Sámara : locations de vacances avec piscine

Es un lugar muy lindo, muy agradable la estadía; la casa es justo como se ve en las fotografías y el terreno es bastante grande al igual que la piscina. La playa que está a 5 minutos de la casa es realmente hermosa; una gran comunicación también con el host.

Estupendo hospedaje. Ofrece muchas comodidades para disfrutar de Guanacaste lejos de los tumultos. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar varias playas, a una hora de distancia de Tamarindo o Nosara, pero yo les recomiendo ir a San Juanillo a 20 min o frijolar en 10, menos conocidas y con menos gente. Son hermosas. Además existen tiendas de abarrotes cerca y bien surtidos, no será problema encontrar lo que necesiten. Ahora propiamente en cuanto al hospedaje, las fotos se ajustan a la realidad, tiene mucho espacio y los ventanales y la zona de jardín ayudan a mantener la casa fresca e iluminada, ideal para grupos grandes, niños y personas con movilidad reducida. La piscina es hermosa y tiene vista al mar desde varios puntos de la casa, incluyendo el atardecer. La cocina se encuentra completamente equipada, la distribución de casa permite dar privación entre habitaciones. Por último no menos importante, Carlos el anfitrion fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos .

This house is in a great location. You can walk to the beach and are right around the corner from shops, bars and restaurants. The pool area is beautiful. We were lucky that so many of the plants were in flower, so it made hanging out there really nice. The kitchen is functional and the AC in the bedrooms was great. Could have done with AC in the main room, as that was still hot despite the fans. The vibe of the house is very chill, although the bathrooms could do with a bit of an update. We had problems with opening the front door. There is definitely a knack! Alex was very helpful and his recommendations were spot on. We had a good stay.

Just an amazing stay. Very clean. I’m a little… bougie. But I was quite impressed with the stay and the level of cleanliness, which means a lot coming from me. Well maintained. Great time. Pool was cleaned daily. Jurgen seems like a straight up guy. We had no issues on our stay but I’m sure if we did he would address them rapidly. We were in need of batteries and he had them there within the hour! This is quite the hidden gem. Great value if you’re looking to either A) just sit poolside and relax Or B)treat it like your home base. Use the money you’re saving compared to other similar places that are double the price and not even as clean, and rent a car and travel all over The cherry on top was the groundskeeper, Jenaro. What an incredible human being. When you stay here, feel free to ask Jurgen or Jenaro about what he recommends. You can’t go wrong. Must stay place. No complaints 10/10

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! The view is stunning. It's only a 5 minute drive into town and to the beach. I wouldn't personally consider it walkable if you have kids with you, as you have to walk on a busy winding road to get into town, but the drive is easy and we never had any trouble finding parking. Luis was very friendly and came right out when we had an issue with the shower draining. We asked him for a recommendation for horseback riding in the area and he gave us Rene's info by Playa Carrillo and it was one of the highlights of our trip! We absolutely fell in love with Samara and plan to return next year. The pool is starting to show some wear and tear but was still a great place to cool off in the afternoons.

Great house, not so great management. The house has everything! Clean, walkable to anywhere, plenty of beach towels, you name it! They also provided a bag of coffee, some fruit & snacks. The pool is small (but deep) & is perfect to dip in. Bedroom air conditioners worked great (until the last night) & cooled the rooms quickly. The outside has a couch & hammock chairs - we loved it outside! However, the management (Jair, from Sámara Rentals) was not consistent. Sometimes he would respond timely, other times not. We were left without transportation once & late for an excursion after he said he would arrange a taxi & it never showed. He never responded/apologized when we reached out to him. One of the bedroom air conditioners went out on our last day & he gave us instructions to reset the unit & it never worked. He quit answering messages after that. We had to move a mattress into another room so our kids wouldn’t be in a hot room. Aside from the minor issues, we had a great time!

The only issue we had was upon arrival we could not get access to the house as the cleaning lady mistakenly took the keys home with her. Our neighbor helped us out by calling Raymond and locating a key for us...a slight mishap. Other than that our stay was wonderful. Raymond was very quick to answer all our questions and provide recommendations for restaurants. The location was great, very quiet and rural. Access to a few of the beaches just a short drive away ( 5 mins). The place was superb. very clean and well taken care of. The pool was great! Would highly recommend the surrounding restaurants as the food was delicious. Very authentic. The local grocery stores carry majority of your needs. Overall the hosts were fantastic and we had a fabulous time. So happy we chose this place and should we return to that part of Costa Rica again would definitely go there. Highly recommend it!!

La casa es espectacular, espaciosa y súper moderna. La calle es de lastre y si se tarda mucho tiempo en salir a la carretera principal. Las playas cercanas son muy rocosas, así que pudimos aprovechar bastante la piscina y las amenidades de la casa.

Great location with a 5 minute walk to the beach, a great bodega across the street and an AWESOME breakfast and coffee place right next door. 20 minute walk across the beach to playa Guiones for surfing and many more restaurants, etc. lovely pool and outdoor space which we hung out at as well. Was fine for two 20 somethings and my wife and I. Esperanza was extremely attentive. Definitely would recommend. ps we rented a golf cart. Made getting around a lot easier. Limo Dans are nicer but the fishing place next door is cheaper. FYI-
