Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen - wir werden wieder kommen! Annie ist ein tolle Gastgeberin gewesen, die uns vorab und kurz vor der Abreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen schnell geantwortet hat. Das Appartement hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, Lage im 14. Stock war super! Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Condo ist sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen mit Fitnessraum, Sauna und vor allem dem mega Roof-Top-Pool!!! Der war der Hammer! Sehr freundiches Personal, direkt gegenüber ist ein 7eleven - falls man mal was braucht. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Lokale, der Nachtmarkt ist bequem in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach Top Lage! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Dir Annie!

I had a lovely stay and hope to return next year

This place is perfect as a home base for exploring Chiang Mai. Quiet location away from tourist hustle and bustle while still a walkable distance to everything we wanted to do in Old City. There are markets near by for essentials. Drinking water is provided in the common area. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible with our check-in when we got in late (my fault for not reading the instructions). The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever had in an Airbnb. I would absolutely stay here again.

Superbe rooftop où nos enfants se sont régalées! Très bien situé, proche de la vieille ville, d'un magnifique temple (wat molee), d'un très bon night market (porte nord). Un beau lieu pour visiter Chiang Mai et ses alentours. Les chambres sont propres et la grande terrasse est très bien amanagée, on oublie qu'on est dans le centre-ville. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Nous recommandons ce logement!!!

It as a great stay, Chiang Mai was fantastic we didn’t spend much time in the actual Airbnb since we had limited time in town but it was a fantastic place, location, amenities and staff were all great. We also found fantastic massage place near by so that was an added plus. A few pros: - Quite walkable to the downtown area. - Mall, 7/11 and supermarket walkable distance. - The security guards are very friendly and helpful. - Cool view and amenities.

Great host with amazing communication. The place was really well located for some quiet but not too far from the noise too.

We loved staying at Jenna’s place and wish we could have been there longer. It’s very spacious, comfortable and has everything we needed including lots of personal touches and very thoughtful amenities. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

院子里好多非常漂亮而且古老的树，有个超大鱼池，好多漂亮的鲤鱼，晚上的落日很漂亮，大厨房烧饭有煤气，每天有服务员打扫卫生，收拾院子，傍晚来点蚊香，很多户外桌椅，可以自由选择在不同风景中吃饭喝茶，我们住了7天，外面景点和饭店都不如这里漂亮，真的就是住在风景里的感觉，太喜欢了

Very private and secluded, yet in great location for old city. Super friendly and responsive staff. Helped us with numerous queries (taxis, activities, vegan food). A very authentic, peaceful feel to the house. Air con in bedrooms, comfy beds. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant apartment with a lovely garden and the most welcoming and thoughtful host - I cannot rate this place highly enough. 100% recommend

1. 위치 정말 좋습니다. 하지만 가끔 그랩 배달기사들이 위치를 못찾기도 합니다. DN wellness Massage 로 위치 알려주면 찾는데 도움이 됩니다. 2. 방과 거실 모두 사진과 똑같고 더워서 마당에서 시간을 보내지는 못했지만 예쁜 정원이 있습니다. 3. 비행기소리는 밤 12-1시 사이 간혹 들리는데 예민하지 않은 사람들에게는 전혀 문제 되지 않습니다. 4. 수건 더 요청했고 바로 의사소통이 되어서 제공받았습니다. 머무르는 동안 생수 걱정 없을 정도로 많은 양의 생수를 제공해줍니다. 5. Late checkin 요청을 미리 상의 없이 체크아웃 전날 전달했는데 흔쾌히 허락해주시고 매우 합리적인 가격으로 머무를수 있었습니다. 6. 가족 5명이 생활하였고 매우 편안하게 잘 지내서 다음번에도 꼭 다시 오고 싶습니다. ( 2층에서 내려올때 계단 미끄러움 조심하세요. 샤워기가 약간 노후되었지만 쓰는데 큰 어려움은 없었습니다. 예민하신분은 필터 샤워기 준비해가셔도 좋습니다. ) 좋은 공간을 공유해주셔서 호스트님께 매우 감사드립니다. 덕분에 치앙마이에 대한 좋은 인상을 많이 받을수 있었습니다.

We found this place very easy to find , loved the fact that we had it all to ourselves and our own front door! It was very comfortable and clean and quiet considering we were in town near to s main rd ! It was a safe area to walk around and enjoyed being with locals !

Nimit House 7 was an absolutely lovely stay. The rooms were comfortable, and it’s an easy walk right across the canal to old town. We adored the private yard and balcony. We also really appreciated the easy availability of a filtered water tap with cold pitchers in the fridge. As with many places in the area, I would recommend purchasing a little mosquito spray if you tend to be sensitive to them! There’s a convenience store right around the corner where you can get that and anything else you may need. Nook Cafe right on the corner is a great little place for breakfast and coffee, and there’s a dispensary on this street too if that’s your thing. Overall this home was so very comfortable and beautiful. Thanks so much to Jane for a wonderful place to stay in during our time in Chiang Mai!

a great little place in a really good location. it has a fun bohemian feel, good vibe and so much to do in the area that you can walk to. we had lots of fun just exploring the city on foot from here. little private yard for sun bathing and a spa tub built into the outdoor deck were a nice relaxing spot to cool off in.

Napaphat's apartment is an excellent place to spend a week in Chiangmai. Situated on the town-facing side of the building, it's actually very quiet during the day and you don't get the perpetual traffic noise experienced on the other side. Well-placed for food outlets it's a short walk to the Maya department store and supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well-equipped.

Garn is a friendly and communicative host. The apartment was exactly how it is described on Airbnb. The Internet is fast and worked with no problems and the building is in a good location. Recommended

we loved our stay here! the location was perfect! we could easily get around but also the location was peaceful for sleeping at night ✨🥳 Ming was a very helpful host, very responsive and gave us lots of local recommendations to visit 🥰

머무는 동안 행복했습니다. 집처럼 편안하면서 평소집에서 누릴수 없던 평화로운뷰와 테라스를 갖고있어요. 도보로 원님만과 마야 주변 다 가기편했고 택시도 잘잡힙니다. 무엇보다 집에서 편하게 세탁기돌리는게 좋았어요! 다시또오고싶어요. 호스트는 항상 빠르게 답장을해주어서 소통하는데 문제가 없었습니다. 침대는 퀸으로 안내받았지만 킹인거같아요 정말 컸어요. 편안했습니다.

To start, Pear is a 5-star super host! She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment is great for easy going people looking for a cheaper place away from the touristy chaos. The building is a bit older, but the room is newly renovated. Everything in the room is new. So there is nothing to complain about. Its also quiet and cool at night so you can sleep peacefully. If you're familiar with Chiang Mai, then getting around is no issue. It's about 10-15 minutes to th city gates. There are local eats around the area, markets, and a few good cafes which are perfect for using your laptop. Overall this place is great value for your money.

Neil was an absolutely amazing host! He showed us everything, explained all the details, and was incredibly responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We fell in love with the balcony and the wonderful restaurants in the area. Everything was perfect, and we’re so grateful for Neil’s hospitality. 5 out of 5!
