This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! Every single room had breathtaking views of the city, making our stay feel even more special. The apartment featured high-end finishes and was exceptionally well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The building itself was top-notch, and the location was perfect—super convenient for getting to everything we wanted to do in Bangkok. The :condo is in a great location. Walkable to the skytrain. The house could have been cleaner. Dust and hair in the furniture. Many of the lights and plugs and lights do not work.

The apartment was great and as in the pictures Daryl was really helpful and the check in instructions were smooth and Daryl gave step by step instructions with video which made everything much smoother. The pool was great and not crowded at all. Nearby was a 7-Eleven, supermarket, hospital and some Streefood markets.

BTSサパーンタクシン駅から徒歩10分、途中には有名なローカルレストラン、スーパーマーケットがありボートターミナルにも近いのでロケーションは抜群。 ステートタワーは近隣のランドマークとなっており、かつ高級感がある。 部屋は清潔で設備も十分。TVでNetflixやYoutubeを見ることができる。何よりチャオプラヤ川を一望できるバルコニーは素晴らしい。 コンドミニアム内のルール順守が求められるがむつかしいことはない。 ステートタワーの問題だがエントランスには階段があるので注意が必要。 私はまた利用したいと思う。

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

Great stay, very comfortable apartment literally 30 seconds from Wang Lang market. The apartment is down a quiet alley way so not disturbed by market noise. High end appliances and fittings, a pleasure to stay here.

Very comfortable home to stay in, especially as we were in a group of 6 friends travelling together. Host Aom was extremely helpful with suggestions on local places to eat and have clear directions on how to find the place. It's close to BTS but still about 30 minutes away by train to central Bangkok, so not much to do except a local night market. Good place to unwind but a little too far away from the city centre. Plenty of snacks and beverages supplied, which was a nice touch. Easy communication with host, Aom.

Dům Benyada je jako oáza klidu uprostřed džungle velkoměsta, nádherný, čistý prostorný, cítili jsme se v něm jako doma a jestli ještě pojedeme do Bangkoku, tak se zde určitě znovu ubytujeme

Kunjira is a very nice host. Kawee is a very good housekeeper. The house is very warm and cozy, just as shown in the pictures. It's very close to the Big C supermarket, so it's quite convenient. And it's very safe. The only concern is that the back door of the garage is not locked, which makes me a little worried. Overall, the experience is very good.

Shami’s condo was exactly as mentioned in the listing. She was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checkin and check out. The place is on 34th floor and offers amazing views of the roads below, both from the room and the utility area. All equipment’s worked as expected. 7-11 on the ground floor was an added advantage which eased out stay. However, the room felt a bit smaller than what I’d expected. The place is at a junction of busy roads and wouldn’t recommend for tourists who are not used to Bangkok, esp given public transport would be some mins away to take you to CBD area.

The condo is beautiful. Great view of the city, 7-Eleven inside the building.

Easy check in and check out, building easy to find, grab easy to find, many tourist in the area, near 21 terminal mall, there is a coffee shop beside the building, and also the building has service for rent car if you want to go around bangkok/outside bangkok, i took it and got make sense price, thanks for the uncle who guard at the receptionist, the room fit for us with group of 5. The room looks like the photos in airbnb, we use the kitchen well for making breakfast and using the wash machine also, got 5 towel, using the pool at 8th floor, walkable 7 11, and also walkable MRT

El piso es una maravillosa, te sientes como en casa y está en una ubicación casi inmejorable. Está al lado de la parada de nanas para coger el tren y desplazarte y para mi gusto nana tiene muchísima vida nocturna y sitios chulos para cenar y tomarte algo. Sin duda es lo mejor que encontré en esta zona.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Krittiyas apartment! she was very honest and responsive throughout the whole process from before our stay, right up until the last day. everything is as listed, very good wifi, well equipped kitchen/bathroom and the facilities such as the pool and basic gym were all perfect for what we needed. the only negative of the apartment would be if you plan to visit the centre a lot where the main tourist sites are, then it is a lot of travelling even if you go in taxi, as the traffic is almost always terrible in Bangkok. Krittiya was always honest about this ,however, and we still found this place to be great value for money as the distance was reflected in the price. I would highly recommend this place and I will not hesitate to book any of Krittiyas listing's in future🙂

Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Unterkunft war sehr modern. Sie ist etwas weiter vom Stadtzentrum entfernt (15 min mit Bolt). Aber es war sehr ruhig und sehr angenehm. Würde immer wieder zurück kommen!
