The apartment is new, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. It is well located, with several grocery stores and bakers within a two minute walk and the bars and restaurants off the old city centre within a ten minute walk. Sophia, the host, was very friendly and helpful

My experience at TA-GI Homestay was truly wonderful. It's the perfect place for peace and relaxation with a small garden of its own. The homestay is well-maintained with a strong focus on cleanliness, the rooms are of decent size and very comfortable. The hosts are extremely polite and always ready to help even at late night. The table full Georgian style home-cooked breakfast was the best we had in our entire trip. It was fresh, and full of flavors. We also tasted their home made wine and had a great time here. The host suggested us some local places to visit which were truly mesmerizing. The nature here in Georgia is amazing and Kutaisi was beautiful. If you're looking to spend quality time with family or friends in a peaceful setting, TA-GI Homestay is an excellent choice.

I had a great stay at this lovely home in the historic district of Kutaisi, right by the Rioni River. The location is perfect – quiet, charming, and within walking distance to the city’s main attractions. The house had everything I needed and even came with a parking spot, which was very convenient. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, answering all my questions quickly. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere of Old Kutaisi and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!❤️

Noclegi w tym miejscu to była przyjemność. Wszystko czyste i zadbane. Obiekt posiada wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia, nawet mikrofalę, toster, czajnik, suszarkę do włosów, ręczniki i inne, otrzymaliśmy także mini produkty kosmetyczne. Jeżeli komuś bardzo przeszkadzają hałasy, to polecam zabrać zatyczki do uszu, bo w okolicy są naturalne budziki w postaci koguta i psów. :)

Wonderful, authentic place in a perfect location, surrounded by beautiful nature, with access to the river. The owner was kind and helpful. We had a great time and will definitely come back to Parna next time!

Convenient location if you are traveling by car. Magnificent views and tranquility. Since the nearest town is 7-9km away, the stars are clearly visible at night without city lights obscuring the view. There are no construction sites nearby. The parking area is clean, free of any debris. The owners have built a higher fence, now neighboring dogs cannot enter without your permission. It’s safe to come with your pet. There is a beautiful crib and a high chair for feeding a child available upon request. The property owner is very polite, addressing any issues and problems that arise. The internet connection is weak here, but you can expect about 8 Mbps.
