Great people. Especially the old man who is the father of the host is such a good and kind man. The place was decent and peaceful, we needed that place to recharge after a busy trip to Bukhara. Highly recommended.

Tut était parfait ! L’endroit est super joli ! La chambre confortable et le petit déjeuner très bon. Tout le monde était très gentil et attentionné :)

В целом все хорошо, правда в начале немного заблудились так как точного адреса не было и хоз не сразу ответила, но после разобрались. Что касается самих комнат в целом все хорошо, но: это лично моё мнение подушки очень не комфортные, что даже пришлось спать без них, причем у нас у всех сложилось такое мнение, и в ванной очень мало места, вернее душевой укуплено не развернуться. В остальном все норм, завтрак порадовал.

Pár szóban: életem egyik legjobb szállás élménye. Ilxom és családja is hihetetlenül kedves, barátságos és nyitott volt, akik mindent megtesznek a vendégeik boldogságáért. A ház és a kert nagyon hangulatos, igazán át tudtuk élni, hogy itt hogyan élnek az emberek. A Szamarkandról való transzfertől kezdve, a kert megmutatásán át az üzbég ételek kipróbálásáig mindenben segítségünkre volt Ilxom, sőt csatlakozott a beszélgetésünkhöz minden adandó alkalommal kedvességgel és érdeklődéssel. Az üzbég falu életéről nagyon sokat mesélt nekünk, sakkozott velünk és mindenben nagyon flexibilis volt. Nagyon nagyon jó hangulatban tölthettük ott ezt a két napot és végtelenül hálásak vagyunk a vendéglátóinknak.

The hosts here are great, responsive and ready to help out. We had an early check in which they kindly accommodated for, and they also let us store our things in the space as we had a late train out as well. The beds and accommodation as a whole are very clean, but lacks a few amenities like a stocked kitchen and table to eat at. The beds are quite hard with a plastic sheet underneath the bedsheet which was not very comfortable. But it’s amazing value for money, and the attentiveness of the hosts makes the accommodation worthwhile

Great location & wonderful host! Jafar was very helpful & accommodating during our stay. The place was clean & comfortable, and we enjoyed walking to the sites.

Stayed for a week in March of 2025. Clean, spacious flat with everything you’d need for a short or long stay in Samarkand. Host was responsive and helpful. Bed and couches were comfortable. Desk was workable, although the desk chair didn’t make the cut. Luckily the kitchen table chairs fit the desk nicely and could handle multiple hours of computer time. Kitchen was fully supplied, laundry machine worked great, and host even upgraded the internet speed during my stay — much appreciated. I have no complaints about the apartment, or with the hosts, and I recommend this place. That said, it is worth noting that the location is by no means in the center of town. It’s a 30-45 minute walk to Registan Square, for example. That’s great for me — I love to walk, and prefer being outside of the main flow — but if you’re not a big walker…well, that’s why Allah made Y*ndex Go.

Me encantó estar en el alojamiento de Ixtiyor. Todo muy limpio, cómodo , buen desayuno y la piscina deliciosa. Sólo que para ir y volver del alojamiento hay que tomar micro si no usas taxi. Pero, es ideal para ir a descansar, relajarse y pasar las altas temperaturas del verano. Muchas gracias por todo. Además, muy buena comunicación y siempre muy atentos. El personal muy amable. La señora del servicio de desayuno y aseo es encantadora. Gracias!
