Where do we begin… overall this Airbnb is the nicest we’ve stayed in since starting our Costa Rica adventure in Early December. Adolfo is the most incredible host anyone could ask for and just a genuinely amazing person! We arrived as strangers and left as family. We felt right at home here. Once we found the home with Adolfo’s assistance he showed us around and made sure we had everything we could need and then some. We felt immediately at peace after a stressful driving experience in the city (our first time driving in the San José region). The internet was fast and the temperature was very comfortable and we never really missed having A/C. The view is also magical and anything you need is nearby! We were surprised to learn that we could even order through uber eats if we wanted. The privacy and safety is also unmatched. We do recommend using Waze for navigation. Adolfo is quick to respond if you have trouble finding the exact location. Everything about our stay was beyond 5 stars!!

Our stay at Ruth’s home in the mountains of Heredia was a truly special experience. Nestled in a lush landscape, the property is a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and vibrant wildlife. Each morning, we woke up to birdsong and breathtaking views from the terrace—a perfect way to start the day. The house itself is stunning, with an elegant yet earthy design. Spacious and warm, it is filled with natural light during the day and offers a cozy ambiance at night. The two finely decorated rooms provide comfort and tranquility, with incredibly soft bedding ensuring restful nights. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation effortless, and every detail felt thoughtfully arranged. Ruth was an exceptional host, always attentive yet respectful of our space. Her kindness and dedication to her home made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt deeply grateful and will definitely return when we visit Costa Rica again!

Home is beautiful and peaceful but difficult to find as well as getting in and out of if you have guests. Since there is a gate that requires a remote, if you have guests over later than 4pm, you will need to follow them out with your car so that you can use your remote to open the gate for them. The the most convenient. Turning it and out of the property is difficult with a larger vehicle as there is a sharp turn. Views from the patio are exactly as they appear in the pictures. We kept the patio doors open during breakfast and dinner to enjoy the weather.

Nuestra estadía fue muy placentera, es una casa en dos niveles muy linda y acogedora en todos los sentidos, bellamente decorada y con linda vista desde una salita tipo estudio. Doña Rita y Jennifer se esforzarón por atendernos de la mejor manera. El aseo y orden un punto alto del alojamiento. Su cocina esta completamente equipada, con utencilios y electrodomésticos en excelente estado ideal si planean quedarse varios días. Un par de detalles a considerar es que la cochera es algo estrecha pero pudimos estacionar con cuidado nuestro auto tipo suv. Al ser dos niveles, los dormidorios estan en la segunda por lo que se debe subir una escalera tipo U, lo que pudiera representar alguna dificultad de accesibilidad para personas mayores o con problemas de movilidad. Mas allá de eso les recomiendo el alojamiento al 100%. Personalme volvería a reservar si tengo la oportunidad.

Our stay at Milena's home in San Miguel was impeccable. The property was even more beautiful and comfortable than it appeared in photos. The house was well-constructed and high quality, in a way that really stood out for Costa Rica. We loved the spacious patio. Another thing that stood out is that Milena's Airbnb still had the comforts that you could expect back in the early days of Airbnb: plenty of soap and paper towels, cooking oil, dish towels and linens, and all of those little things that make a place really feel like home and not a hotel. For me, that's what I'm looking for at an Airbnb. She even decorated for Christmas because our stay was during the holidays. As a group of business travelers who stayed for 6 weeks during the holidays, we really loved our stay. Thank you Milena!

Cindy’s condo is the perfect retreat for a family, or for a group. It is incredibly spacious, with more room than the pictures can show. The view of San Jose was gorgeous day and night. The pool was public to the condo, and was heated. The drive Into San Jose was a touch longer than expected, but that was no biggie due to all of the other amenities. Lots of balcony space, on multiple levels have great indoor/outdoor experiences. Definitely would stay again.

I don’t even know where to start when describing the amazing experience I had at Leidy’s place. Not only was the condo beautiful, relaxing, and inspiring with the Japandi style of it, but Leidy was SO accommodating and even left me a birthday surprise. She helped with my transportation and local recommendations. I truly felt safe and as though I was right at home. Although it was a condo building with plenty of tenants, I had so much privacy and felt very comfortable. Whenever I visit Costa Rica in the future, Lord willing, I plan to book with Leidy ❤️

Nice apartment and very well located. The building is quite new and has many advanced features which was a nice surprise. Overall a top pick for anyone looking in this area

Fernan’s place was great! It was very comfortable, and clean! It felt like home, and had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay! It is in a great location as well, with lots to do! Fernan was very tentative and was a great host! I highly recommend this place!

Me Encanto el lugar ,muy ordenado limpio y acogedor todo el espacio.

This is the best deal you can get. We had a group of 9 stay here and was very spacious. For the price you pay you get two trails on the property one leading to a waterfall. There are deer that you can go pet on the property and have a gate guard the whole time so you’re protected. Every single room has a view of the city which is tremendous sight to see. On top of that Chris, the grounds keeper, was very polite. He worked well with our check in considering we arrived at 3am. He knows the area well and has suggestions and always available to help with anything to need. If you plan to be around the San Jose are, this property/ AirBnB is a no brainer.

This place was absolutely beautiful and we had such a lovely time!! Daniela was not only accommodating but extremely welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of. She gave us lots of recommendations and welcomed us with some fresh papaya juice. We have nothing but good things to say about Daniela and her home!

Beautiful property, enjoyed my birthday with friends. Loved the golf course view from the master balcony.

This home was wonderful! It quickly became mine and my families peaceful escape in a foreign land. It’s spacious and most importantly it’s clean. The pictures are not an exaggeration, the views are beautiful from all angles. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone trying to escape the chaos of the city.

This place is super luxurious and there is so much to do in the villa itself. Views are amazing from any balcony and so many dining spots across the villa. Coming to the host he is amazing and very responsive to any queries you have and he shared videos on how to use a fireplace to different automations in the house which were super helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy the luxurious stay.
