Just gorgeous. Ofelia's was a proper villa and we had an amazing time. The manager, Tere, was kind and gracious as well. Know that there is so much to do in the area, that the home is completely private, that you will have everything you need. If you run out of time to research the area, your host will help guide you.

This place and the family that built and runs it are gems! The property is gorgeous and so close to many things that we wanted to see. We were two female travelers with two kids under two years old and it provided an excellent home base. The patio and space was perfectly set up for our needs to allow kids to roam and sleep. We also hired Fabian to drive us around and can’t speak more highly about him and his support. He is Mexican-American and absolutely fluent in both languages, loved playing with our girls and taught us so much about his home state and the building of this beautiful space by his entire family. I can’t speak more highly of the whole experience. We were so lucky to get to stay here!

Carla's house was kitted out very well with all of the kitchenware required for cooking and cleaning. Nice dining area and lots of space for relaxing etc. A very good property with all you need for both short and longer term stays. The house is a good size with two good bedrooms. The room we used had a comfortable bed and lots of space for clothes etc. Having the private pool was great. The pool is a good size and we used it every day. Carla's dad, Carlos (a really nice man) let us into the property made the offer of help if we needed it at anytime Located in a typical Mexican village where there is a good market in the centre of town and fantastic market on Thursdays (well worth a visit) We did't use the local shops and restaurants but everyday used the regular bus service (every 10 minutes and cost 10 Pesos) that gave excellent access to Oaxaca city and big supermarkets (the bus journey to central Oaxaca takes 35 to 40 minutes). This was a perfect space for us; it was myself, my brother, and his wife. Don Ole was super friendly, and even offered us a ride to the airport. The place was pristine and had fresh, cold water. The beds were SUPER comfortable. Highly recommend (:

We had an amazing stay! The cabins are beautifully built, blending perfectly with the surroundings, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Everything was spotless, and you can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the place. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible service from Dania! If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning scenery and top-notch hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Excelente estancia, muy cómoda para desaparecer de ma ciudad

El espacio tiene una vibra muy bella, las casas están en medio del bosque literalmente, pero además de la súper vista que da, desde nuestra cabañita veíamos también todas las plantas que sembraron ahí y que estaban super contentas y bellas. tuvimos también muchas visitas de gatitos y perritos amistosos y tranquilos, nos encantó. No nos queríamos ir, descansamos mucho aquí. Fres estuvo pendiente de nosotras en todo momento. La caminata que ofrecen desde el pueblo hacia San Mateo vale mucho la pena. ¡Esperamos volver muy pronto!
