San Antonio : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Departamento muy bien ubicado, muy cerca a la playa, muy recomendable

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse!! Depa tal cual fotos, gran balcon y vista top. El host Juan muy amable y comprensivo.

El condominio y el departamento están en excelente estado, bien cuidados y equipados para una estadía cómoda y placentera. Un verdadero gusto llegar a un lugar así. La cocina está muy bien equipada, con un excelente refrigerador con dispensador de hielo y agua, cafetera filtrada y más. Los televisores tienen aplicaciones de streaming habilitadas (usé Netflix, Amazon Prime Video y Disney+ sin problemas), y los equipos de sonido son de muy buena calidad. La decoración y el mobiliario crean un ambiente acogedor. El condominio funciona impecablemente, con instalaciones operativas, piscinas bien mantenidas y un restaurante práctico. Algunos detalles a considerar: el estacionamiento es algo justo (Toyota Rav4 con 20 cm de margen por lado). Los fines de semana hay más gente, pero el control de uso en la piscina familiar permite rotación y buen acceso. Destaco la comunicación con Giancarlo, siempre atento y rápido en responder. En resumen, una excelente estadía en un hermoso lugar.

It was a great stay, really enjoyed the the close beach and restaurants, host was very helpful and mindful, would definitely come back.

This was our second stay at Cristie’s apartment. Before and at the time of our arrival she was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment is always immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. It has a nice balcony, pool and a great ocean view. There is a couple of tennis courts very close to the building for tennis/pickleball lovers (pre-booking required). Cristie went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her prompt communication made our experience wonderful and relaxing. We were provided with helpful recommendations for local restaurants and stores. She is the amazing host we always want to have. We cannot recommend Cristie and her property highly enough. Thanks so much, Cristie! We will be back for sure.

La estancia fue muy cómoda, además, de la ubicación y organización del departamento que permitía tener todo cerca de forma rápida.

Fuimos en familia y el lugar y todo lo q necesitamos fue lo preciso, muy agradable, nos sentimos como en casa. Luciana siempre atenta a mis consultas, fue mi primera vez alquilando un Airb y ella me ayudo bastante. La casa impecable, muy completa, tenia hasta juegos de mesa, realmente no necesitaba llevar nada, todo muy limpio, la zona tranquila, bastante vigilancia y la vista increíble, me encantó, Luciana una anfitriona A1, gracias 🙂

We had such a fantastic time! The pool and beach were amazing, and Alejandro’s place fit our two families perfectly. Alejandro is the most thoughtful and accommodating host we have experienced, he truly cares about his guests! We always felt at home and cared for. What a wonderful start to our Peru adventure!

Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bonito, todo estuvo tal cual las fotos. Nos hubiera gustado que el agua de piscina fuera temperada por los niños pero aun así le ponemos 100 puntos en limpieza, orden y comunicación. Ni ganas de salir a la playa tuvimos, teníamos todo lo necesario para pasarla bien. Definitivamente regresaríamos.

La casa tal cual las fotos, tiene la cocina equipada, la piscina preciosa y una parrilla excelente. Todo ok! No tuvimos problemas am hacer el check-in ya que la comunicación era excelente! Sí, volvería! Recomendadísimo!

We had a great experience, the place is just as described, lots of space for the family. The main bedroom was huge and had an awesome are to chill and an hammock as well. The kitchen was full of dishes, glasses and appliances including an air fryer. The highlight of the house is the rooftop, which has a pool, a grill and a sitting area. It was so nice and we enjoyed it! The subdivision has 2 pools, one is huge! The kids loved it. And the beach is a just a short walk away. Also, there are couple of stores on site as well as restaurants, so you don’t have to leave. However, if you want you can go to Asia boulevard which was a short ride away. Maria was a great host, she was available and responsive before and during our stay. She was super accommodating and helpful.

Escogí esta casa para poder celebrar mi cumpleaños junto amigos y familiares, y la verdad es que no pude tomar mejor decisión. Reyna como anfitriona es excelente siempre preocupada por cada detalle nos recibió con mucha calidez y amabilidad. La casa es perfecta y tiene todo súper bien implementado. Definitivamente volveré en una próxima ocasión muchas gracias Reyna por permitirme pasar un lindo momento junto a mis seres queridos!

kiany y Aurora, quién nos mostró la casa, ambas super amables y predispuestas. El lugar es súper cómodo, limpio y acogedor. Definitivamente un buen lugar para pasarla en familia.

Estuvo muy grata la estadía y el duplex es muy agradable y completo. Todo muy limpio, ordenado, etiquetado y con instrucciones claras. Está muy cerca a la playa y en una zona privada. De hecho que lo vamos a considerar para un futuro fin de semana en la playa.

Lugar súper recomendado, zona bien estratégica y la amabilidad de Bárbara que en todo momento estuvo presente, sin duda volveré.

This is a great listing. Although there were some small noticeable signs of wear and tear, that's almost negligible when considering the location, spectacular ocean view, spacious rooms (it is actually bigger than how it seems in the photos), access to the pools in the common areas and nearby beaches. The facilities have everything that you'd need to enjoy your summer there. I'll definitely come back for a longer stay with my family. Highly recommend!

Warm welcome, beautifully decorated and super clean apartment. It’s a short walk (1 block) to the main square, the park, the church, and the beach entrance. So many restaurants too. The family really takes care of their place and they are so quick to answer any questions. Sra. Vicky and her husband are super sweet! We felt warmly welcomed and had a great time! PS: beds are super comfortable!
