Great place to stay. Loved the bunk beds for the kids and the spacious dining room. Just mins from the university.

We stay at Marilyn's regularly when we visit our daughter & we always enjoy our stay there!

Pam’s home was the perfect escape while brining down our son and his friends for a motocross training nearby. The home was spacious and comfortable and very clean. The setting and landscape of the home was so peaceful and tranquil. Pam was very helpful accommodating a last minute change to our dates and was quick to respond to every message. We really enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to another visit in the future!

We traveled to Martin from San Francisco, CA, because our daughter is attending UT Martin to play soccer. We picked Fran's house because of its location and charm. When Fran learned the reason for our visit, she reached out with additional helpful information regarding UT, and we were taken aback by her kindness. We ended up arriving late on the night before a big snowstorm and spent the "snow day" warm and cozy in Fran's home. Her home is super comfortable, and the location is close to downtown with coffee shops and restaurants and walkable to the UT campus. We also discovered the nearby greenway path which was a perfect out and back stroll. While in Martin, Fran's place became our home away from home and we look forward to staying there again when we return to Martin in the future. Go Skyhawks!

My husband stayed here while traveling for work. He loved the lake access across the street. Clean and private home to come back to.

My family and I stayed here, while our home in Tiptonville was finishing. Joseph’s Airbnb was absolutely the best. It was very clean, had everything you can need and then some. Joseph was very kind and very responsive. it’s peaceful and quiet there. Slept really good. The shower curtain is absolutely awesome lol. Highly recommend Joseph and his Airbnb. I mean, just stay here, it’s well worth the money and you won’t be disappointed.
