The host was responsive, responsible; the apartment was clean, spacious and well furnished. Fuss free booking - highly recommended for families and friends. Rin and Nanas have been really helpful as well Kudos to the staff there!

I had lost my passport and asked her what are the procedures . She began telling me all the steps I had to do and even helped me find the nearest police station. Would definitely recommend this stay to a friend .

We had a great time during our stay, the staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The unit is as advertised and beautifully laid out. There were lots of rooftops and other restaurants nearby or short ride away. I would highly recommend

We had the pleasure of staying here last week. It's a great place to stay. Additionally we were here during the earthquake. The entire staff was amazing during this stressful time and they increased coverage of people during this time and communicated so well in terms of what to do safety wise, the inspection of the building, and clearly showed they were looking out for all the tenants. truly and amazing stay and experience. Great stay, quiet location, amazing staff!

Super helpful and friendly staff. Room was nice and clean. Good ac. We got 2 bottles of free water every day, which was greatly appreacted. The location is very central and close to a seven eleven.

We really enjoyed Benviar. I’m a frequent visitor to Bangkok and always enjoy this location. The apartment was very clean with a view to a treed area. The AC in the LR was not working properly. But other than that all was in order.

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely incredible! The warmth and comfort of the place made it feel just like home. I am already looking forward to returning to this wonderful location on my next trip to Thailand. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Bangkok! The space was stunning, with stylish decor and incredible views that made it feel like a peaceful retreat. It’s surprisingly private and quiet, even though it’s just a couple minutes walk away from the energy of Khaosan Road. It was the perfect balance of being close to the action while still having our own calm, cozy space to come back to. A huge thank you to the host as well. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, especially when we accidentally left something behind. They went out of their way to help us, and we really appreciated their kindness and quick communication. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bangkok!

Great place to stay in Bangkok. Clean, quiet rooms, easy check in, secure location. Fun area of town with lots to see and do within walking distance. Nice to have access to a kitchen for coffee and snacks. We booked here twice on our Thailand trip at the beginning and end and would definitely return!

The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the inner city of Bangkok, with easy access to all the main attractions. Wonderful stay! Clean, comfortable and beyond accommodating! We asked for early check in which was met no issues. In addition, the free laundry access was phenomenal. We found our laundry already folded for us! Thank you, Orathip!

The staff was amazing. Great place to bring your dog, near the beautiful park. The room was super clean, had everything you needed + more. Bed was comfy. Beautiful interior. Will go there again!

The place is exactly as described in the advertisement. It's cheap, quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I wanted to extend my stay and they accommodated me no problem. the location was great for me because it's only 2 mins walk to BTS Phra Khanong. I would highly recommend this place.

Efficient and nice place to rest next to the airport

Super clean and convenient location close to BKK airport. I stayed here for 2 nights en route back from Vietnam to the States and it was perfect for what I needed. I really enjoyed getting some work done on the roof. Good breeze kept the bugs and heat away and fast wifi connection. He gave me a ride to the airport at 1a for 200 THB! Highly recommended.

Friendly, helpful and a lovely clean room, compact but with great view. Would happily stay again.
