A small and charming conceptual hotel, invested and uniquely designed. Lots of seating areas in the large, green and pleasant yard. We came as a family and the place was excellent for us. Nika is a kind and sympathetic host who is willing to help with any need to make your stay pleasant

Got the place for one night after a long flight, the place is quiet despite being located in the center. The bed sheets had some sort of smell that was noticeable, and the apartment has some stains from usage, but that’s fair for the price. Overall good place to rest, it also has the best Khinkali Restaurant really close, which made it easier to get home walking after a good meal.

Все прошло отлично! Отличное месторасположение! Хороший дом. Хозяин очень отзывчивый. Было легко с ним держать коммуникацию. Интересовался ,если чего то нужно было. Главное не перепутать адрес дома как я ,потому что есть похожие адреса рядом. Но хозяин на связи ,если что можно ему позвонить и он все быстро объяснит .

The place was very good and peaceful. Zurab's parents were the host and was living in neighbor and always available for any support. No disturbance or interruption in anything. They were very friendly and treated us like family. Despite of the language barrier, we enjoyed their company. They provided extra blanket and sheets for my infant without even asking it. i would strongly recommend this place for stay. The place was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Will always remember our stay with them.

Nana is a truly amazing host! She answers and provides instructions really fast. The apartment itself is nice, well equipped, and clean. It’s located in the city centre close to all sights & restaurants. Highly recommended!

Отличное жильё. Мы уже довольно давно в дороге, и я была счастлива попасть в квартиру с настолько удобной кроватью и кухней со всем необходимым. Здорово, что в квартире есть котёл, и можно регулировать температуру под себя. Дистанционное заселение позволяет чувствовать себя абсолютно свободными. Из моментов, которые не были критичны для нас, но могут быть важны для других путешественников:рядом идёт ремонт и может быть шумно; на кухне и в ванной пол покрыт плиткой и она холодная в это время года. Но повторюсь - это отличная квартира. Если вдруг мы или кто-то из наших знакомых поедет в Кутаиси, то мы знаем отличный вариант.

We had a lovely stay at Ani's place. Apartment was really clean and it had everything you need for your stay. Place had many little shops around and was 10min walk from the city centre. The host was really welcoming and gave us tips where to eat and what to see. I can definitely recommend Ani's place! :)

The apartment is located in a quiet area in the city center. It is very clean, warm, fully equipped and comfortable. There are good parking options in the apartment. Near the house you can buy everything you need (small market, fruits and vegetables). The host is a very friendly and mindful. I highly recommend this place for everyone.
