbqing and having meals was so nice outside. I absolutely recommend this, we will be back.

Notre famille de 4 (2 jeunes enfants) avons apprécié ce logement. Toutes les pièces de la maison sont très grandes. Le jardin est très beau et la piscine idéale pour les enfants. Nous avons cuisiné dans le logement tous les soirs et un peu plus d'ustensiles auraient été appréciés. Dans l'ensemble, excellent logement que nous recommandons.

We are a small family returning to Nosara for our third time. This location was a nice little haven with all the amenities we needed. There was plenty of space to relax and hang out in. It’s a short walk to the beach and town and very nicely located. The place is nicely decorated and well taken care of and matches the photos on the listing. The communication from the hosts were great and their contact in town is very kind and hospitable. We would stay here again.

la literie était confortable et avait une odeur très agréable. la cuisine est bien équipé. le logement est dans une rue tranquille tout peut se faire à pied mais avec la chaleur nous avons préféré prendre la voiture. pour se rendre au logement l adresse gps fournie ne fonctionnait pas mais l annoce contient beaucoup d indications ce qui nous a permis de trouver facilement.. petit conseil si vous entrez dans le gps antonio apartment villa vous serez au bon endroit .

A nice oasis in quiet Pelada, with a cool dipping pool in the middle of the two cabanas to share. We were lucky that we knew the other couple in cabana 2 but they were private enough that I don’t think it would have mattered if we didn’t. Close to Sunrise coffee which is great breakfast. We bought coffee and fresh fruit from the market and made breakfast smoothies every day while there. Highly recommend renting a golf cart or ATV to get around as, while the beach and Pelada restaurants are walkable, you will want the broader range to get to Guiones or old town Nosara. Place was modern and clean.

Erica’s place was very nice and comfortable and safe. The deck was a perfect place to eat meals or read. I loved how close it was to the beach and shops and restaurants. If I ever return to Sámara I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place and amazing staff. Pool was so refreshing and always spotless. Staff were very attentive and willing to please. Amazing location and an easy walk to the beach and delicious local restaurants. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be revisiting soon.

Stacy and Alberto's listing was amazing! They were super responsive and accommodating to us with check in times and I cannot thank them enough. The place had a perfect set up and everything you need in the kitchen. The back patio area was amazing and a great place to relax and spend time outside. The location was so close to the beach and we walked over with our surf boards every day. The place is also very close to the market and restaurants so it felt extremely convenient. I would recommend the Salt rentals to anyone visiting Nosara!

We come every year and are always so happy and grateful for Andrew and JoAnne's place. It is just perfect for us and reminds us every time why we love to be down in Pelada. A simple walk to the beach, a spacious home with beautiful accents that captures more of the Costa Rica feel. It is close to everything but secluded too. We love it!!! (Just don't reserve our time down there ;-). Thank you Andrew and Joanne, always great to work with.

What a beautiful, well appointed and spacious oceanfront condo this is. The view is just absolutely stunning. The kitchen has everything you can need with kitchen staples available in pantry and fridge. Even a dishwasher! The lanai is the best place to be with the ocean breeze and sunsets. The beds were very comfortable with AC and fan and the sound of the waves. The pool is very large and deep perfect for refreshing laps. The beach at low tide allows long walks all the way to playa blanca or for drinks at BernarDos. We would love to come back again.

Karen’s place was super clean and provided everything we needed to live comfortably like we do in our own home. Plenty of storage for our clothes and bags which helped the place feel uncluttered. The kitchen included many amenities we were grateful because we love to cook. Everyday we bought fresh amazing fruits and veggies and pastries in the local markets nearby. We were cool and comfortable during our stay and the layout was very nice and spacious. She provided plenty of linens and towels and the charming laundry room off the kitchen sure came in handy. It is centrally located in Samara and one night we watched the night life and a parade from above. What we found so special about Samara was how the people live healthy and have a glow about them. The fresh clean food the air the water is pristine and the people live in harmony with the wildlife.

Très beau et malheureusement trop court séjour. Le lieu de l'hébergement est très bien situé, au calme et proche de la mer et en même temps à quelques minutes à pieds du centre. Formalités à l'arrivée et au départ clairement communiquées. Tous les équipements nécessaires étaient disponibles y compris les serviettes pour la piscine, laquelle a été vraiment très appréciée et utilisée ! Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Great stay! Easy walk to the beach and to town. Great shared pool area with very friendly residents within the condo complex. Definitely recommend staying here for a quiet and relaxing Costa Rica vacation.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pool was great and the beaches nearby were a lovely addition. The kitchen is fully equipped which we really appreciated. Far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of tourists but close enough to pop into town for the day should you choose to explore Tamarindo. The hosts were a pleasure to deal with from the start to finish. Clean, quiet and accessible.

Boris was a wonderful host and his apartment is comfortable and authentic. We had plenty to do within a 15-30 minute drive to keep us very busy for a week. It is super close to a beautiful, kid-friendly beach (Playa Pelada) with amazing sunsets. Lots of restaurants with fresh food and live music are within a short walking distance, though the dust from the unpaved roads can make walking less pleasant (bring flashlights, as the roads get quite dark at night). The more developed part of Nosara is a 5-minute tuktuk ride away and you can walk in ~20 min. to the stunning, surfer-filled Playa Guiones. The apartment has a great covered patio and spacious living room (with fans but without A/C) and bedrooms (with A/C). The kitchen was a bit less provisioned than we expected from the other reviews but we mostly ate out. We had a great vacation.
