Niko a été un hôte hors du commun pour notre séjour a Borjomi. L’appartement est très beau, fonctionnel et confortable. Nico a était vraiment très accueillant et a pris beaucoup de temps pour nous aider à organiser et profiter de notre séjour. Je recommande les yeux fermés à quiconque cherche un appartement à Borjomi de prendre celui là !

Staying at Salome's place was an excellent experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building has a hotel-standard reception service and is conveniently located near everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Salome herself is a kind and attentive host. Whenever I had a question, I messaged her, and she responded immediately. Thank you so much for this wonderful hospitality. It’s the perfect place to stay in Bakuriani. Highly recommended!

WOW, what a magical location and house. Getting there, up the mountain, can be challenging but doable with a 4x4 and some common sense. We did not use the offered pickup/guide service but I believe some would prefer that. The way is snowy, icy, and in some places muddy and slippery. It will depend on the season obviously. Besides that we had everything we needed. Just maintain the fireplace, feed the dogs and enjoy the magnificent views and quiet. The neighbors, Alina and Valiko, are always there to help. Alina will cook you a traditional Georgian meal if you wish. There is a language barrier but we understood each other great eventually. We highly recommend the sauna to heat up and jump in the freezing snow. We can't express our wonderful feelings enough through text. We'd like to come back during the summer to experience a completely different Mitarbi. And of course, Masha (host), and Alina (co-host) that were always available for any questions. The whole group is just amazing

It was a great stay, the host and the neighbors around are so friendly, they offered wood for the fireplace and refused to take money for it. The place is as described with lots of sleeping beds and sofas, however the place is a bit small for it to host 16 people in total if they have a problem in that. For us it was a good experience since we were a big family together. The place outside in fromt of the house is well equipped, but I wish the area beside and behind the home to be better facilitated and accessible.

This was our third trip to Georgia in 2024, but our inaugural visit to Bakuriani. Bakuriani captivated us with its beauty, offering a unique blend of autumn ambiance, chilly weather, rain, and snowfall all within three days. Conveniently located near a dog park, we enjoyed a delightful day mingling with horses and huskies. Our host was exceptionally gracious, accommodating us on short notice with a warm welcome. For our safety, he thoughtfully installed cameras in the front and back yards. A heartfelt thank you to our host!

A very cozy house with fantastic views. The kitchen has everything you need, including beautiful tableware—attention to detail really shows the care for guests. Everything is here to make your stay comfortable, from mosquito screens on the windows to Netflix. Right behind the house, there are several trails leading into the forest and the mountains. A white dog comes to visit—don’t be afraid of him, he’s a true gentleman! Please give him some food if you can. We had our own dog with us, and this white dog protected us from cows :)) and other village dogs (we met two—they weren’t aggressive, just a bit persistent). There is a hotel with a restaurant in the village where you can have dinner or take food to go, but there are no shops within walking distance. The house is set apart from the village, the area isn’t fenced, but there are no people around, making it a perfect place for a private retreat (especially with a dog!). Nika was incredibly helpful and even arranged a transfer for us.

It was so lovely to stay because we needed to find a place within an hour at the evening to check in at Borjomi. Niko responded very quickly and provided us with all the necessary information.
