We had a fantastic time at this place! The pool is huge and perfect for relaxing or swimming all day long. The water was clean and refreshing. The rooms were spotless – well-maintained, cozy, and comfortable. It’s very private, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The secured parking for cars was a big plus! The kids had a great time playing in the pool, and we all had so much fun. It’s clear the host takes pride in keeping everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful setting with great amenities! Will definitely be back!

The unit is exactly as it is advertised on airbnb. Fast and reliable wifi connection. Easy check in. Hosts are very reachable and responsive. On our first night, there is a small problem with the loud noise of the aircon but they immediately have it repaired. One of the cheapest but worth it accomodations in Angeles City. What you see is what you get. Thank you

Emman was very friendly and accommodating. He replies promptly and is easy to talk to. The caretakers in the home were very helpful and they were always smiling, we felt well taken care of during our stay. The rooms were very clean and properly maintained, all the amenities were available and well thought of. We didn’t need to ask for anything else because all that we needed during our stay were readily available. The kids loved the pool, billiards and pingpong table. The jacuzzi’s temperature was perfect for our late night dip, even our parents and aunts stayed until late because of the warm temperature in the jacuzzi which gave us plenty of time for our family bonding. The only regret that we have is we only booked one night! It would be a delight to stay here for 2-3 nights next time. Thanks to Emman and your team!

I’ve now stayed at this villa more than a handful of times. Each time has been fantastic. From their friendly communication to the cleanliness of the property. I would always recommend this place if you’d like to have bonding time with your family, a quiet getaway with privacy and just for relaxation.

If you for an excellent facility in the Angeles area, there is absolutely NONE compare to Le Grande Residence. This place is fabulous! Great facility; 3 beautiful pools, 2 bars, laundry service, cleaning service, good gym, awesome views of dormant volcano from 11th or 15th floor, food is good, excellent service from staff, vehicle transportation available small fee, trikes available 24/7, 24/7 doormen& security, same for the front desk, and the personnel are top notch! My 1st time, in the Philippines 🇵🇭! I ❤️ Philippines! The facility was recommended by a good friend. He's staying at La Grande Residence for the pass 3 years. He recommended to me, and now I Highly recommend La Grande Residence for your trip to the Philippines! Outstanding!

Great housekeeper. Kandi 3 has an excellent billiards table in the lobby which was a bonus. Staff in lobbby bar/restaurant were superb. The only slight issue was wifi that kept dropping out, but it was manageable and affected other guests too, not just this unit.

Comfortable bed, easy to get in

Anna’s place was great. Good use of sustainable materials which keeps the place alive and clean. Communication was very smooth and clear. Anna is very agile in processing the guest form and our indoor parking space. Comfortable stay overall.
