Stayed for a week in March of 2025. Clean, spacious flat with everything you’d need for a short or long stay in Samarkand. Host was responsive and helpful. Bed and couches were comfortable. Desk was workable, although the desk chair didn’t make the cut. Luckily the kitchen table chairs fit the desk nicely and could handle multiple hours of computer time. Kitchen was fully supplied, laundry machine worked great, and host even upgraded the internet speed during my stay — much appreciated. I have no complaints about the apartment, or with the hosts, and I recommend this place. That said, it is worth noting that the location is by no means in the center of town. It’s a 30-45 minute walk to Registan Square, for example. That’s great for me — I love to walk, and prefer being outside of the main flow — but if you’re not a big walker…well, that’s why Allah made Y*ndex Go.

Sardor is an extremely friendly person,he picked us from railway station,was very kind ,place is near railway station which makes it easier to catch trains also tourist spots are not very far which makes it a super nice place to stay.5 stars for Sardor for his friendliness.

I had a great stay at this apartment in Samarkand. It’s located in a very nice area, close to many attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city. The flat was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of linens, towels, and toiletries provided. It was exactly as described and matched the pictures, which I really appreciated. Overall, a comfortable stay and a great choice for anyone visiting Samarkand!

Nice large apartment. Dinara has done a good job of making it cozy. Very clean. Safe parking. If you love TV there are 3! Dinara gets back to you quickly when you need her. Plenty of blankets to keep you warm and comfortable bed.

Stayed at Sardor's place for 3 nights, the apartment located in a brand new building close proximity many local restaurants and coffee houses. Walkable distance from magnificent registan and amir temur mausoleum as well as few other sightseeing places. Sardor knows the city very well and also provides transfer and local guide services.

Great place, great hospitality, great people. The best place to stay in Samarkand. I definitely recommend it to everyone and definitely will return. Thanks to a great host and one of the nicest people to interact with (both Mr Otabek and his brother). Best experience ever. Thank you.

"I have rented a house through BNB multiple times, but this time I encountered a very kind and caring host who had a large house in a very clean and nice neighborhood. Zafar and Parvin showed us around the city, picked us up from the airport with the apartment, and even took us to our destinations in the following days. We stayed in the apartment for five nights and wanted to extend our stay for one more night. Since the apartment was already booked, they took us to their own home with full hospitality and the next day they drove us back to the airport. If I go to Samarkand again, I will definitely book this apartment."

A beautifully decorated and comfortable home. Roksana is a very responsive host and gave clear instructions of how to get to the house. Her mum will meet you face to face and pass you the key. She also will helped to register your stay in Samarkand. There’s a lot of eateries and cafes just around the corner. They also made the effort to print out all the sightseeing locations in Samarkand and place it in the house for your reference. Truly a gem and I highly recommend this!

This very modern, clean, cozy apartment locates besides one of the most beautiful boulevard of Samarkand city. Looks exactly same as the picture. Walking distance to Amir Temur monument and Registon Plaza.
