Paisan was incredibly kind and welcoming. In the afternoon heat in Bangkok, he waited for us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the house, and even offered us a refreshing welcome drink. The house itself is beautiful—tastefully decorated, fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and very comfortable. Our family had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much for hosting us!

友人5人と利用しました。 写真で見るより広々としておしゃれなリビングとダイニングで、友人達とシェアハウスをしている気分で快適に寛げました！ 思ってた以上に色々揃っていて、とても良かったです。ドライヤーは各部屋にあり、ケトルやキッチン用品、食器はたくさんあり、冷蔵庫にはお水が用意されていてました。ソンクランの期間だったので、洗濯機が助かりました。(たくさんのハンガーと洗剤もありました)ベッドのシーツが清潔でタオルもたくさん常備されていて良かったです。 家は住宅街の中にありますが、危険な印象はなく、駅からは近くて観光地に出やすく便利でした。(私達はほとんどGrabでしたが🚕)近くにセブンイレブンがあって便利で毎日利用してました。 Supattraさんはとても親切で、事前に丁寧に色々教えて下さいました。教えて頂いた配車アプリGrabは毎日使ってました。 家族、友人との滞在にはとても良いと思います。また機会があればお借りしたいです。 楽しい滞在になりました！ ありがとうございました！

had a great stay during our business trip in thailand, full of amenities and all amenities and facilities are in good conditions. the location is around 5 minutes walk to nearest bts station, on nut. which connected to shopping places, so it's easy to find something you need especially food. host also really ensure our stay is comfortable and always responsive. overall enjoy our stay especially the massage chair.

This is a beautiful house with a wonderful history and responsive and caring owners. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again next time

The place was perfect for us in Bangkok for a student swim tournament - 2 parents, 2 swimmers and a coach. Pemika stayed late to help us. She provisioned some really useful food (eggs, coffee, milk, bread and noodles, etc.) so after arriving late breakfast would be easy. Communicated with us and responded quickly. A great stay. Thanks

Avete a portata di mani tutto, 7 eleven, cafè, cofee shop, thai massage, market vicini e la fermata BTS punnawhiti proprio all’ingresso del building, la vista è fantastica mozzafiato! Tassanee è stata chiara e disponibile! L’alloggio vale ciò che pagate! Vi raccomando questo posto!

Great place, location is super convenient and the apartment is bigger and nicer than it looked in the pictures. The location is very convenient and the hosts are very responsive and helpful in the chat. the listing warns about noise for light sleepers but i found it pretty quiet, just occasionally you can hear ambulances or other loud noises from outside

Good condominium with gym and pool. Quiet neigborhood almost without tourists. 7Eleven and a lot of restaraunts 15 minutes away. Clear check-in instructions and overall communication with the host

The bed room is quiet large and has a great view. The location is most convenient. Everything is within a short walking distance. Host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

I had a great time in Maynus' apartment. It is exactly like in the pictures, equipped with everything you need, very clean and well maintained. The pool and fitness room is perfect. The location is good, very close to the BTS station, which takes you to the city center relatively quickly. There is a 7-11 around the corner and a few restaurants. It is not a very touristy area. However, I really enjoyed it and it is perfect if you want to see how Bangkokians live and experience Bangkok off the beaten track. Maynus communicates very friendly and very quickly. After the air purifier filter was full of all the smog, it was immediately replaced. I was even able to check in at 10:00 a.m. because I arrived on the night train and was greeted very friendly by her. I immediately felt at home and was glad to had this apartment. Bangkok can be very stressful and overwhelming and so this apartment was perfect for me to have some peace and quiet from stressful and dirty and smogy Bangkok. Thanks!

I highly recommend this unit and Ivan. The unit is a good size. No bugs, everything worked and was well stocked. It was a pleasure to stay here and Ivan is an excellent host. Thank you. A++++ highly recommended!

Very good central location, Host was very helpful and responsive when there are some clarifications. However, the room smelt like smoke but it was gone after we washed the pillow covers. Other than that, no issues

Had a good stay at Fufus apartment, good location and easy to get around, good communication with Fufu. The apartment itself and the furnitures inside are a bit dated but still working ok, maybe some update will make it better. Thanks very much for hosting me!

Bowie’s place is my accommodation for my first Thailand trip, The location is pretty strategic, near BTS Krung Thon Buri, near ICONSIAM, handful selection of restaurants, and the view from the balcony was good. The place looks so much better than the pictures, clean and spacious, facilities provided by Bowie are also helpful. Definitely left a great impression 💚 10/10

Was great experience in bangkok. I took grabs so a little bit far from other famous sites but if you take bts, it will be great location. Everything was clean and above all, the hosts responded so fast with kindness. Love to stay here again

extremely clean unit. the floors and all surfaces were spotless and free from clutter. We wanted a place a bit less crowded and noisy in bkk but still not be too far away from the main attractions, so the location was great for our family. keys were left with helpful guards that helped us open the doors etc. Is an older building but the unit is newly renovated and spotless. Thida also recommended private drivers during the new year which was hard to find. we enjoyed our stay for Songkran 👌

Benny was a super host. I landed in Bangkok a few hours after the earthquake in Myanmar, when it was next to impossible to travel in the city. He helped me get a hotel close to the airport and refunded me for that night. The flat was comfortable, the pool in the building was great, and Benny gave lots of recommendations of where to visit around the area. 10/10

Nice and cosy place set back from the bustle but still easy to access and a nice view. Za responds quickly and gives clear instructions for check in and out.
