Es una estadía con una ubicación muy buena, las habitaciones y sus instalaciones están muy limpias y sobre todo son muy agradables para el ambiente familiar, perfecto para una escapada ya que también tiene su muelle para poder visitar en lancha los pueblitos más hermosos de Guatemala, San Juan la Laguna y Panajachel, quiero agradecer a Jean por su amabilidad y comprensión en todo momento.

lo mejor del alojamiento es el paisaje y la tranquilidad.

My colleague and I came for a work trip but also had a few days to relax and enjoy San Marcos. We truly had a gem in paradise with tremendous views and peaceful decor on the inside. Augustus was so helpful with everything and made us feel right at home.

A beautiful place to get away from the crowds. The private beach made the difference. The view to the volcano and lake was unmatched. Definitely a place to stay again.

Joshua’s home was a paradise getaway. The views of Lake Atitlan from almost every angle were captivating. The architecture of the villa was an art of its own. The house manager & his son were incredibly helpful, gracious, & much appreciated in every way! & what a lovely experience it was to be boat taxied into town and back. Beds were comfortable, home was clean, and kitchen came equipped with anything you could need. We hope to return at some point, a definite recommend.

This place exceeded our expectations, it was even more beautiful than the photos! The living space is spacious and breathtaking, with a stunning yard that offers an unobstructed view of the volcano. The kitchen was fantastic, and we loved spending our evenings cooking dinner and grilling on the barbecue. Every night, we used the temazcal (like a sauna), which made our stay even more special. Lesley and the groundskeeper were incredibly responsive, kind, and made us feel right at home. Lesley also shared local recommendations and kept us informed about daily events in San Marcos. An unforgettable stay, we wish we could have stayed longer!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful house, and I have to say, Adolfo was an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was perfect for us. His hospitality was above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations, answering any questions we had, and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The house itself was gorgeous, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Adolfo's kindness and attentiveness really made our family’s trip memorable, and we are so grateful for his help. Highly recommend!

As you enter the unit, you are halted in your tracks as you see the amazing view. Stunning doesn’t do it justice. The balcony is a very good size. Great to sit outside and have a glass of wine or your morning coffee. Beds were very comfortable. The shower was hot and the pressure was excellent. The kitchen is well appointed and some salty snacks were provided which was a nice touch. There is filtered water available which was appreciated. Petra, the lady who greats you upon check in, is lovely and helpful. The restaurant downstairs offers excellent breakfast, but dinner was disappointing. You do need to take a tuk tuk to get to town. Q10 per person. You can also arrange to have a boat pick you up at the property and take you over to the towns around the lake. Pat’s place is a gem and I would recommend it without hesitation.
