Mr. David is an excellent host, very helpful and if you needed anything he responded immediately. Beautiful private property in a great location. The fishing was wonderful and Mr. David put us on some of his best fishing spots. We highly recommend this property and will certainly be coming back! Thank you for amazing stay!

Cassandra's place was great. Easy to find, and close to SFA as well as other bars and restaurants, but tucked away in the neighborhood so it was quiet and peaceful. Check in was super easy. The apartment was great, exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. Everything was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. I would 100% stay here again if I'm back in Nacogdoches!

So surprised to walk in and feel “Welcome”. The yellow door should have given me a clue. Like the sign says, the colors and furnishings gave us a warm welcoming feeling of being at home. We are fussy about our bed and it was comfortable and we slept well. Internet worked well too. Kitchen had more than the basic supplies, so check before you go shopping. The laundry also. I must mention to be truthful, for anyone our age, mid-80’s, we lived through the 70’s of different level home styles and are not comfortable with that anymore. So there is a step-down from living room to bedroom that I want to mention. But Lauren and David have a lovely house right next door that we have stayed at and it’s all on one level and hopefully available for us the next time we return. You young people will have no problems with the step down at all of course.

This was a bar set so high with his excellent customer service. My dad and I enjoyed our short time here but now have found a spot we will come back every time when we visit Sam Rayburn to fish. Extremely helpful and excellent service. I would give a higher rating if it was possible. Thanks Bob!

A wonderful place to stay the night while visiting my child that attends SFA. Very close and convenient to everything!

For what we needed it was perfect..

The Old Mize Loft was fabulous! We were two couples coming into Nac for a long weekend. It’s the perfect layout for this - 2 bedrooms on either end of the loft and 2 1/2 baths, with full kitchen and living areas. We knew the background of the old Mize department store in Nac, and we loved the way Ricky has incorporated this into the feel of the loft. It was spotless and very well-appointed. And, a perfect location for those that want to be near downtown Nac. (Not to mention the wonderful communication ahead of time from Ricky and his fab daughter, Rikki Leigh!) If you are looking for a unique place to stay, you will LOVE the loft!

My daughters and I had such a lovely time in our suite inside this gorgeous historic home! We thoroughly enjoyed our sitting room that overlooked the back terrace under the trees, the comfortable bedrooms, beautiful bathroom, and our breakfast each morning at the round table in the kitchen. The Cottage Wine Bar and antique shops are nearby, and one evening we enjoyed pizza while listening to live music at the Fredonia Brewery. Thank you—we can’t wait to come stay again!

Perfect location walking distance to downtown and the brewery. The space was awesome and very clean. Five stars for everything!! This will be our go to place when coming to Nac!!

Mockingbird Suites is a beautiful place to stay, both inside the home and outside on the manicured grounds. The room was very comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. Thomas was a very attentive host , friendly and welcoming. We love staying here and look forward to more visits.

Craig’s place was very comfortable! We arrived on a cold rainy day, when we got in it was nice & warm for us already with the heater on. It’s located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, with lots of stores near by. Will definitely rebook in the future :)

Fantastic value! Very close to the hospital as well as many stores, restaurants and amenities. Check in was easy and it had everything listed. Water was hot, bed was comfy and WiFi was fast. Will definitely book again anytime I’m in town!!

Great hidden gem in Nac and a great price!

Lovely house. Beautifully restored and decorated. The bathroom was especially pretty with claw foot tub and new marble tiled shower area, lovely sconces and chandelier, pretty ceiling tiles. Very well done! Sunny sitting room. Highly recommend.
