Absolutely beautiful home with breathtaking views! Woke up to the ocean right outside of the front window. Our stay was so peaceful from start to finish. Landon and Evie really know how to make you feel at home. The inside was decorated beautifully and the attention to detail was incredible… from the complimentary bottle of wine to the robes to the bodyboards. The location was perfect. A short walk to all the restaurants and cute shops in town. If you’re looking for the perfect beach getaway, this is it! We can’t wait to come back!

Unless you want to be on the beach side of New Smyrna, this is a great location. Downtown is nearby, plus the neighborhood is beautiful and good for dog walking. Susan and Jim are enjoyable people and excellent hosts who went out of their way to help me when I got in a fix. A previous guest commented that they didn't have enough privacy. Well, there are 2 separate but adjacent living spaces on the property--lots more privacy than many places I've stayed. Loved sitting on the patio reading when I had the chance.

We LOVED our stay at the Loft by the Sea. The location was terrific: there’s a grocery store directly across the street and many local and chain restaurants within a short drive. The beach access was amazing. The in-unit laundry was an incredible bonus we had forgotten about until we arrived! Sandie was a terrific host. She was incredibly communicative and was great in giving us local recommendations. We will ABSOLUTELY be back! We highly recommend Loft by the Sea. (We did not have kids in our group but Sandie has made wonderful accommodations in the loft for children - kid silverware, a bouncy seat, puzzles and coloring books!)

We had a delightful stay at Carolyn's villa. It was even better than described. The neighborhood is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Canal street and Flagler street. We really enjoyed having the private patio and also the sunset views from the wharf. Highly recommend. We will be back next year.

The place was perfect for our stay in Sanford. We loved it! The place was gorgeous and the patio area was nice to sit outside. Wish we could have spent more time out there but it was chilly during our stay. Thanks Holly!

What a joy to stay at this location. The home dates back to the 1930-40 era. The opportunity to just see what an awesome decorative style Maribel has spun upon this era of a home is worth the stay alone. Everything was beyond our expectation and the convenience of the location to town with sidewalks all the way is a real plus. As we revisit Umatilla it will be our first choice for lodging. The porch with a glass of Maribel's complimentary " RED Relaxation" liquid spirit was such a welcome treat upon our weary travels. The Porch is fantastic. One cannot visit this area without immersing themselves in the nostalgia offered by the owner and cottage.

This is the the best equipped unit I have ever stayed at at the beach: beach toys, board games, playing cards, toiletries, paper products, etc. Very comfortable unit with great view of ocean. Florence goes out of her way to be sure you have a great stay.

Debbie always helped with questions I had. She went above and beyond and helped with some requests I had. We were very comfortable in their home and found everythig we needed. 10/10 recommend and would love to return on our next Daytona trip!

Our stay at Krater Key was great! Quiet and peaceful, clean and comfortable. Would recommend or visit again!
