Great area, in the center and close to the best areas of the city (shops, restaurants, markets etc) The house is situated in the beautiful patio with curated garden. The house has fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with garden view and bathroom. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything for a comfortable and authentic stay in Oaxaca. We loved the place a lot

Mario was very easy to communicate and allowed us to check in earlier. The apartment was spotless. The sheets and towels smelled wonderful. The place had everything we needed to relax and prepare a nice breakfast including a very nice coffee. And he even left a little bit of mezcal for us to enjoy. The location was super close to everything and we felt very safe. One evening the neighbors were having a bit of a party but when we went to sleep and turned the fan on we didn’t hear a thing. Besides that, the apartment was cool and quiet and perfect to rest after walking through town. Definitely recommend it!

Teresa’s Airbnb is spacious, very clean, and comfortable. She was one of the best hosts I have communicated with and got back to us right away on any questions we had. The location is close to both Jalatlaco and Xochimilco, which are good neighborhoods to explore with lots of cafes and murals on the walls. The Zocalo is about a 20 minute walk away, but we always enjoyed the walk, seeing the parks and less touristed areas along the way. All very safe and beautiful. The traffic on the street out front was noticeable the first day/night, but we didn’t think about it after that. The way Oaxaca is laid out makes it hard to avoid road noise. Teresa has a guest book in which people leave their comments and there were some good restaurant recommendations. Our favorite restaurant was Casa Mook, a few blocks from the Zocalo. Oaxaca is a wonderful place to have some great meals.

We had a great stay! The space was perfect for a week stay in Oaxaca. Margarita was an incredible host, going above and beyond when I got sick.

el lugar es como se describe, bien ubicado, limpio, Edith es u muy atenta y esta pendiente de lo que necesitábamos y además nos hizo excelentes recomendaciones para conocer lugares en la Ciudad, tiene un jardín muy bonito y la estancia es un lugar acogedor, me volvería a hospedar en este lugar nuevamente!

We had a fantastic stay at Rodrigo's apartment! We felt really welcome before even arriving with great communication and helpful tips. Very clean and comfortable place, easy to get in and out and it's a short walk to the center. Would absolutely stay here again and wish we could have stayed longer!

It's a solid 5 stars mostly because of Roberto and his family. They helped us in so many ways, whether it is arranging drop-off or pick-up at the airport or helping us extensively when my friend got taken into the hospital. All the problems we had (like loss of internet), he was very quick to help. The house is very pretty and big, beds very confortable but also had a few problems (voltage drops, leaks that triggers the pump frequently, dogs barking at night, occasional smell in the bathroom) that might be a concern if you work remote but I imagine perfectly fine if you're on holidays. All in all, many thanks Roberto!

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de los principales atractivos de Oaxaca, con fácil acceso a restaurantes, mercados y sitios históricos. La casa estaba impecable, muy bien decorada y equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, siempre disponible para cualquier duda o recomendación sobre la ciudad. Además, el ambiente del lugar era tranquilo y acogedor, ideal para descansar después de explorar Oaxaca. Definitivamente volveré en mi próxima visita. ¡100% recomendado!

This house is beautiful and amazing for the price. Close to everything we wanted to do and communication with Roberto was always punctual and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place any more!

We stayed at Casa Moroli for 3 weeks, as we were going to a Spanish language school in the neighborhood. Yes, the place was cozy as described, but it really fit our needs for a place where we could make our own breakfast, be not too far from the center of town and most importantly have good wi-fi.....as we often had to work on-line in the afternoon and needed a reliable connection. I have to say that Anahi was a great host....rarely have I experienced someone so responsive and helpful. Anahi (and Francesco) were there when we arrived, helped with our luggage, called a cab at 4:30 am when we left etc. Can't say enough about her excellent communication. Easy to recommend Casa Moroli!

Tuvimos una experiencia extraordinaria Espacio encantador y con un toque de magia. Todo empieza con la calle empedrada que no tiene el tráfico (y ruido) del resto de la ciudad, eso ya es un Plus. Es una subida que es menos pesada de lo que parece. Al llegar, la fachada pasa desapercibida entre las construcciones residenciales de la zona. Entrando es que se nota el contraste entre el edificio histórico y la remodelación tan original y de buen gusto. El principal espacio para convivir es la bella cocina al aire libre, como es costumbre y tradición en Oaxaca. En la mañana, con un suéter es suficiente para el poco frío que hace, y el desayuno de Mary y el café, inigualables. Dormir en una cama desde la que pude ver el cielo estrellado, un detallazo de diseño que inspira a soñar. El colchón y almohadas muy buenos y cómodos. Recomiendo 100% a quien quiera tener una experiencia de conexión personal y alejada del ruido. Damián, un super host atento, efectivo y amable. ¡Volveremos pronto!

Perfect location. We were able to walk into town to restaurants. Many little corner shops nearby. Large grocery store about 5 minute walk away. Area was very secure. Locked gate let you into a beautiful courtyard with multiple apartments. Each apartment had their own outdoor sitting area and then a communal area as well. The place was decorated for Day of the Dead and even an altar was set up in the communal area. Overall it was a great stay with no Airbnb issues.

Todo excelente con la ubicación y las características del departamento. Hay áreas de oportunidad con la limpieza, pero nada que impidiera disfrutar la estancia en Oaxaca.

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

Excellent apartment in a great location, clean place with everything we needed.

We stayed at Mariana's place for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Years.Very walkable to the zocolo and other attractions.She and her family are very welcoming and friendly.We had no major issues but quick to responded to messages.We would stay there again.

El lugar es acogedor, el espacio es bueno para 4 personas y Miriam siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo.

Stilvolle Unterkunft. Direkt neben den Märkten. Es ist viel los, man hört meistens Musik und Verkehr.

Tal cual en las fotografías y descripción, limpio, con lo necesario para pasar varios días como en casa y cerca de varios lugares de interés, caminando encuentras mercados, restaurantes, museos, iglesias, el zócalo, etc... Hay ruido de afuera porque está en una calle donde pasa transporte constante, oero eso no fue problema, ya que después de caminar todo el día, uno cae rendido en una cama placentera y se descansa bien.
