Samukawa, Koza District : locations de vacances

It’s a cozy and convenient place for me to visit Tokyo. Enjoyed my stay very much! Highly recommended!

This was a great location to get around in Tokyo, and plenty of local restaurants, convenience stores and of course Starbucks! The place itself was incredibly clean and worth the stay, once we got used to the stairs. Maybe not suitable for older people as my mother in law struggled.

A bit far from main attractions but it’s what we wanted, peace & quiet. There’s train stations 7-10mins both ways so it’s t wasn’t a problem. There’s a small grocery store across the street & convenient stores 3-7mins walk. There’s a bigger grocery store, daiso, clothing, & drug store 7 mins walk through the nice neighborhood. The whole place was very clean & comfortable. I’d like to point out that the place is on the second floor & there’s no elevator. They also don’t have staff to receive luggage delivered so book your delivery for when you’re there already checked in. Despite that I still give this place five stars for the cleanliness alone.

We had a wonderful one week stay at Tsubasa’s lovely home. The neighborhood had all the conveniences, the apartment had everything we needed and the apartment is cute and clean. It’s in a quiet residential area with lots of grocery stores and food options nearby, and we liked having the kitchen and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. It was fun to not be in a touristy area but to see how locals live. The home is comfortable and the shower is great. It was a little chilly at first in the main living area but when we mentioned it (thought we might be doing the heat wrong) Tsubasa ordered us a space heater and it arrived that day. Temperature was perfect after that. This was a wonderful home base to explore around Tokyo. Thank you Tsubasa!

Yasuhiko was a great host! The airbnb is located on a quiet street in the Asakusa area. The airbnb was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 6). The details he put into the airbnb really is accommodating and comfortable. It is decorated beautifully. It's close to many train options, kappabashi (kitchenware shopping area), Senso-ji temple, and Namakise shopping area. Lots of local restaurants on the same street and even a local japanese craft beer place. We would love to stay again here in the future as his place is perfectly sized and located.

숙소 근처에 온천이 있어서 좋습니다! 걸어서 1-3분 정도 거리에 패밀리마트와 세븐일레븐이 있어요!! 이케부쿠로 역까지는 걸어서 가긴 조금 멀긴 하지만 근처에 가나메초역은 정말 가까워요! 그래도 이케부쿠로는 지하철로 한정거장이고 걸어서 가는 길도 금방 익숙해지기 때문에 숙소 위치는 좋은 것 같습니다👍 또 호스트분이 응답이 정말 빠르고 친절해서 좋아요!! 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶은 숙소입니다 굿굿 아참!!! 근데 고데기는 없었던 것 같아용 저흰 챙겨가서 문제 없었습니다~~
