This place is something special. From the moment I walked in, I could tell the hosts actually care—not just about keeping the place spotless and comfortable, but about making sure every guest has a great time. Todd, in particular, was an absolute legend. The atmosphere was unreal. One night, Dirty Dancing was playing, and somehow, it just fit the vibe perfectly—everyone relaxed, having a great time, like some effortlessly cool house party where everyone’s welcome. The crowd? Top-tier. You know when you travel and just stumble into the right place with the right people? That was this. Rooms were solid—clean, comfortable, well put together. Location? Quiet enough to unwind but close enough to everything you’d want. But honestly, what made this stay incredible wasn’t just the space—it was the energy. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it.

The Mustang Nero is definitely a place I would come back to. It's one of the most charming and definitely one of the most memorable places by the sheer amount of Taxidermied creatures artfully placed all over the lobby. This place isn't luxurious, it doesn't come with a lot of the usual amenities of a hotel, it has a distinct smell and yet it has a great vibe, a great breakfast and a lot of shanti. It's a getaway from the city's hustle, so it always feels great coming back to the place. The rooms are spacious, very funkily decorated and the showers are great, the bed is comfy. There are 10 rooms here, no elevators & the horse and the lion are the largest rooms I think. The immediate vicinity is peaceful, its an upcoming area for designers, co-working spaces etc and its just off the main road. In and of itself it's a great addition to your adventures in Bangkok.

What a lovely place! Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. This place made me so many good memories of Bangkok. Very peaceful and easy to travel around. Especially host was very friendly. He went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok. And please don’t skip the breakfast. Best breakfast ever!

The staffs at the property were very nice people, i felt comfortable with them. Although its at an alley, the road felt safe and spacious. For solo travelers, i think its a perfect size to stay in. All spaces, bathroom, living room/Kitchen and bedroom are not too squeezy nor are they too big. Just nice to feel homely. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I had an overnight stay and loved it! Hotel staff made us feel right at home. The Mustang is such a unique vibe, definitely eye catching. We liked the area and found lots of easy places to pop in. The hotel animals only added to the fun

Thank you Oakwood Team for a very nice service! I arrived early for my check in but they were kind enough to accommodate an early check in. You guys are awesome! I forgot the name of the receptionist, I think her name has Ton on it. She was amazing when I need a change for 1000 baht, she was always there to help. She also gave good recommendations about the mall and some restaurants around the hotel. Thank you Ton for a great service!

Zona difícil de encontrar pero muy buen servicio y precio para las instalaciones que ofrece. Servicio de bar también muy amable y café bueno.

The location has plenty of parking. The check-in process is quick and convenient. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The room was smaller than what's shown on the booking but it was clean and quiet. We had a rented car so it was easy to travel around. I'd stay again.

Phra Khanong is a cool neighbourhood far from the tourist touts but near Sukhumvit Rd. Room was clean and lovely - especially the view from the swimming pool where we spent a lot of time relaxing after days out in Bangkok. Amy were super responsive and always helpful.
